The Cross and the Light

Excellent production. The talent of the actors and actresses and the vocals were amazing. I would highly recommend seeing this production.

it was simply magnificent. All the stars were very talented singers. I would advise everyone to see it.

THE CROSS AND THE LIGHT REMINDED ME OF UP WITH PEOPLE SOME 30 YEARS AGO. THE ENTHUSIASM OF THE ACTORS MADE THE CHARACTERS REAL. MANY THINGS WERE COVERED IN THE TWO HOUR MUSICAL.

I was extremely disappointed by this production. The music and singing was good but the show itself was far less than I was expecting.

I enjoyed every minute of the musical. Very talented group of people. The singing and the acting was great!!!!!!

The singing was absolutely superb. The acting was grand. The lighting effects were fantastic. It was especially touching at certain points in the experience when Jesus forgave all from the cross and forgave Peter and the light spanned the audience, forgiving all. The lighting and sound effects of the whipping of Jesus behind the scene was dramatic. It almost went on too long. It was a grand way to prepare for the celebration of Easter...and the addition of the Pentecost and Ascension addition worked very well. It was not a play; it was not a performance. It was an experience! I was disappointed, however, that Kelly didn't come out to greet us.

I look forward to this play all year, and have brought many people to see the shows. Plan on bringing a bigger crowed next year.

We went to a Saturday afternoon show. First, I must say I really enjoyed the theater setting. Small enough to have a good seat pretty much anywhere in the house but large enough to feel like you are there for a nice production. As for the show, I have to say after reading all the reviews I decided that The Cross and The Light would be an interesting choice. The main singers did have very nice voices but overall My husband and I were not impressed. I became so tired during the performance I was having a difficult time keeping my eyes open. I expected more and got a lot less. I also felt that what I paid for our seats was WAY to MUCH! I decided not to tell my husband the cost because I know his reaction would not have been pleasant. Maybe half of the $70.00 I paid per seat would have been more in line with the show that we saw.

It was a really great moving performance . Great local connection to Michigan.

This was an amazing performance! The musical gifts of the performers was equal to anyone on Broadway. I can't wait to see this production again next year. I have told friends, family members and neighbors to put this on their "must see" list for next year.

I really enjoyed the play! Of course we all know the story, but the actors seem to breathe new life into it through song. Such wonderful harmonies! The actors who portrayed Jesus, Mary Magdaline, and Thomas were especially good and the rest of the cast did a great job.

Incredibly moving, superb vocal talent throughout - a definite Must See

Everyone should make this performance part of their Easter preparation. We saw it two years ago at the Cathedral and now at Music Hall. Both performances were wonderful. My friends and family can't wait to see it! It is a must see for all!

I have been to the performance minus "The Light" portion the last 2 years. This one even topped those. The actors were wonderful and the music was great. The new venue, I thought, worked really well. I was seated in the first balcony and it was so easy to see everything, except at little at the left edge. The performance was so heartfelt and really brought the Bible verses to life. It is good to have an additional way to experience the Easter story, in addition to church services. The new act, "The Light," provided a very fitting conclusion to the program. The sound system and use of light and images was amazing. Thanks to all of the many people involved.

The singing was absolutely superb! The acting was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at the diverse cast. The story line stayed true to the Holy Bible. I felt only a few very small cringes as a Protestant, with some of the Catholic interpretation. I did have one question: with as many people as were in the cast, why wasn't the crowd present on Palm Sunday?

The musical was very moving. It was great to see this during GoodFriday. The actors put so much feeling and emotion into it that it was as if you were there. Thank you for your dedication and performance.

Awesome show! Made Jesus' life, death and resurrection more comprehensible. Wonderful voices! Worth every penny!

I saw the play prior to the ending being added. I loved the new addition, especially the songs the apostles sang. The casting was incredible.

The play was amazing! A must see for saints and sinners. To actually walk with the cast through the death, burial, and resurrection was heart pounding. I'll never look at the cross the same.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Easter! The music was beautiful. The acting was great. I would recommend to all!

The Cross and the Light is a must see for every Christian! It's a a powerful performance, in a beautiful setting, and a great way to remember the sacrifices our Lord and Savior made for us.

The show was well scripted and acted. The singers and actors played their parts very well. I felt uplifted and wanting for more. This certainly is a play for all.

The play was very good. I would have loved to meet the cast. I encourage everyone to check out this play, its a tear jerker.

Very powerful and moving. I attended with wife, friends and service dog. All were moved. Dog even barked his applause.
