Fabulous '50s & Beyond

My wife &I have attended several of these shows , Best yet. Did not need MC, just as good without one. Shirley Alston Reeves, Great, She still has her pipes. Little Anthony and the Imperials Loved the original members, new fellows were a great addition. Bobby Rydell was a super headliner, especially liked singing Wildwood days during the show and at the end again. The Du-Wop group was a nice addition, a few of their songs were familiar, a few not so much. Overall- Excellent. See you next year.

So glad that Bowzer is returning as the MC. Great MC and a great show. Always have amazing 50s bands and performers every year. Just wish they would have kept Dave Christopher for the dance party the night before but Rocky and The Rollers were good. Also, wish they would push it up to mid-September when the weather is a bit more warmer.

Bowzer always puts on a fun show, and this was no exception. Big name stars like Johnny Tillotson and Gene Chandler shared the stage with original members of the groups who started it all - Fred Parris and the Five Satins, the Tymes, as well as members of Bill Haley's original Comets. Bowzer and the Stingrays kept the audience engaged with stories, songs, and contests. If they do it again next year, I'll be there!

Bowser was the greatest! Hope he hosts this show again next year! Groups were fabulous. Two original Comets were 81 and 90 years old and the 90 year old drummer did an amazing drum solo! One of the best shows we saw at Wildwood.

Not enough music, there was too much fluff, there should have been more bands.

I have seen about 8 shows. This was the worst one yet. I am not coming back.

The show was so much fun and entertaining. We loved Bowzer. The groups were excellent. I would definite recommend to everyone I know. Can't wait to see what is in store for next year.

The show was very enjoyable. I feel it needed more acts. Mr. Bowzer is a very good MC and I was blown away by his piano expertize and the fact that he is a Julliard graduate. Who Knew?? He just went on a little too long in the second act. But I enjoyed him and LOVED his talents on the piano! Incredible!

The show was pretty good. Bowzer did a terrific job keeping the show moving. Some of the acts were OK. The best was the 2 remaining members of the Comets. They were absolutely amazing and inspiring. We were pleasantly surprised with Bowzer's classical talents. I could have listened to him for hours. What happened to Freddie Cannon?!! No show?!

IT WAS FABULOUS! A LOT OF FUN! WILL GO NEXT YEAR!!!

Great concert. Unbelievable how fast time went by. It was a fun evening and I am glad that Wildwood is promoting this event. Thank you.

All the stars were great and they still looked classy and could hit those high notes. Bowzer was the best MC and he had all the good stars to performed. I would highly recommend this show.

We have been to severaol shows dealing with the 50's, but this was one of the best. It was constant movement and entertainment.

Absolutely the best concert I have attended. Bowser was a wonderful host; Never realized how talented he is. I am also a fan of classical musical, but never knew he was a Julliard graduate. As each group finished I thought, "Wow, that was the best!" Yet, the next group was just as amazing. I can't even pick a favorite; they were all outstanding!

Best event enver! Bowzer had the brand of this event. We expected much less and got a whole lot more during the 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm show

Just plain fun-full of laughs and talented musicians=great for our age group

One of the best times ever, I am only sorry that I have not gone sooner. I will most certainly return next year, Lord willing. I thought the event was handled in the highest professional way and the organizers did an excellent job on their selection of entertainers. The program was packed full and things happened in a timely manner. One thing I would like for the MC of the Friday night dance to do is to ask the audience if there are any original American Band Stand participants in the house. There were a few couples that looked they could have been part of the original dancers. I am so happy that I got to experience this yearly event.

Great show. Never a dull moment. Brought us back to the original days of R&R. Especially exciting to see "original" members of Bill Haley & the Comets!. Bowzer was an amazing host.

Amazing what groups they get in and how great they still are -in their 70s and up.

Every act was amazing.. I liked when they had people from the audience came up on stage.. It was fun to watch.....

Absolutely wonderful. Bowzer was a great host. Never knew he could play such classical music. Loved the Comets, the Sax player and drummer got me to a standing ovation........Listening to my old 50s,60s music brought back many happy memories of my family and friends, many long gone, but were alive in my mind on that nite.

Wonderful show full of talented people. Bowzer was amazing!! Not to be missed by Doo Wop fans!! Had a great time!

The weekend was really great starting off with the dance party with the David Christopher Band. These guys were great entertainers and singers. The was a lot of audience participation which made for a great time. The concert on Saturday was awesome with great acts. Especially enjoyable was the original Comets from Bill Haley and the Comets. Fred Paris, The Tymes, Johnny Tilllotson, and the Duke Of Earl Gene Chandler were all great as well. We will return for next years weekend.

Excellent show!! Bowzer was an extremely entertaining host, and made the show very enjoyable!! During the changing of acts, Bowzer kept the audience busy and entertained, you almost didn't even notice that the acts were changing, as the show just flowed. It was an absolute delight to be able to attend this wonderful show and enjoy the 50's music!

The concert was AMAZING!!!!! All of the acts were incredible! Bowser made a great MC! I hope he comes back next year to host it again.

The show was entertaing from beginning to end. Bowzer knocked our socks off with his classical piano ability. Who knew??? The groups that peformed were from my generation of the 50's and they sounded great. Never missed a word of their songs, no earbuds needed and they all still seem to enjoy doing it.

Show was well run and performance was outstanding. Bowser emceed a great line up of performers.
