Trivium killed it. The stage had a cool set up, they were moving the whole time so you got to get right up next to them. It was a religious experience for me.

I have now seen Tremonti 2 times, and this was the best concert I have been to out of any bands I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend seeing.

Mark was terrfic as always. But in a place like the Beaumont it was way too loud. Had to move to the back of the room to enjoy the music.

This is about as close as you will come to seeing a show in your basement, cause the Chameleon Club is as about as nice as the average one. But wow what a place to see a show up close and personal. Was upstairs side stage with my son and looked straight down on the stage. Think the first two relatively unknown openers went on about three songs too long each, but Tremonti was well worth the wait.

Even though this man had a cold, he ROCKED the house! You did an AMAZING show on Sunday at the Bottom Lounge! I can NOT wait for you to come back! Not going to miss any shows that for sure! I have only been to a few concerts my whole life, and I have never been as close to the stage as I was at your show! Thank God so i could see that BEAUTIFUL face! :)

Very good show. These guys like to rock. Mark was a total class act and came out and signed autographs afterward. The small venue was good because everything was loud and close. Great songs on his new CD. Very hard rock/metal.

What an amazing show!! Got there an hour before doors opened so could be towards the front of the line. Wolfgang Van Halen and Eric Freidman walked through a few times and were very cool guys. The opening Act, Man the Mighty was very very good. Only down side was doors opened about 45 min late, and started about an hour late, but to be understood with the change of venue and limited space avail. on the stage at Bottom Lounge. (Not complaining at all, just stating facts, but no matter was an amazing venue and show!!!) Once Tremonti came on stage the crowd just erupted and every single person in the room was connected. Would see it again if were in the area!!! Getting to meet Mark, Wolfgane, Eric and Garrett 30 min after the show was great. Also met Michael Angelo Batio who was there to support Mark and got Pix with Batio. No pix allowed with the band in order to keep the long line moving, but they guys were genuine nice guys and would recommend this show to everyone!!

Can't rave enough about how great this show was. Bottom lounge is largely better than HOB, which was the originally scheduled venue before a last minute change. Bottom Lounge is a great venue, small and intimate, but still providing great sound. The drinks are reasonable compared to most Chicago venues, and the food was pretty good as well. As far as Tremonti, he was AMAZING live! The band seemed much heavier live than they do on the album, and Tremontis' guitar playing abilities continue to amaze. With his solo project allowing him to delve a bit more in to wicked solos, this is a CAN'T MISS show! I will be at their next concert in the area.

Show was awesome. I was a little upset more people didn't turn out for the show and hope this will not keep them from returning. They gave 110% anyway like they were playing for a sold out stadium.......class act and true professional.

I've seen Mark play with Creed and Alter Bridge many times and he never failed to be anything other than amazing, however with All I Was, it was obvious that Mark was now completely immersed in his element. From the start, Mark's riffs were unrelenting as he and Eric Friedman complemented each other superbly. Teamed with the unforgiving drums of Garret Whitlock and the intricate bass playing of Wolfgang Van Halen, these guys are nothing short of a metal super group. Mark's songs are filled with anger and emotion and this is very apparent in his surprisingly impressive vocals. After the show, Mark, Eric, Garrett and Wolfie were gracious enough to sign merch and take photos with the fans - you just don't see this kind of commitment enough with artists anymore but I would expect nothing less from a stand-up guy like Mark. Of course, you can't have just an amazing band headline without providing an equally as impressive opener. Man the Mighty pulled this off flawlessly. Derek Smith and Tim Tournier showed incredible skill with guitars and never lost a beat with Tyler on bass and Matt on drums. Man the Mighty's songs have massive energy and carried their momentum through the entire set. I felt like I got to see 2 headliners at one show. Definitely look for their album "I Am Icarus" coming soon from Fret12!

METAL IS BACK!!!!! How cool to be able to see this great band in such a small venue playing their entire debut album live along with a bonus track....fantastic intimate show. Was able to meet the entire band and get up close in personal. I've been a fan of Mark's other bands since their inceptions and this is by far his best stuff (and I'm a big Creed/AB fan). Do not miss this show, who knows when you will get this opportunity again with a few dates left on this tour, then off to the UK, then he gets back together with AB, it will be a while before you get this chance again....Eric compliments Mark nicely on the guitar and backing vocals, Garrett kills it on the drums and what a great addition with Wolfgang Van Halen on bass/backing vocals....just a stellar combo of musicians and super nice guys...DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW AND BUY THE CD NOT A BAD SONG ON IT....

Mark Tremonti is, without question, one of the most talented musicians around today. Always an amazing, mind blowing guitarist, Tremonti Project shows that the song writing, lyrics and vocal prowess of Mark is just as amazing. Mark informed us he was getting over a bad cold and still belted out 11 songs like a pro on top of his trademark, unforgettable riffs and licks. Do yourself a favor and catch this man live whenever he's nearby.

It was great. I knew it was going to be great, but if you're reading this then you are probably curious. These guys are so talented that you know the music live is going to sound even better than the music recorded on the album. Don't be afraid that you'll get there and it will be low energy and sound like garbage. It's super high energy and sounds amazing. Make sure you see these guys!

Every band brought their A+ game for this one. Wilson the opener was an unexpected treat, Tremonti delivered heaviness and fantastic melody and Trivium brought tantalizing technicality mixed with chant along performances from almost every album.

Was only able to catch Tremonti and Wilson. Both played amazing sets. The only problem was the sound in there. You couldn't hear things too clearly and it was just bouncing off all the walls. I'm not sure if it was the sound guy or the sound system.

Primarily went to see Tremonti because I just love his solo stuff, but their sound was a bit too "echo-ie" due to the venue/room. However, the band was very good. Trivium sounded much better (of course, they were the headliner), but they were somewhat echo-ie too. All in all, 2 very talented bands and an enjoyable show.

Concert was good, enjoyed getting to know a new band, Wilson as their openers. Tremonti stole their logo from hatebreed & generally sounded sludgy & boring. I wondered why there was so many 45 year olds there & then understood why when I realized Tremonti was in the band Creed. Definitely didn't vibe with Trivium & Wilson. After waiting till their set was over (which was way too long) Trivium came on & put on a fantastic show. The pit was crazy & my husband is sore & covered in bruises.

I knew nothing of the first band Wilson and was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. They had a great frontman who interacted with a the crowd and an amazing guitar player. The singer even stage dived. It was cool to see since you don't really see that often. Then Tremonti came on. They I already knew. I was a big fan of Mark's first and second album and I sang along to every word he sang. They were as good as I thought they would be. Lastly, Trivium came out and put on an amazing show. I've seen then a couple of times now and they seem to get better every time. I always have fun during their concerts and this was no different. Can't wait to see any of these bands make their return back here.

AMAZING CONCERT!!!!! Wilson opened, and i had never heard of them until maybe a week before I heard a song on Music Choice. They are pretty good. HOWEVER, Tremonti was the reason we went to this concert. I have listened to Trivium and their music is good, but not my "cup of tea" so to say. Tremonti's music gets to your heart and soul. The man (Mark Tremonti) is a Genius. His music takes you away like no other band has done to me in quite some time.(Robin Trower in the 70's) Tremonti has a fantastic rocking sound. True rock. Mark can sing--he has a powerful voice, plays a mean guitar (s) and is handsome to look at. i feel like a teenager as I could not take my eyes off of him and just watching and listening to him sing and play. he mesmerizes the audience with his music. this is one amazing above ordinary band. I rate them #1. All of their songs are excellent. LOVE THEM! Sorry to say we did not stay for Trivium. I went to see Tremonti!!!!

If you are or were a Creed fan, or you are an Alter Bridge fan...then you probably know who Mark Tremonti is. For those of you who don't, he's one of the most talented and underrated guitarist of all time. His talents were held back in Creed, and the more unleashed with AB. And then he started his own band, Tremonti, and the true Mark came out. Teaming up with Eric Friedman (guitar) and Garret Whitlock, formerly of Submersed, he created one of the hardest hitting, "rip your face off" rock bands ever assembled. These guys are SO talented, like it's insane. This was my first time seeing them live and they blew me away. EVERY note...nailed. Every solo, perfected by Mark and Eric. It was just so hard hitting and perfect. Garrett is one of the best drummers I've seen...he's incredible. This band is a MUST SEE!

The event featured five great bands. Unfortunately only Candlebox got a decent set, the other bands played only 4-5 songs. It was worth going though - got to see bands I hadn't seen before, and there were lots of celebs (music and baseball) walking around. Plus the money was for charity, so that was an added bonus. I got VIP. Not sure I'd do that again - normally VIP at House of Blues means you have a designated spot on the balcony. Nope - only friends/family got those spots. So I paid just as much (or more since most of them probably got in free) and I ended up having to watch the show from downstairs because I couldn't see (by the time we learned we weren't allowed to sit in the seats shown on the tickets, the railing upstairs was full). I did get to meet a few celebs who didn't go downstairs, but not sure that was worth an extra $60. We did get a t-shirt and a souvenir laminate w/ VIP. Despite the VIP snafu, I would definitely attend this event again - it wasn't overly crowded and the crowd was very respectful of everyone, which often doesn't happen at a rock show.
