Raiding the Rock Vault is a fantastic review of rock's history. It is performed by top caliber musicians from an array of rock and hard rock groups from the 80s and 90s. If you know Whitesnake or Heart, then you know the incredible talent of Doug Aldrich and Howard Leese. These guys can really play! The did everything from Jimi Hendrix's "All Along the Watch Tower," to Heart's "Alone" to the Eagle's "Hotel California." There were four amazing vocalists (three male and one female) who harmonized throughout the night, bringing the songs much power, emotion and energy. Everyone was standing, singing and clapping along at one point or another. Whether you love this kind of music or just like a good show, I highly recommend it. And if you are a musician, you'll be getting one amazing live clinic!

The show was really good with some great tunes and a story told along the way. The venue was good BUT the bar was rubbish . Included in the ticket was a free cocktail ,but it was sold out in no time and no alternative offered. So I bit the bullet and opted for a draught beer .....guess what they had run out. The theatre was only half full so how could such a prestigious hotel run out of such things.

The musicianship and song selection were exquisite. As a garage musician myself it was great to see such an all star cast effortly play cover tunes note for note. The skits between songs were just enough to tell the story without interrupting the flow.

What do you expect with 3 Lead Vocals and 2 Hot Lead Guitarist? Great show! They got everyone Rocking. Some songs you'd like to request again. All were enthuiastic and high Energy. The opening Theme is somewhat confusing "Finding the Vault". The vault never closes again? Some nice lighning effects.

I thought the beginning was a bit corny when they were looking for the rock fault I also thought Robin McCauley still brought it at age 60. Would have been nice to see each member pick one of their own songs to play. Liked the stats posted once in awhile. Overall a good mix of talent.

Tremendous show. Talented musicians taking the audience through an audio and visual historical tour from the seed corn of rock n roll through Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin to Van Halen. Most excellent female bartender at the bar outside the venue.

The musicians were fantastic. Could not tell difference between original recorded tunes and concert music. Singing was passable but not that great. Venue was okay. LAV is a rundown property. Seems unfair that no female rock artists were included. What about Janis Joplin, Pat Benatar or Gracie Slick.
