For Dave Grohl; Founder of "The Foo Fighters", to put together a group of unbelievably talented group of musicians from his new Movie; such as John Fogerty, Stevie Nicks, Lee Vang, Rick Springfield, and of course his boys, "The Foo Fighters" was a show that will be on the list of, "Damn I am glad I went to New York City to see a group of Musicians that was a one time shot"! Dave Grohl played Lead Guitar, Rhythm, Lead Vocals, Backup Vocals, wailed on the Drums, but was so humble, and really let each featured Musician take their moment in the spotlight! I thought it was very cool that although, all the members of The Foo Fighters were on stage all night, not a single Foo Fighter song played; even though The Foo's are one of my all time favorite bands. The Venue was electric, and as I anticipated, John Fogerty brought the House down with His Hits! I was pleasantly surprised to see Rick Springfield rip it up as well as He did back in the early 80's! Stevie Nicks closed out the show with the various Musicians, and sang with true passion. In closing, "Wow what a Killer Show" Kudo's to the mastermind, "Dave Grohl!

I knew going in this night was going to be special but never in my wildest dreams could I've imagined such a show. Dave Grohl has taken a bunch of nearly forgotten musicians and bread new life into their souls. You could see it in each of the performers eyes how much this night meant to them, how much the Sound City Players means to them. They were having so much fun, and we were too, an experience many hadn't felt in years. The highlight of the night for me was Lee Ving, I never thought I'd get to see Lee sing "I don't care about you, FUCK YOU" live and if the concert was only those couple of songs with Lee, it would have been enough for me. But it was so much more, every song was a masterpiece that only Mr Grohl could produce. Thank you Dave, please come back with the Sound City Players soon.

This was an amazing experience. Enjoyed each performer. Expecially John Fogerty. It was great to watch Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins perform w/each band. They did a great job. Was a little sad that in the end no Foo Fighter music was performed.

One of the best shows I've seen in years - amazing! Dave Grohl is genius! And to see those huge artists in such an intimate venue - once in a lifetime experience. Favorite moment - Dave and Stevie Nicks doing Landslide acoustic. You could hear a pin drop in the venue during parts of the song - everyone was in aw. Stevie's voice was pitch perfect! One of those moments to give you goosebumps.

For 10+ years I've been saying "you'll never see a better live performance than Foo Fighters". Well, I was wrong. This was a show to beat all. What a great lineup! Technically though, it WAS Foo Fighters, so I will just consider myself right (as usual hahaha). Dave Grohl is a musical genius and has a knack for surrounding himself with other geniuses. So happy I was able to score these tickets!
