The last time I saw Mineral play live was in 1997 at Coney Island High. CIH is now a sushi & noodle restaurant. Mineral is still emo. The hiatus did very little in reducing the emotional connection I have to their songs from a time when I was in my early twenties to now being middle aged. Chris Simpson's voice is still majestic. The rest of the band can still bring it. Hopefully this leads to some new music.

Let their memories and records be what you know of this formerly great band. Musically they sound even better then the recordings but vocally it was unbearable. It really ruined the show. Left early. Sad.

It was a dream event. Favorite band that broke up shortly after getting into them reunites thirteen years later. Everyone at the venue was super into it.

One of the best shows I've been to in a really long time. I knew I would love Mineral, but opening act (Into It.Over It.) were surprisingly great as well. Great venue and amazing bands!

I am literally at a loss for words to describe this musical experience. I waited so very long and was finally able to see Mineral during their time in NY. It was religious.

I saw them the first 3 nights. They sounded loud, heavy, and together. It wasn't perfect at some parts but they haven't played in 17 years, so it makes sense. And these were the first few shows, so its just gonna get more tits. Chicago and LA here I come.
