This was the Sonic event I've been waiting to go to for years, being a Sonic fan for 20 years I've never been more happy. This event went wonderfully, everyone working at Sega was very kind! The crowd of fans helped make it fun and exciting. Everything they provided; demo of Sonic Lost World, exclusive cut scene, wonderful guests, free Sonic swag, food, drinks and the location of Sonic Boom was fantastic. I had such a great time I didn't want it to end! I'm very pleased this year Sonic Boom was in the midwest, I'm really hoping they bring this to the Chicago area next year, thank you Sega and The Pageant!

If you're a Sonic fan, this was great! Otherwise you may find yourself bored. I loved it. Crush 40 was amazing. Free Chili Dogs. And a chance to play Sonic Lost World before its out. Free gifts just for showing up. However, I'd have liked it if there had been more things to purchase. I was hoping for games/ cds/ figures/ shirts sonic related to buy up. But there were only some Crush 40 shirts. Which was cool, I'd just like more. If you're a Sonic fan, dont miss this next time!

Sonic Boom is the kind of event I've looked forward to going to all my life! When I had heard there was an event in honor of a video game series I've played since I was but a toddler, I wanted to be able to attend. Unfortunately, with the past two years that SEGA has held a Sonic Boom event, I was unable to go because it was too far for me to travel by car. After I heard this year's event would be held in St. Louis, I was overjoyed! I was so excited to finally join in on the fun and meet so many nice Sonic fans like me. Where I live, we have little to none, especially around my age. But enough about that, time to talk about the event itself. Sonic Boom had many stations where you could play demos of the new game, Sonic Lost World, there were a lot of people but everyone was friendly enough, Im positive that everyone who wanted to try was able to get at least one chance thanks to the number of game stations. Sonic Boom also served food for everyone, I had been looking forward to enjoy foods that are unique in certain towns and countries, in this case, toasted ravioli; it was delicious. I'm certainly going to have it again in the near future! After a while, I was treated to a Crush 40 concert! Crush 40 is a music group well known in the Sonic community for performing many of the songs players would hear in the Sonic the Hedgehog video games! And they were terrific Live! They were not only making awesome music, but they were making people laugh in between songs too! Crush 40 is a terrific band! After the concert, the staff in charge moved right along with the Reston the festivities, including a Q&A session with two members of the Japanese Sonic Team in charge of the newest Sonic games currently being made. Many fans had their questions answered by the two with very positive results! Then there was a costume contest, followed by a Sonic trivia contest between 6 fans on stage, a small dance and videos of what to see in the upcoming Sonic games! It was a night filled with laughter, fun, music, and positive interaction among new friends! In short, I couldn't have been happier with what I was given at Sonic Boom! Thanks to Sonic Boom, not only did I have fun, but I got to meet a lot of new faces who I can be a friend to, who actually have the same interest(s) as me. If I were given the opportunity, I would definitely attend Sonic Boom next year!

What can I say? I was so happy to attend this event rather than Chicago Comic Con. The place was so clean and cool, food was yummy, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the show rocked our socks off! It was all great fun, I wish more people could experience such a thing. There is nothing like it, hearing an awesome band live and meeting gaming legends. I wish they would do this every year in such an ideal location. It was about time the midwest got some love and this proves that SEGA treats its fans right! I miss the event already, haha!

It was great to be around Sonic fans like myself and have an incredible time seeing Crush 40 perform live, as well as play the newest Sonic title.

The event was amazing. I had a blast. Great music, great food, great gifts. I love getting the chance to hang out with other Sonic fans. I only wish the night didn't have to end. Everything was fun. I plan to come back to Sonic Boom next year. The only thing I'd recommend is that before the event starts (like 30 mins before the event) when random music is playing if its possible it should play music that is from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

I drove from Milwaukee. Tickets were 25 bucks. I got all I could eat, drink, and dessert to munch on. Also, I got a concert, a chance to play new games, meet like minded people, meet a few of sonics creators, get a few autographs, and enjoy the scenery. I seriously might have to go every year! It seriously was awesome. People weren't as hyper as the tend to be at Summer of Sonic in London, but I enjoyed the mood, very fun!
