The Fabulous Chancellors

We were in Jackpot for both the Friday and Saturday performances of the Chancellors. They put on an entirely different show on both nights. They were extremely upbeat and the audience was very enthusiastic. Many people danced, but the dance floor was too small and with enthusiastic dancers, difficult to find a space to dance. The lead singer, Jon, was terrific and the pianist, Jamie played some terrific keyboards. Joe had some fantastic solos on the guitar and Ross and Dave provided excellent bass and drums. Randy is very versatile and seems to be able to play guitar, drums, congas, and sing well. We were very excited that the Chancellors were able to perform at Jackpot and hope they will be able to return. The only bad thing about the performance was that they only played for about 70 minutes, which is too little time for them. They were just warming up when they had to stop. The audience was very disappointed that they weren't allowed to play for a longer period of time.
