My wife, two children, and I really enjoyed this play. Fantastic acting, an excellent script, and really nice sets made this thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely fun for the whole family.

I attend a lot of theater so my expectations are high. I thought this play was too insubstantial to hold my interest. The sets were clever and the acting very good. But, the play as a whole was disappointing. The theme was not big enough, the dialogue not compelling enough to make interesting theater. Sorry. Hate to be critical as I know so much goes into the production of these plays but I expect more of an experience from theater.

This performance was amazing! The small cast who played multiple roles did an unbelievable job. The set changes fell in line with the story and were not distracting. It was fun going around the world!

This play didn't work for us. Rather tiresome, simplistic plot line that jumped from scene to scene without much character development. At my wife's insistance we left at intermission.

What a fun show. The actors did a fantastic job. They were not only energetic and understandable but they also made quick changes. It takes a lot of talent to be able to change costumes and accents as quickly as they did.

This play really requires that the actors enjoy their own performance and share it with the audience - and boy did they. A wonderful ensemble piece and a great evening in the theater.

From a neighbor who attends quite a few plays, I had heard that the play had received a negative review so I wasn't expecting anything great. However, I am happy to report that both my husband and I thought "80 Days" was quite well done and very entertaining from beginning to end. I thought the actors did a top notch job, all of them. And the ingenious (and funny) props made the event even better.

We left at intermission, and would have left earlier if we were seated closer to the aisle. The play is unfunny and plodding, and the characters are uninteresting. With all the decent plays out there, why waste tens of thousands of dollars producing this one? I'm wondering about the initial readings: who was laughing or saying "gee that's great theater!" as the in-play narrators moved the story along by describing the plot without any wit or humor? It's too bad -- if I remember rightly, Jules Verne skewered the English gentleman's persnickety habits in the book...almost none of that came through in the play.

What a cute, funny play! I really enjoyed the sets and how they pulled off scenes from the book. My only issue was the absence of the hot air balloon.

Yes, it was funny. Just, not laugh out loud funny.

As my wife said, they tried hard. Cast was fine, but the material had no soul, no wit, no emotion, no mystery. Not sure why anyone would decide to put it on.

The cast is superb, the sets are inventive & the experience takes you on a whirlwind adventure. It's difficult at some moments to understand the 'authentic' accents, the script is so entertaining, you're never left wondering what's happening because the characters are so animated & engaging.
