It was the first time my two oldest grandchildren attended a PGA golf event. They had a wonderful time seeing the players, walking the grounds, and being part of the excitement in the gallery. I started going to Firestone 45 years ago and I got to witness a new generation of fans become part of the experience and excitement of this event.

The players were relaxed and kidding around with each other, the crowd was small and the weather the best. How can you beat that for $15.00!! My wife and I thought it was a great deal and just a perfect day. Even the food was reasonably priced. Hotdog, chips and coke for $6.00, good price for a major sports event. I would highly recommend that everyone who can take the time should spend one day at te Firestone Country Club.

As a Veteran of the Viet Nam Era, I was never so proud and honored as I was by the treatment shown Vets and Active Military. Thank you to whomever set up the Outpost on the 14th green. Our military keeps us safe period! They do deserve to be treated as VIP's and we were at the 2012 Bridgestone Invitational.

We really loved how up close we were to the players. We went to the US open at oakmont in 2016 and it was too crowded to get up close and really see the action but when we got here we got to see absolutely everything that we had hoped for. We watched some drives in hole 1 then sat and watched hole 5 for some time and saw some incredible shots before moving on to hole 12. Loved watching the T shots on this par 3 and just enjoyed all the aspects of seeing our favorite golfers up close!

great time, great event, very well managed from parking, to entry, to leaving. Many places to get close to players and watch golf. Lots of seating options lots of food options - food prices weren't bad. Only complaint would be that $4 for bottled water is excessive, especially when you cant bring some in.

I decided to drive up to the tournament on a whim. I felt the tickets were reasonably priced, so off I went. I'm glad I did. I had a good time. Great golf all around, but Hideki ran away with it. I plan to go back every year.

3 different Greens and 3 different Tees all within about 150-200 yards near the Clubhouse. Little to no walking after you enter if you choose.

I purchased tickets with concession credit added on the information I received from Ticketmaster on where I could use this credit was spot on. All the way leading up to the event they were very helpful sending emails with information such as parking details and tournament updates.

After attending the US Open at Oakmont 2 weeks earlier, the Bridgestone was like paradise. I could get up close to any player I wished to. Within 30 minutes of arriving I witnessed an amazing banana draw around a tree from 10 ft away. Access is quick and easy to virtually any corner of the course (except 16 and 18 greens are crowded of course). And even parking and shuttling was very timely. Thoroughly enjoyed.

We attended the tournament for the final round on Sunday. Public Parking was exceptionally easy both in and out. Very well organized. The course was in immaculate condition and the walking routes allowed easy access to all the golfers. We managed to see every twosome and came away with the feeling of having attended a great event. We will return again in the future.

The Bridgestone Invitational was nice as always. The weather cooperated and the field was exceptional. There were many nice places to eat. The Trucks on Twelve offered a lot of different types of food. The course is user friendly with a lot of good viewing areas to see the golfers. Had a great time.

Each year I attend this event, the past two years going twice. And each year I am so impressed by the course, the players, the people, and the transportation to and from the parking area. Next year I am considering not ony attending twice but also volunteering.

This event was second rate compared to the US Open in Oakmont. First of all I had to wait in a 20 minute line to empty my pockets and pass security 2 wands. At Oakmont they had 5 wands so there was a two minute wait. The parking at Oakmont was free. $5.00 at Bridgestone. Easier to get to all tee boxes and greens at Oakmont. The beer was less costly. and always super cold. The only reason I would go back is because it is close to home. Otherwise not really interested.

Enjoyed the day! The veterans area was very nice. Thank you Mrs Michelson for creating Birdies for the Brave. The course was beautiful and the shuttle from public parking was great.. Loved the bus drivers. The only negative was the security regarding the purse size. I had a wallet purse and was denied entry and had to take it back to my car. In the country club we saw numerous women with big purses walking around. We will be back!

it was too bad that it was on the same weekend as the French open. not all the great players were there. we had to sit on a different hole then the one we like since they didn't t-off on 1 and 10. the t-shirt selection was small and too pricey. same with the golf shirts. food wasn't too bad price wise. nice sunny day!!! had fun and that's all that matters!!!

I have been to several practice rounds before and I was very satisfied. This year though (I haven't to one in several years) I was very disappointed. There was more standing around without any kind of flow. The years I had been to there were tee times and you could follow the players that interested you. We were there at opening and really didn't see anyone on the course until at least 11:00. I will not attend again, unless there are tee times and a better flow of golfers on the course Thanks

As an avid golfer, I loved this event. It was my first PGA event, and I loved that it was essentially in my backyard. It was a great time. The only thing I will say that caused me to have a negative experience was that you were not allowed to use a cell phone at all. I understand that there are no videos or pictures allowed (where they were in previous tournaments), but the volunteers started taking cell phones from people which I thought was incredibly excessive. No texting - even if your phone is silent, even when the players are not present.

This year for Father's Day we gave 4 tickets to the event. As a family we went in on Saturday, did the tourist thing at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, had a great meal at the Winking Lizard, spent the night at Extended Stay America and went to the tournament on Sunday. We had a great time. A few things that I was disappointed in...we were not allowed to bring in our purse (the restriction only said backpack), bottled waters were very expensive with no fountains, autographs were for "kids only"... A few things I was pleased with...the close proximity to the players, great seats for all in the stands, the gift shop had a great deal on golf shirts, inexpensive parking and shuttle service...

Organized really well from parking to concession stands. Little trouble Saturday finding concession stands on back nine. Sunday morning we waited almost 30 minutes at clubhouse restaurant outside without waitress ever coming, we finally got up and left. People and volunteers were great, helpful and courteous.

The great thing for fans spectating at Firestone is the old style course layout is perfect for easy viewing. Course was built for members walking (with caddies carrying their clubs) which means the holes are in close proximity to one another. Even if you sit in a bleacher area, it is easy to pick up a favorite player and walk for a couple holes and then return to your seat. the only reason I rate the experience a 4 is that the prices of food and drink were a bit pricey - for ex. my son has been to the Masters and raved about the reasonable food prices - the classic $2.00 pimento cheese sandwich according to him was awesome - that said whats fun for me is that I first visited this site as a young man in 1967 - to remember Jack Nicklaus hitting a 4 iron to the 220 par 3(in the days when the 4 iron had more loft on it) -and landing his shot hole high with the "old style " clubs and ball - and then to watch the modern players bomb away and have trouble getting close or on the green is a great memory - I would recommend to any fan of golf to at least once in your life to visit this classic old venue.

My father and I went on the Wednesday practice round. The public parking and shuttle was convenient. We arrived 9-ish to see Bubba Watson headed to the 17th tee. Throughout the day we were easily able to see tee shots and green practices up close with no problems. Golfers were relaxed and frequently stopped and spoke with the fanss, especially the younger ones. The generally talked even when players were hitting, though the crowd did not. The course is hilly, with most holes playing uphill or downhill. Food was reasonably priced. $20 for two burgers and two waters. The best part was being so close to every tee shot. The marshalls were friendly and talkative. It was good to see the elevation changes in person. You don't get that perspective on TV.

We decided to follow Bubba Watson and Dustin Johnson for holes 10-18. The course was awesome. The weather was perfect; very warm but the clouds for once kept it just right. It is just amazing what these pros can do, even when missing the fairway! We ate a burger from Swenson's. Loved the way they had staff taking the orders out in the crowd, then calling out your name. (Wouldn't want to be the girl yelling out names all day). We parked off site and were shuttled to the course; no hassles. Would definitely attend this event again.

Good overall. Liked the food trucks. VERY DISAPPOINTED with ropes being moved back by 16th green! This was the spot my brother, sister, and I liked to go to on Sunday. It was the spot my dad wanted to sit at when he had cancer back in 2011! He passed away before the following year's event. We have been making it an annual event for the 3 of us and any other family members able to come. Tell CBS they have plenty of other good spots for their cameras!!

The PGA and Firestone CC people did as promised as I have difficulty moving around. The PGA Tour Experience is far better than any Sporting Event I have ever been to. The Players actually touch and give balls away. I took my 10 year old g'son who loved it. The people were so nice to him. Gotta go to another PGA Tournament. For certain!!!

Had a really nice time at Bridgestone. The weather cooperated and the field was amazing as usually. The course was in good shape, the concessions had a lot to offer especially the fan zone. I loved the grey goose bar and the café with the rice bowls was really tasty.
