Paper Bird is a wonderful show! This Denver band has a unique sound, fronted by three lovely ladies singing intricate weaving harmonies, and powered by an inventive and energetic quartet of instrumentalists. They create unforgettable soundscapes with the repertoire of original music created over 7 years of touring and performing around the country. The sound at the Mercury was very good Wednesday night, which is a critical part to enjoying this band. They are not a "turn it up" bar band. Don't miss 'em when they come to your town!
