The game was good. Glad the Aztecs won. Fireworks were great, however the visability was not great in all areas of stadium. The fireworks should have been more centered over the stadium. Additionally, some of them were set off too low, so we only saw the tops of the display. Overall, still a great show.

The football game was great! We had good seats to watch the Aztecs win! The skyshow was awesome visually! But the music was way to loud to be enjoyed. Over all a great time was had by all.

Football is football and the game was fine. The post game event, the annual KGB Skyshow was a disappointment. The aerialists who started the show were invisible for the 3 to 4 minutes of their performance because the spotlight handlers seemed unable to find them. Then the audio portion of the presentation was so poorly set up that all that could be heard inside the stadium was distortion. Then lets get to the actual fireworks. So poorly staged that fully a third of them were going off below the level of the stadium. Why in the world was the highest point in the stadium wall, The scoreboard, chosen for the focal point of the fireworks? The fireworks were so low that piles of live sparks were strewn across the ground. The only people who could see the show were those who left the stadium and stood in the access ramps. If KGB Radio station can't be bothered to put on a professional show, I can't be bothered to pay for tickets again.

The Aztecs played an excitng game last night and look to be a much improved team. Don Coryell and his 1969 Undefeated Championship Team took the field at halftme andit was great to see Don and his team. It's time to put Don in the NFL Hall of Fame! Ryan Lindley has a great arm and he had lots of chances to show it during the game. The Aztec Band has never sounded better and when the team came over by the band at the end of the game it added to the fun. Great football, Don Coryell, the enthusiastic and talented band, cheerleading, the dance and flag teams, plus the 34th Annual KGB Skyshow sponsored by Barona, what more could anyone ask for! We'll be back!

Great experience! Cannot believe the love the SD has for the SDSU Aztecs. The game was a great back-and-forth. Sadly, my Golden Bears lost :( The stadium facility is easy to maneuver. The local SDSU fans are gracious and supportive. Good luck on the 2016 campaign SDSU football!!!

Great game, thrilling plays. SDSU had the Bears on their heels for most of the game and slammed the door shut with a last gasp Cal interception near the end zone. SDSU also rocks a great tailgate environment. Good job Aztecs!

I was with alot of family members for the game in the club section. I always go to the SDSU games and watch from this view point. The reason is there are better concessions (drinks) in this area. That is NOT the case this time! There is NO coffee anymore in this area and ice cream is not available! I do not consider "dibs" to be ice cream. Also the beer selection is very average for the experience. Have they not heard of craft beer? Lastly there is nobody that checks if your a person who has seats in the club section so ANYBODY can just walk in and sit down. WHY PAY FOR SEATS IN THIS AREA WHEN ANYBODY CAN JUST WALK IN AND SIT THERE!?

Where did they hire the game play announcer from (or, should I say "non-announcer"?)? Is he a volunteer? You have to keep your eyes peeled on the field if you don't wanna miss a kick-off or punt because the announcer sure isn't gonna say squat to clue the fans in. Yeah, yeah, I know. Why don't I keep my eyes on the game? Why? Because sometimes I like to pay attention to my family when there is an idol moment. But I would like to be notified when a pivotal play is about to happen. With that guy, it was silence! Lame!

The game was great and there is not a bad seat in the stadium. I was a little disappointed with the ticket agents and having to talk to 3 different people before I could get the tickets I purchased online. The game was great though and the Sky show afterwards was AMAZING!!!

I traveled from New London, CT to see this game. Although it was not my first Aztec football game, it was certainly the best one I've seen. There was no early exist from this game, as it went down to the last tick of the clock. The crowd was really into it, but they were also well behaved.

Great seats. Great SDSU win. Inexpensive tickets. The lines to get in were way too long. Not sure if the gates didn't expect this big of a crowd, understaffing or they opened late but waiting in line for as long as we did and missing kick off was not fun.

SDSU won, and now will host Air Force this Saturday in the Mountain West Conference Championship game! Lively crowd, good win for the Aztecs on Senior Night. Losing the staerting QB and a defensive lineman to questionable hits was painful.

Retiring back home in San Diego, I could not wait to start attending Aztec football games. Season opener combined with the KGB Sky Show is a must attend for any true Aztec fan. Aztecs did not disappoint fans. 36 to 17 victory over UC Davis. Team looks to be strong, take aways, good running game, over twice the yardage of the opponent, more first downs. Looking forward to attending more Aztec games in the coming months!!!

If you have never been to a KGB 101.5 FM Sky Show before you are missing out. It is in my opinion the best firework display you will find in the entire USA. The combined rock n roll with the out of this world firework display is breath taking. The music is carefully selected to go with the firework event. From the very beginning to the very end. It is not one of these 15 minute displays that leave you thinking...that's it??? Just the opposite, it leads you through a roller coaster ride through rock n roll history while dazzling you with a wonder in the sky, and every time you think that was the finale..., nope they are just loading more rockets :) By the time this long display is over you are left just cheering, and getting ready to purchase the tickets for next year. An awe inspiring rock n roll and firework display that you don't want to miss. Oh and there is a football game too hahaha The football game is before the show, so you actually get two events in one ticket price.

Alot can be said about Qualcomm stadium but for the price of the game it's fine. I would have liked more then one coffee hut in the club section because the line can be really really long. Every thing else is great! Maybe more food trucks or food options once inside also. The place is clean and I really like the tailgating that can happen before one of the games! There have been a couple of times when the parking doesn't open up four hours before the game like their suppose to. That needs to change. People coming going west of Friars road need to be able to make the right turn into the parking lot. Security isn't set up sometimes when they should be. Go Aztecs!!!

A huge disappointment for SDSU fans who watched their team outplay Fresno, but lose the game. An incredibly bad ref call allowed a Fresno touchdown that shouldn't have happened. Then SDSU blew two easy field goals that either would have won the game. Great game, bad ending. Seats were very good.

Had never been to a college game before and was delighted to see all the families there with their young children. Sporting events have gotten so expensive that it is probably hard for a family to take everyone and afford the tickets. Was disappointed in pathetic showing by Aztecs (do they NOT have a backup quarterback? Seriously lacking...) but the fireworks show made up for it. Had great seats for watching the show as we were facing the opposite endzone. Not crazy about the music at all. With so much awesome rock to pick from, I was surprised at their choices. Also, why didn't the police cars come out further onto the field. Kind of dumb to have them drive 5 feet and stop. Just giving my feedback. Overall, had a great time!

We had the best time. The game was so much fun, what a great crowd, entertaining, awesome band and dancers, fans were sooo much fun and the sky show, WOW!!! I think they really outdid themselves this year!! It was sooooooooo good!!!! My husband and I hadn't been in years (since highschool) and we brought our kids this time and they couldnt believe their eyes, it was amazing, the music, the environment, everything about the whole event was top notch. I would highly recommend this for everyone! It was suited for everyone of every age, I don't think one person wasn't awestruck at the sky show, it was incredible!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, one of my favorite events this year!!!

LOVED the venue! The San Diego Trolley (light-rail) system makes it easy to get to the stadium. They practically drop you off at the front gate! We parked at one of the malls, hung out at the local sports bar - Randy Jones - before the game, and then jumped on the trolley at the station across the street. This is definitely the way to go!

Being at the SDSU game was really fun! The seats were actually too close to the field, which meant we couldn't see over the football players who were standing on the sidelines. Also, the 4 people in the row in front if us stood up for every good play so they could see what was happening. This meant we would have to stand too but still couldn't see over them because they were all so tall. We moved back a few rows and to the left of our original seats to be able to see the field a little better. I thought sitting close would be good, but not if you want to see the game!

Have not been to Football game for number of years and will never go to a televised game again. The breaks for tv made the game unwatchable. Add to that the completely terrible play calling, 9 in the box, just keep running up the middle. Blairing music through a horrible sound system, lame in crowd video interactions and of course the same numbers of drunk obnoxious people that used to be at charger games. Wow quite a night to forget and one that will not be experienced again.

The SDSU student section and the Aztec's major upset over the Stanford Cardinal made it a night to remember. Albeit the fact that Qualcomm is a dump and when the lights went out it, it made so much sense why the Chargers left. San Diego, SDSU and the SDSU Student body deserve a rich billionaire to fund a stadium...and not taxpayers. I'm very proud that the people of San Diego stood up to the NFL and said NO! We'll keep going to Aztec games but they deserve a new smaller stadium. I hope they get it.

KGB Skyshow did not disappoint, however; the food and beverage offerings were way below par for such an event. The Skyshow has been a part of San Diego for 42 years and most of the fans are a mature crowd and want more than minimal hotdogs,bratwurst,greasy pizza and burgers. Long lines in the only real bar...no wine outside . iwould suggest some food trucks and micro breweries for this event. We are not all college students attending this event. Rock On KGB

I got my bf tickets to an aztec vs boise game for our one year. It was our first time going to a football game and we had a great time! The chants were fun and the game was amazing!

Game was great, staff was very unhelpful in helping find where our actual seats were unfortunately. My date and I had never been to Qualcomm so we were not to sure where our seats were located and we didn't even end up sitting in the right seats.

One of the more entertaining Aztec games I have ever been to. A back-and-forth, smash mouth game against a team ranked in the Top 25. The Aztecs should have won, but couldn't make the field goal as time expired. The overtime loss was disappointing, but homecoming was still a memorable experience.

The game was a blast and our seats were really good! We liked the announcer and the halftime entertainment as well. The food was a little expensive but it tasted good.

Although there were one or two loudmouth OSU fans that required a little intervention by security, such instances were short and few; the fans were more or less cordial and good-natured on both sides. The vibe throughout the stadium was great! The bands, the dancers, the cheerleaders, the music, the kids; there was a fun, positive energy flowing. It was great to see SDSU play a big school tough... although I gotta admit with 5:00 left my dad and I were pretty glum, getting ready for another San Diego letdown. And when the Aztecs DID manage to blow a 4th-quarter lead and lose the game, it was even MORE glum as we walked around the entire stadium to our car, enduring the energetic Beavers fans. Bah! Side notes: my dad has a handicap placard, so not only was the parking right up front and very accessible getting in and out of the lot, but we got free parking.

We lost but had a great time. The seats were awesome and the whole transaction was effortless. The only negative is, I think that $5 a ticket to buy online is a little excessive

Even though the Aztecs didn't win we still enjoyed going. Of course, the KGB Sky Show was this night as well so that added to the excitement. Definitely would go again.

Ive been to many Aztec games over the years since I attended SDSU. This one was sad. it was like the Aztecs gave up once they started to lose the game. It was pretty evident that they were not putting 100% into what they were doing when they were Booed off the field by many fans. Sad, I hope its no commentary on the teams future prospects. The Skyshow was kinda lame this year also. The music was way too loud. Perhaps I'm just gettin too old!

Football game was sad and disappointing, quarterback and whole team needs some more practice :p Seats were great, but it was very hot and humid. Bathrooms were horrible, dirty with trash on floor, no hand soap. Fireworks were awesome! Traffic control after the game was terrible, sat in the parking lot for an hour!

Looks like the Aztecs have their work cut out for them this season. They were completely dominated by a lower division team and were blown out in a game they should have won. But that's not the real reason we were there. Radio station KGB had a HUGE fireworks show after the game. This is the 12th sky show we have been to and it did not disappoint. We had a lot of fun, even though the game was a yawner. About the only real complaint would be that there were not enough concession stands open, and the beer choices...well, they were quite limited. Bud and Coors are not beers, they are colored carbonated water.

What was touted as a gratitous win for the Aztecs against an FCS team turned into a humiliation for a "so-called" FBS team. Having been a fan of Aztecs since the winning 1960's Coreyll teams, of the past few decades, this was not one the best games I have seen, however, this game was one of the worst in recent years. The front line could not open holes. The QB could not hit his receivers, and when the opportunity was there on a long pass, the QB floated the ball with so much "hang time" that the defending players had plenty of time to position themselves around the ball to either break-up the play or intercept. On defense, the Aztecs were caught with their pants down. The Panthers executed play after play to completely outperform the Aztecs, on the Aztecs HOME field. If this is how the Aztecs will play the rest of the year, maybe they should just forfeit the upcoming game to #2 Ohio State (Buckeyes). Oh, wait, Ohio State is paying SDSU $1 million, so yeah, take the trip and at least show up.
