Lead of Foxes

Saw Lead of Foxes on Thursday night at Mercury Lounge and they really rock!! The lead singer's vocals are powerful. The keyboard player, Evan Donohue, is a rising star. The band has an amazing chemistry and I can't wait to see them again at Stephen's Talk House in Amagansett, Long Island on August 9th. Lead of Foxes performed their album and added 3 new songs. Great melodies and lyrics!

Loved the music. Special treat, 3 new songs! "Ships", "About Last Night" (fun chronicle of a big night out- "It wasn't me you saw dancing on the bar..... They ended with "Rush" with a Neon Trees like guitar intro, a danceable beat and lead singer Tarah Healy's voice belting out the refrain " oooooh oh ooooh, and my body's all flushed with fever"
