This concert will air on Television this month - the artists sang to tracked music, some with a band, some without. Tim McGraw was the only artist that brought a completely live band with no backing track and stood out as the most true musician of the night. There were a lot of starts and stops to this event, as it was mostly for filming, but it was sad to see the artists - with the exception of Tim McGraw - completely ignoring the audience.

I recently visited Los Angeles from Ibiza (Spain) for a special occasion with my fiancé and thought this event that I found almost by accident would be a great surprise for her (especially when Maroon 5 and Pharell were involved) I really did not expect I was paying for just being part of the crowd of a TV show, but this is really what it was. This is normally free everywhere in the world!! And this was in a fairly uncomfortable sit, as I am 6'4" and fit, so nothing out of this world. But I could barely fit. Furthermore, I was expecting we would sit way closer following the deceptive map or sitting \u2018point of view available prior to the purchase, however we were very far and had huge cranes and cameras in the way to the stage, hence we missed much of the few performances. We also did notice that so many people entered for free and a lot of them were directed to take the best sits that were left in the front rows. It just wasn't at all what we expected, we were there for over 4 hours, and we just heard a few boring Christmas songs, not even a decent hit, the stars weren't friendly nor cared about the paying audience... I am just extremely disappointed and did ruin what was supposed to be one of our highlights of this sough after vacation. I really think you should consider a full reimbursement after my reasonable review.

The experience was good and enjoyable. The singing acts were phenomenal and each performance had their own force to be reckoned with. LL Cool J was a very good at controlling the audience by pleasing us with good hosting skills. The overall event was very nicely organized and the staff were great!

Intimate setting at the gorgeous Shrine, to see a show in the making with some of the hoteest stars of the day. A great event at a terrific price point. So glad we went.

very disappointed with the show as I thought and was hoping the acts were going to do more then only 2 songs. It kinda seemed to me that some of the acts really probably did not want to be there. i.e. Maroon 5 Pherell Williams the parking situation around the venue was bad as it took at least 30 minutes to get into the lot. overall, it was disappointing to say the least and would not recommend it as an event to see in the future..

Worst concert I have been to....we felt it was very disorganized. We expected more Christmas music. Performers were good. We expected to get in the spirit of Christmas.

Really fun show which really had great bang for the buck. Ariana Grande, Pharrell, Maroon 5, Mary J Blige for a $35.00 ticket price! LL Cool J made the down time between acts fun! Pharrell and Maroon 5 had to redo one of their songs (Hey its taped for TV so they wanted to get it right) so we had to sit through them singing their songs twice! Getting to hear them do their songs twice was fine with us....

It is always fun to see the artists at a more casual event.

It was a fabulous event, however, the seat filler folks were super annoying... they have no ticket, just went around to fill empty seats. We watched the first act, Ariana Grande and Tim McGraw and left. We mainly bought the tickets to see Mr. Tim McGraw, he rocked the house... wish he was the main act!!!

we were never informed that this concert was a tv taping. The cameras blocked our view, there were so many delays, and each performer only did two songs. I never would have bought tickets if i was informed before that it was a tv taping which is normally free to attend. I feel a refund or credit is warrented.

The concert was pretty disappointing. When I bought the tickets I didn't actually realize it was a taping for a TV show. I thought I was going to a real Christmas concert, so the title was misleading. Once there, there was no connection between the performers and the audience. They came up on stage, they sang and were then gone. It wasn't very exciting. And, on top of it, half of the songs weren't even Christmas songs! I'd save my money and find a real Christmas concert for next year.

I did not expect the show to be a pre-recorded event for broadcast Later. l also did not expect so many Seat Fillers. Enjoyed the variety of the performers. Maron 5 brought a lot of energy to the show. JJ Cool was a good MC.

Overrated and overhyped. Some of the performances were great- like Maroon 5's performance, but others lacked for many reasons. Some being choice of song delivery, bad sound engineering (not being able to hear the vocal or ONLY being able to hear the vocal and drums), and lack of stage presence. This was one of the most awkward televised experiences I've seen thanks to the stage manager who kept speaking in an arrogant manner towards the audience- asking us to even hurry up and get out once the show was over. Overall the show seemed disjointed, the artists never communicated with the audience and the show advertised itself in a much more grand way than it actually ended as. Not planning on purchasing tickets to this again. I'd rather see it on TV.

The place is beautiful but the technical set up was a failure! When they spoke into the mic I couldn't hear... and when the singers sang, the lyrics were not clear at all... There was way too much base! I stayed for 25 minutes and left...I couldn't stand it anymore. Ugh such a disappointment. .. I really wanted to hear the performances.

I was excited to attend the event with my son and nephew. Things changed once the show started. The acoustics were terrible throughout the event. You couldn't understand what the host was saying nor could you make out the lyrics. People kept yelling out "WE CANT HEAR YOU" from the upper levels.

It was great to see these great artists perform. But the sound system had too much bass in it and it was hard to hear the vocals at times.

This was the first year of this event. i think it should be annual. From the parking to the very end of the event, it was well organized, very entertaining and everyone had such a great time. We brought our teenage daughter and son . This was their first "concert" . They were blown away from the sound and the performances. I loved seeing Mary J Blige oh what a treat to hear her sing ONE , my favorite song! The whole event was great. I can't wait to see the show aired on Dec 5!
