Valentine's Love Affair

Had a GREAT time at the concert. Great seats and the entire show was FANTASTIC. Can''t wait til next year. I will be there.

Started late, but was a great show! All groups sounded and performed amazingly

The Love Affair Concert come every year. It's a must-see event. its always sales out. The cool of Vegas shows up. Zapp tp it off this year, and it was the Bomb!

I was disappointed that Kem chose to have 3 songs song by his background singers. One was enough...but three was too much. He also song one of Frankie Beverly and Maze...this woukd have been OK if it wasn't for the 3 songs by his background singers. Very disappointing.

from the start i thought the comedian was good he used no profanity and was authentically funny. im not really a chrisette fan she is like a different version of eryka badu but my girl liked her. kem held the show down very well. when he went to the audience and had certain individuals sing with him all in all i had a good night. i would go again

I purchased tickets for this concert mainly to see Kem but was blown away by Chrisette Michele. Plan to order some of her music today. I enjoyed Kem but at the end of his performance, I sat in the theater wondering why he didn't sing If It's Love with Ms Michele. I also thought something that I've been thinking at the end of the previous two concerts when I saw Kem which was; He needs to add more time to his performance. I like that he gives his backup singers time to showcase their talents but let's face it - we are there to see Kem. If he gives them ten minutes, that cuts into HIS time so he needs to add some time to his show. Right now [after seeing Kem perform every time he's in this area for the past couple of years] I'm not sure I'll see him next time. I do still enjoy his performances and am looking forward to new music.

Chrisette Michele was beautiful i have a total girl crush lol she was engaing and sang wonderfully. Kem brought the house down. I loved every song and he made our night wonderful.

Concert was a great idea for a Valentine weekend outing. I was hoping they would have sung "If Its Love". It would have been a great way to end the concert. I had a good time. Chrisette set the mood perfectly!! Kem is a smooth dude and he's a comedian. Great combo. Thanks for all the laughs.

i love the arie crown theater i always have a nice time when i go there..this show was just what we needed for a valentines weekend. chrisette in person just bolws you away. kem and his band and back-up singers put on an unforgetable show..we had a ball !!!

We paid a nice price for a concert that didn't start on time, and was disappointing given the set that Chrisette Michelle played. Would not see her again.

Although I truly love both of these artists, I felt Chrisette Michele was great, and Kem was really good, but I felt the concert was very short when it came to Kem's performance. He has a lot of great songs and I thought he should have gave his fans more. We did pay a lot of money for the tickets,and I was a little disappointed with what I got. I will go see him again,but I think we the fans need to get more next time. Kem is really great, they both did good,despite everything else.

The show was awesome way to end the week of Love. The both were amazing singers and give a very "Adult" performance.

Kem was absolutely wonderful! The band was the same from his recordings so you got the exact sound you learned to love. His stage presence and interaction with the audience was great. I have a new appreciation for the artist and his music! We truely enjoyed our evening. Chrisette Michele was also an unexpected pleasure. I didn't know her music but now she has a new fan!

Kem gives one of the classiest shows around. Smooth transition from one song to the next. What a fabulous band!

I really enjoyed both artists!!! Exceptional voices and stage presence. Only thing I wish they incorporated the duet in the lineup. I was looking forward to hearing two phenominal voices together. Nonetheless, absolutely refreshing!!

I thought Kem was in tuned with his audience. I enjoyed the interactions between he and the audience. I was surprised with how many men really liked Kem.

I tolk my son for their birthdays, we enjoyed the show as a family. I lost my husband in April 2011 to liver cancer and we went to see Kem, we're ever he preformed.

One of the Best R&B performances I have ever attended in my lifetime and I have been to a great many, the live experience is one that I remember forever.

Not sure if the addience's lack of participation or Kem's giving the same show, but, this show had no energy. I've been to two other Kem concerts, but this one left me empty.

Chrisette Michelle was the opening act, I had never seen her in person but I have her CDs and I am a big fan and she was just as great as I knew she would be. I have seen Kem several times and he was just as amazing as always. This was a wonderful show and a great 2 acts to put together.

I think Chrisette Michelle was a great opener for Kem, She set the tone for what was to come. Both artist keep the event in the "adult" atmosphere that we came to see.

These talented singers put on an absolutely fabulous show. I love singers whose voices actually sounds like the cd. I had been trying to see them all last year but couldn't make it. It was definitely worth the wait! They both handled the audience with ease, as if they have been captivating audiences for years! Best birthday gift ever! Will most def catch them again when they are in the Chi!

The concert was everything that I thought it would be, both Kem & Chrisette wre phenomenal.

Wow Kem's band was great. Didn't know he was a pianist. Chrisette Michele was awesome she sounds even better in person....Really enjoyed :-)

I could see this show a few times a year! KEM has an amazing voice and the musicians were fantastic! You can tell they love what they do!

Great show! This was my first time seeing both artists and I will make it point to see them when they are in town from now on. My wife had a great time; so that means I had a great time!!!

I enjoyed myself soooo much and the added bonus of being able to take a picture WITH Kem.....priceless!

Kem put on a good show. Back up singers were awesome! He gave each of them a chance to sing a song solo. The band members were excellent as well.

Chrisette Michelle's voice and musical style were outstanding. I had seen KEM once before, and will see him again. He is a timeless performer. As I said before, he sings effortlessly. His voice is perfect, and his music is crystal clear. He and his band were also very entertaining. A must see concert.

The show was great with one exception. Kem did not sing his most popular duet with Chriset Michele. What a disappointment. It was a miss step on Kem's part that made me see that Kem had not quite arrived yet. For him to leave his audience wanting like that left a dismal FUNK over his audience and a disappointing end to an other wise great show.

Love the show, but why they didn't perform their song they have together ? That would have been awesome!! The backup singers for Kem were awesome and the was good too!

Kem put on a helluva show. He made me wanna buy all his music and I will definitely b making another one of his shows oneday. I took my lady for her birthday and she was amazed ass well

This was a tremendous event! Chrisette is super-talented. Her voice skills are amazing! Kem 's performance was awesome! He sounds wonderful, he's humorous, sexy, handsome, inspiring and spiritual. Wow. God please send me a man similar to him.

They both gave a good show and able to very clearly great performance !

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the concert, but it was longer than a night in jail! The earlier acts were allowed to perform way longer than they should have, with the result that the later acts performed very late. A five-hour concert definitely gives you your money's worth, but in my opinion it just becomes exhausting after a while.

It was awesome being around your own age group of people. It takes you back to when you were much younger. One of the highlights of my visit.

I will be attending again next year, the same event for Valentine's Day for Lovers! Old school music, all the performers were awesome! The radio announcers were terribly louder then needed be.

I ve been going to this show over past 6 years. By far this year 2018 was the worst show. The host was poorly done and the line up groups did not perform well. GQ, Chi Lites, Delfonics did good but their indtroductions to all the groups lacked professionalism. It was somewhat confusing who was up next. We left early. I will not be going again. I waste my money.

Purchased these tickets for my father and his wife. The acts did not disappoint. My father and his wife had a great time and said they got their money's worth. Their only complaint was the seats were tight. They are rather tall people (6 feet) so that is expected somewhat. Other than that, no complaints here.

All the bands were incredible and amazing. This concert was a gift for my husband and he loved it. We enjoyed the entire event. We can't wait till next year!

This was a really great concert. All of the performances were great.

The lineup was outstanding! From the beginning to the end as each band performed, we were able to recall that time in our lives. Needless to say, it was a great time in my life. If you have never attended one of these concerts, please add it to your calendar. We travel from Texas to Las Vegas for this purpose only!

Only 3 songs per artists. I love The Chi Lites and Zapp.

Kem was truly awesome in concert. Incredible set. My date and I had wonderful time.

Not nearly enough output from Kem... needed less comedy (although it was funny) and MORE Kem singing. Why did him and her NOT do their duet song? ~ that's what everyone was waiting for and why we thought they were booked together!

Chrisette Michele was off the chain with her voice...so versatile...She could do jazz all day if she wanted to...Kem was amazing..That brother knows his stuff. He, his singers and band were so tight. You could tell they have been together for a long time. Me and my wife were extremely glad we got the tickets.

I really did not want to go but I was asked by my mother. I was surprised to find the performance entertaining. I thought I would be bored by Kem but instead I was enlighten and impressed. Good Show and I will go to another.

Kem & Chrisette Michele both performances where great would go see the concert again and both their bands where great as well both have great stage presence.

Everybody who knows me knows how much I absolutely love Kem. However, I have been less than pleased with his last four concerts. I applaud him for giving his background singers the opportunity to sing but I didn't pay all that money to hear them. If he wants them to sing, then he should do it on his dime (and not just because he already got the check) and not mine. Besides, he has taken out some of my favorite songs like Love Never Fails, so they can sing. They sound great and when they record a CD then maybe I will go to their concerts but for now, lets stick to the script - the original script. The one that won me over in the beginning. Also, I am not an Al Jarreau fan and I don't want to hear Kem sing his songs, or anyone elses for that matter. I paid to hear Kem sing Kem's music and that is what I want to see. Also, why didn't he sing the song he recorded with Chrisette Michelle - with Chrisette Michelle? All the concerts I have been to, one of his background singers had to sing that part and I thought that was one of the reasons they were performing together - so they could sing their song together. What a disappointment. If it is a matter of time, then be on time! Which is another problem he seems to having lately. Even when he is late, he still ends the show leaving me feeling robbed and yes, disappointed. Like I said, I love Kem. I think he embodies the entire package as a performer. His swag is undeniable, but I can listen to the CD or watch him on you tube and keep my money in my pocket.

The show was awesome! The comedian that opened the show was funny and used no profanity! I had never seen Chrisette in person and she just blew me away with that angelic voice of hers! Kem gets better each time we've seen him. I would have given 5 stars but he didn't perform one of my favorites which is "If Its Love", my husband and I sat there for a few seconds thinking Kem and Chrisette would return to the stage to sing this duet, but they didn't. The last time we saw Kem he performed just about every song, including the duet with Ledisi. But still an excellent show!

I think the overall show was excellent. But I felt that Kem and Chrisette Michele should of song their single/duet together.

Chrisette Michele did a very nice set....KEM was gorgeous and fabulous as usual!!!

I've seen Kem in the past and he was exceptional which is why I thought to support him again expecially it being the Lover's weekend....would have like to hear him sing/perform more. I think because he allows a large window/homage to his support team, for me, it took away from the essence of coming out for "Valentines" to be cooned with love songs/ballards that we were hoping to receive.

I thought the entire concert was awesome. I left there wanting more from Kem and Chrisette.

The show was just off the hook.....Kem is one hell of a performer. Chrisette did great too. This was well worth the money
