Rhye

I actually went to this concert for Lo-Fang. He was amazing, so talented. I love his voice. Too bad he was the opening act and didn't perform long enough. Rhye was really good, too, a very talented singer with this down to earth attitude. The Immanuel was the perfect venue for both these artists. It was a night to be remembered.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! RHYE sounds just like their album, if not better! The instrumental breakdowns were so amazing, definitely a chill worthy moment! I'd love to see them again!

This was one of the best shows I've ever been to! Me and my 2 best friends sat front row right next to the lead singer's wife! The venue was a historic synagogue in DC and it was absolutely beautiful. The band members hung out with us afterwards and took photos and talked about upcoming shows. My friend actually got a set list from the bass player. It was a great show, a great band, and I'll go to see Rhye perform whenever they are in town.

Simply amazing. It meant a lot for me to come with my SO. The music sent chills up my spine and was both soothing and energizing at the same time. The venue was superb, the performance was lush. Milosh asked us to sing Happy Birthday to his wife, who was sitting in the front row. I was thinking it must be the first time the Disney Concert Hall's ever had an audience sing someone Happy Birthday! Thank you also to all of the supporting musicians. Cannot wait to see Rhye again!

The music was awesome and the energy of the band and the crowd was great. Exciting but also mellow enough to really appreciate the music.

Rhye is beautiful music. I was blown away by the bands performance. However the lead singer kept asking the audience to be quiet, sometimes silent, during the performance. This is nearly impossible at a concert venue and the concert ended with him seeing mad and disappointed in the audiences inability to comply with his wishes. Very strange! And the opening band was horrible. At the risk of sounding like my mother, I don't know if I could even call that noise music.

Amazing sound and talent at the Synagogue. Perfect setting for them. I would not miss them if they come around and play a small venue or synagogue like this one.

This is by far one of the best live shows I have attended. The ambience of the Synagogue went really well with the music. Despite only having one record to their name Rhye gave an amazing performance, playing 7-minute rendition of Open, among others. It really was magical.

I've been waiting for Rhye to come back to LA for some time and the day finally came. Rhye is one of those bands that are wayyyy better live. Don't get me wrong, their music is gorgeous, but the performance is beautiful. I always leave so happy and at ease. There was a great mix of old and new songs and the occasional joke here and there was fun. Can't wait to see them again!

RHYE is one of my favorite artists, but this concert made me love them even more. They performed the songs with new renditions and instrumental solos that moved me! The musicality and entertainment value was absolutely incredible. This is probably my favorite concert I've ever been to. If it's at all possible, they sounded even better in concert than on their albums.

I have been listening to this band for a while and bought tickets to this concert at the Orpheum Back in September. Rhye was definitely worth the wait! I didn't think they could get better but they absolutely blew my mind. I highly recommend checking them out and I cannot wait for their next tour, hopefully soon.

Was amazing, they played cool versions of their more popular songs that I'd heard before, and a bunch of new/djfferr t stuff. Great group to hear live.

I've been listening to Rhye for over a year and I had a feeling they would put on a great show but I didn't expect it to be this amazing. I brought my sister along, who doesn't listen to them, and she was blown away. The crowd was a definite plus. They were captivated instantely. at one point my friend thought they might have been lipsyncing since it was almost TOO good until the lead singer started singing with no microphone. Definitely worth your time and money. I would see them again in a heartbeat.

This was really disappointing. Milosh was sick so he did not sing very much and they instead did really long instrumental interludes which got really boring. My wife and I are huge fans and we were so so excited to hear Rhye. I would have rather the cancelled if he could not sing, rather than wing it and fill it with instrumentals.

Amazing venue and band combination. I loved every minute of it!

First off, I think the Fox is a gorgeous theater, and the strings of Rhye can rock so hard. Milosh's voice is like butter, or like a silk pillow -- so smooth and rich I just wanna drift away to it. I would've appreciated if they could've turned up his mike, and several times he motioned for them to do so but there was no real change. I wish there are more obvious places that warn you can't go out BEFORE you go in --I really wanted to get some food before the show. The bar's veggie chili and fritos were not bad though. Honestly wish I could've seen Rhye in a smaller, more intimate setting.

Rhye is an incredible group with a very modern, smooth sound. Looking forward to lots of great new music from them!

I love this band, and yet this concert was terrible. I left early. The base was so loud you could not hear the lead singer. Very disappointing.

The entire concert, from Lo-Fang to Rhye, was pure euphoria. The voices, the music, the theatre, everything was beautiful.

I was really disappointed with Rhye having drastically changed most of his songs. Most notably 3 Days which sounded absolutely nothing like the original and lacked any of the beat and tempo that made it so enjoyable. I don't know if experimenting with the sounds was kind of the theme for that particular event since Lo Fang had also changed up his performance and sounded nothing like he did when opening for Lorde at the Fox, but I wish I had known in advance so I could have made a better decision and not have gone. The seating arrangement was also a let down and was a surprise since all of the other events I've attended at the Fox had us standing. Not only that but having people wander in halfway through the performance using their bright phones to find their seats was rather bothersome. I'll be making sure not to attend any orchestra events at your theater in the future.

Show was amazing! Lo-Fang and Rhye both sounded amazing, and the venue was such a unique spot.

The Cathedral Sanctuary was the perfect venue to see Rhye, the sound was amazing.

Beautifully orchestrated, amazing venue, Rhye was better live than I could ever have imagined.

Had a great time at the show. No bad seats, unless you sat behind a pillar (but plenty of seats available to move to). Lo-Fang and Rhye put on a great and intimate show.

Venue was a bit dark, but musicians were amazing...

This was my first time at this venue, but it was perfect for a band like Rhye. The setting was perfect, gorgeous and intimate. They're definitely one of those bands you'd have to see live to truly experience it. Great show!

PRO: Incredibly talented group, performed well although sounded a bit too rehearsed for my taste. CON: Artists need to keep their personal lives out of the publics eye, it really does affect the overall experience. Lead singers wife walked in front of the stage twice during performances.

Amazing performance. Will definitely be seeing Rhye again when they return to Minneapolis.

I knew Open and went with minimal expectations. It was a fabulous night! The instrumentals were amazing and the vocals were captivating. I will seek them out again.

I enjoyed seeing all ages and types of people enjoying the beautiful concert hall. The music center should put on more productions of this nature.

Great new band. Love that bass player. Keeps all the dangling together. Milo's ethereal chops suited the hall well. What a space out. Waiting for new material and next tour.
