I loved the festival but I wish they would've planned the turn out better. They placed rascal flats on the smallest stage while another country ban played. In my opinion, Rascal Flats is much bigger than Brad Paisley. But that might just be me. Overall, Blake Shelton was AMAZING. The Band Perry, was great, Jana Kramer sang all of my favorites by her, Kip Moore was great and so was Josh Turner. It was a great time. Minus all of the preppy kids and people in their twenties TRYING so hard to be country.

This was an amazing trip that I treated myself to and what an amazing time I had. There were bands everywhere. The food was very delicious with a variety of food trucks to choose from. This would be nice to continue on a yearly basis and maybe the Carolinas could be a host. The Band Perry wins my vote for putting on the best show. Everyone was well behaved and no major tragedies occurred. Just to name a few of the great performers Kip Moore, Sara Evans, Rascall Flatts,Brad Pasley, The Band Perry and Blake Shelton. There were many more this is just a few. Great shows, weather and fellowship all the way around. It was very worth the price of the ticket. There were a lot of Shaky Boots going on for sure. HATS OFF TO EVERYONE INVOLVED TO MAKE THIS FESTIVAL SUCCESSFUL.

Music was great would have like to see some more GA country locals like Tyler Hammond, Sam Hunt Getting something to eat was an issue. Lines were very long and ended up having to leave venue to eat. Lines were 45 minutes to an hour long at food trucks. Very little options other than that.

I have to admint I had my doubts at first about how well this event was going to be. To my surprise it was The Best Event I have ever been a part of. It amazes me the talent line up and how organized the event was and how nice the workers were! I could go on and on and on! Nicely Done! I will be back next year!

The number and quality of the performers at Shaky Boots was fantastic. The facilities were awesome. One negative was that where was no time between performances ending on one stage and starting on another requiring one to miss parts of performances. It was a fairly long way from the Piedmont Stage to the other two stages, but that would be hard to avoid given the general facilities.

Extremely well organized. Talent was great. Three stages were cool but the furthest was quite a haul! I know they placed some of the better known acts on the alternate stages to make sure folks went there but Rascall Flatts should have been on the main stage. They were superb and the lead singer is unique! Security was plentiful yet restrained. The crowd appeared very well behaved. Judging from the faces I think everyone had a good time. A couple of improvements would include televising the alternate stage sessions on the main stage screens. We were fortunate to have a suite and it was great. Only request is t offer alternate to BBQ, which was all that was offered for lunch and supper on both days.

The best venue I have attended, the ease of getting in and out was amazing. Three stages setup made a world of difference on crowd control. The artists was amazing especially Blake Shelton. I hope it comes back next year to same venue, if so I will be there. Thanks Shaky Boots and the volunteers

The show was amazing! Eli Young Band and Rascal Flatts were particularly impressive this show. The amount of people you got to see was great. I really had a blast! I would definitely go again. The only downside for some was the lack of smoking. They weren't even allowing vapor or e-cigs.

I thought that Shaky Boots was awesome! The music sounded great and the artists who I saw perform seemed to really enjoy performing at this festival. I hope that it returns next year, I would definitely go again for both days. I gave it four stars because the merchandise booth did run out of some of the clothes I wanted to buy and the walking between the stages got tiresome. But overall, amazing!

Great band line-up! Unfortunately we couldn't see all the bands we wanted to due to their play times being at the same time. Would have liked it better if the times were staggered by 30 minutes so we could see some of each show. The venue was good with stadium seating for the headliners. One improvement the promoter needs to make is better accessibility for wheelchairs. Walkways to and from the furthest stage was narrow for the crowds, resulting a lot of difficulty for ADA patrons to transit between stages. To avoid the crowded sidewalk, a few staff members sent a wheelchair attendee and her friends through an exit, down a sidewalk, and back in at the main entrance...then the staff there made them throw away their drinks before re-entering, even though they had just bought them INSIDE the venue. Overall, it was a great show at a good venue. Will go again next year.

It was the best time ever! So many great artists in one venue! And what a fabulous venue! The food trucks were great! The 3 stages were awesome! Even the bands were grateful for the venue and the event! They all announced what a fabulous time it was! The people were all friendly and what we'd expect from Country. The public facilities were amazing and clean. There were no bands that weren't who someone always wanted to see or wanted to see again! I can't say enough good things! Do it again!!! 10 stars!

The line up of bands was awesome, but the way it was set up with the walking back and forth to the stages and the times was terrible. We would have to leave early from every band just so we can see the next one start. Prices were crazy on drinks and food, spent a lot on tickets and parking so maybe next year cut us a break. Maybe people could buy more if the prices were a bit cheaper. Have more shaded places and a water misting stations would be nice since it was so hot.

I have to say the performers were great and from there it goes down hill. The location will not allow food in but they do not take into account people that cant eat hamburgers and hot dogs and have food allergies. The venue locations were on astroturf that turned into ovens once the sun hit them and made very uncomfortable to sit there. There was no shade at all so people were hiding under the stands to get out of the sun. The first aid stations was totally under equipped for this event. the sale of alcohol is fine but the sale of large size beer cans on a hot day lead to a number of people become drunk quickly.

This was a wonderful event. The set-up at KSU worked very well for the 3 different stages. The furthest stage was a little bit of a walk, but not unmanageable. The bridge could get a little crowded due to the large volumes of people traveling between stages. There was a large variety/quantity of food and drink vendors. The main stage in the KSU soccer stadium was perfect for hosting the more popular artists. I would recommend this event to anyone. I attended both days and it was an enjoyable experience. However, next year I would consider just attending 1 day simply because it was a lot to go for the whole weekend. The start time was perfect though and the second day was a little more relaxing. All the bands who performed were wonderful and the acoustics of the venue seemed optimal.

Bought VIP tickets 6. Pros great access to stage without lines or standing around for hours before the show. Unlimited beer and wine. Great line up. Cons. 4 meals provide all BBQ. After 2 did not want BBQ anymore. Stages far apart. Ran out of Diet Coke and Shaky Boots Shirts. Difficult getting back to Hotel 1/2 mile away because of how the PoPo routed us out of the Gold Lot. Would have been better in Green or Grey lot.

I thought the Shaky Boots Festival was fantastic. Excellent venue for the event (at KSU). They did a fantastic job of having enough restroom facilities for everyone there. Food trucks provided very tasty food for all tastes. As for the acts there, I truly enjoyed the wide range of country music. Something for everyone. My favorites: Brad Paisley, The Cadillac Three, Whiskey Gentry, Rodney Atkins and Old Crow Medicine Show. Weather Saturday was excellent and only real rain for a hour or so on Sunday. Couldn't have been better...

Issues with festival. Folding Chair seating area should be larger on field areas. One big issue was that there wasn't a time brake between artist at different stages which cause you to miss artist sets if you moved form stage area to others. Especially with the third stage almost a half mile or more away. It was really rude for waves of crowds to move during artist sets and leave to try to get to other stages for example Dwight Yoakam every body started leaving in droves to get to the next artists on Peachtree Stage. Other than a few things that need tweaking it was a great festival over all. We had a great time.

Festival was amazing! I expected the whole event to be way over crowded and uncomfortable but it was perfect. Everything was very well organized, clean, and appropriately spaced. The performers were great and the stages/sound systems didn't seem like cheap things that had just been thrown together like some places I've been. I have only positive things to say and can't wait to buy my ticket for next year!

I was very impressed with the Kennesaw State facilities. Not only could you enjoy great acts all day - there were people cleaning up the fields in between acts. So when they next band started - there were no beer cans or trash to step on - the fields were clean. Never seen that before at any festival! Food truck park was also great - well laid out - plenty of options to choose from - bathrooms were clean all day, too! Shaky Boots was just well done all around!

I had a blast at the Shakey Boots Festival. Parking was easy with a shuttle to the venue! The weather was perfect even with the rain on Sunday. We came prepared so the rain didnt ruin anything for us. It actually added so excitement. The prices of food and beer were a little outrageous. Lines for food were so long we missed one of the artists we wanted to see. The food was not good! I am a healthy eater who planned on having a "cheat" weekend but it was not worth it. There were only a few select beers that could be purchased. I would highly recommend adding a wider selection of beer. Festival t-shirts were sold out on Saturday so if you waited until Subday for a particular shirt you were out of luck. The t-shirts did not have the date, place or a list of all the artists that attended. Trash at the Peachtree stage was really bad. We couldn't help but kick beer cans while walking to the stage. All the other stages were clean but that one was extremely nasty! Overall it was a great experience that I plan on attending every year. It's a wonderful ladies weekend!

This was a very poorly planned and executed festival. There were a lot of good acts, but we spent entire day Saturday going back & forth between stages that were a ridiculous distance apart. With the performance times of various performers overlapping we often missed beginning and/or end of shows. The web site for the festival went on & on about the acceptable chairs that could be used, but when we arrived we found that they could not be used at the largest venue (Peachtree). Wouldn't it have been a better idea just to advise people not to bring chairs at all? The food situation was deplorable as well. When we went to regular concession stands close to the Peachtree venue they were out of everything - even peanuts. The alternative was to walk for 10 minutes to get to the food truck area where the lines for everything were 20 - 30 minutes long. The musical performers were good but overshadowed by all of the negatives above. We drove several hundred miles to get to the festival location and felt like it was a huge waste of time and money. Our tickets were for both days but after the disappointment of the first day we skipped Sunday.

The performers were all fantastic! Only 3 suggestions for next year: 1. More shelter area (tents) to get out of the heat or rain. 2. More water stations, as promised. 3. Better parking signage to find the appropriate lot. Otherwise, the music, the people attending, and the staff working were all great!

What a fabulous line up at the Shaky Boots festival. It was an amazing 2 days with 30 artists present. You could sit in one spot and enjoy 5 major artitsts or move around and catch an easy 10 artists per day. The venue was great with ample seating, ample restrooms, plenty of bars and great food. The only downside was the festival/ artist merchandise was only set in one tent so there were long lines and then they ran out of festival merch. Also, the vendors in the vendor village ran out of goodies quickly.

Had a fantastic time at the festival. Event was well organized and well ran. The only thing I would comment on that could be improved would be the timing of the acts. There were three stages with quite a distance between a couple of them. A few of times I had to choose whether to finish watching the current act on one stage or head over to another stage to see the opening songs of another one.

I have been to many music festivals in my years but this one by far took the cake for the best experience!...for a festival that had its first debut this year 2015 .. you'd thought they had been doing this for years. The wristband idea that had the microchip in it that you had use to scan into the event and scan into vip if you had it like I did was great as in there wasn't people sneaking into areas they didn't pay for like I've seen at alot of festivals with just lanyards that security really isn't paying alot of attention to making the vip areas for example not very much better than other areas considering of you opted to pay the extra money for them ..they should be a vip experience. .well you got it here, and stage viewing was great at every stage for everyone ..overall I am very pleased with the set list of artists you got to see and how the festival was ran ..very clean and efficient

The festival was not what I expected. There were three stage venues which required everyone to walk from one venue to another to see the performances. The acts weren't staggered with enough time between shows to get from the furthest positioned stage to the another in time to see the start of the next show. The big acts should not have been separated. I purchased advanced VIP tickets and they were horrible! VIPs were put off to the left side of the stage as you look at it and were too far away to see well. The food was the same each meal and catered by a BBQ place and it was mediocre at best. Beer, wine, soft drinks and water were included at no additional charge. However a shot of liquor cost 9 dollars and that is ridiculous!! The line up was great! However, no one needed to show up to watch anything until about 4 PM both days as the more popular acts were scheduled later in the day or early evening. Next year, keep it all at the one venue (Peachtree stage). Serve better food to your VIPs and don't charge anything for all alcoholic beverages.

This was a really fun festival in a smoke-free venue. The acts were amazing and the price well worth it. Rascal Flatts, Rodney Atkins, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, The Band Perry, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Devil Makes Three...all great shows and we were able to get up close. Great sound and despite a little rain, no mud because most of the fields were covered with turf. I'll definitely go back next year

I was with a group of 10 people who love country music. We stayed in the area and shuttled to the event with no problems. I felt the organizers did a great job of planning how to move people in and out of the event without too much traffic. As far as the shows, they were awesome. Of course we could not see all of them, but able to pick and choose and enjoyed about 8 groups/singers.

The concerts were awesome! Just need to figure out how to eliminate long lines for everything-- especially in the heat! Perhaps add more restrooms in Peachtree stadium, more memorabilia tables throughout, tables to sell water or soft drinks only, and perhaps Coke would supply a misting station! Also, we needed another poncho and were told there were not any in the stadium but we found some with the memorabilia vendors. All employees should be well informed. Need parking to be controlled-- having police at the roads did not help inside the lot-- it was gridlock! Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Just need to get the kinks worked out.

The festival was very well organized. The only issues we really had was handicapped parking was still a far walk for my friend and it was very tough on her to make the walk. The parking people were not very friendly and didnt have a clear understanding of where people needed to go. There needed to be more signs showing where the different lots are. We were very confused on where to go. I think because it is such a large area, it would be nice to post at the entrances sign that show the direction people need to walk to get to a particular lot. Not being from the area, we were lost quite a bit and the people on the golf carts had no idea where to tell us to go...they all need a layout to help the people get where they need to be. The bands need to have a lapse before the next one starts. Since it is such a far walk, we were missing some of the end of one band or some of the beginning of the next band...at least 15 minutes before the next band started up. I hope you bring it back next year, we will be there and if these little problems get worked out, it is a huge success...thanks so much

This is the first of many festivals I will attend. The KSU venue was fabulous, couldn't have asked for a better experience. This 88 acre park was perfect for this type of event. I can't wait until the next event. 362 days until Shaky Boots 2

the bands were incredible! How many times do you get the opportunity to see some many great bands in one place?! Kip Moore was definitely my favorite followed by Deirks Bentley and the Cadillac three! Only down side was having to choose between Deirks and Dwight Yokum... It was a LOT of walking between the main stage and the third stage which is were all of our choices were playing. We trecked it back and forth many times. Great service getting in and getting food and drinks. Very little wait time. All in all FANTASTIC weekend!

We were very pleased with the location and different performers too! Very good Variety but Drake White was amazing! I would suggest carrying chairs or blanket and Rain ponchos just in case. The food trucks need more options of solid foods not just snack type , as we were starved. Picnic Tables would be nice too! So many great cider options out now and small variety beers bold rock ciders and craft beer options would be great too But over all we loved it and we were very pleased

For an inaugural event, they did an awesome job putting together this show. The only issue that I saw was having a bigger name on the far stage, Piedmont, then 25,000 people crossing over a bridge to get to the main headliners on the Peachtree stage. I am hoping they continue to put on this show.

We had a VIP ticket but we spent a lot of time not in the VIP as well. The event was well managed. Great band line up, great crowd control, great traffic control, etc. We had a few minor complaints with the VIP but nothing major. See you next year hopefully.

This was one of the best organized music festivals that I have been to and all the bands sounded awesome. The food truck park offered a great variety of food at fairly reasonable prices and there were plenty of bathrooms throughout the venue. Overall I give it a solid thumbs up and I will be back again next year!!

This experience was great! Although it was a lot of walking we knew it would be ahead of time and it was awesome how they were able to have three stages of performers! Blake Shelton and brad paisley were amazing as well as several of the other groups that performed! Me and my husband enjoyed a few cold beverages and some delicious Vietnamese food throughout the weekend! The staff was so kind and great at their jobs! They took care of any problem that was around us with dignity and respect. You could tell they really wanted everyone to have a good time while staying in reasonable boundaries. Kudos to them on such a difficult task when there are a lot of people that are testing those boundaries and sometimes think the world should revolve around them.

The lineup was really good. Unfortunetly some bands I wanted to see had conflicting schedules. The times the where set to play tied the artists hands and didn't play all of thier songs. I would go back to this festival. It was well laid out and there where ample food, beverage, and toilets.

Overall this was a good experience. I would go again if they have it next year. I have a few comments on how to make this festival even better: 1.) The food for VIP was very limited. We had BBQ for both days - lunch AND dinner. There should be more food choices for VIP and we should be able to get food all day, not just from 1- 3 and 6 -8 PM. There should be hot dogs and hamburgers, popcorn, etc.as well as BBQ. 2.) There should be more food stalls for non-VIP ticketholders in areas other then in the "vendor section." The vendor section was too far to walk if you just wanted a quick snack. There were plenty of spaces closer where various food stalls could have been set up. 3.) There were not enough tables and chairs to sit down and eat. There were plenty of available areas where tables and chairs could have been set up! It would also have been helpful if there were tents where people could get out of the sun for awhile. 4.) There should be viewing screens on all stages, not just at the Peachtree stage. 5.) The Piedmont stage had extremely limited seating for VIP. VIP should not be forced to stand for hours to watch a concert! 6.) The Ponce de Leon stage seating for VIP was inadequate. We couldn't even see the performers because our seating was so far to the side. This is where a viewing screen would have helped. 7.) VIP should have chairs in front of the stage. Non VIP ticketholders had better viewing than we did if they were willing to stand. 8.) Overall the staff was not very knowledgeable. When we first got there and parked, we asked how to get to the venue. The person didn't even know! We asked someone else where the merchandise booth was and they didn't know that either. 9.) Music should be playing all the time, not just when an act is on stage. This is a music festival! 10.) They ran out of white wine. More thought needs to be put into the quantities that are needed. 11.) More directional signs are needed. We had pre-paid parking for the Black Lot but there were not signs on how to get there. The Black Lot had us crossing over 75 and then making a loop back to the festival, but we only found that out by going the wrong way and then having to ask a police officer for directions. Signs are needed to direct people to the proper parking areas.

The lineup was good. The crowds were good. Access to beer stands we're good...all very important. However, the back & forth between the main stage and 3rd stage was too far and personally, I wouldn't do that again. There was too much back/forth and I don't want to give up seeing someone for someone else. So better organization of the lineup would be my recommendation. Oh, and the food trucks in a more centralized area. I was there for two days and never ate from one food truck. Not convenient. Might study Stagecoach layout and how they keep headliners on the main stage.

This was the most fun I have ever had at a music venue! The wristbands to swipe in were so easy, lines wait time to entrance wasn't terrible (although a shaded area would have been good or at least water stations set up outside), the place was clean and they had regular restrooms along with portojohns. The drink prices were a little too expensive and the food trucks were a great touch, those prices were a little high as well though. They should think about having an artist meet and greet (where you purchase a shirt or their CD and they have times for you to have them sign the stuff you bought). They may want to think about having a 10-15 downtime between performances so we're not having to leave before the artists are finished.

First year for this festival was off to a great start! The music was outstanding. So many great acts! If there was a downfall, it was just that there were too many! Since there were three separate stages going, you had to choose between some really awesome artists. Which meant you missed out on half of the shows. Also, some of the bigger artists on the smaller stages was kind of odd. (Ex. Dierks Bentley/Rascal Flatts???) If you wanted to see the entire show to the end, you had to miss the start of the other shows because there was no downtime between stages. The walk was so far, by the time you arrived at the next stage half the show was over. Again though, your choices were phenomenal! The acts that they pulled in... just WOW!!! All were amazing, but my personal favs- Dierks Bentley, Rodney Atkins, Old Crow Medicine Show (crazy talent), The Band Perry, Justin Moore, Blake & Brad.

Pros: Great lineup - bands were great! Dierks Bentley, Cadillac 3, Brad Paisley, Rodney Atkins were our favorites. We were busy getting from stage to stage! Next year - allow for more time between band starts - was very distracting when people would leave 10-15 minutes before the end of one show to get to another stage. Sound quality on Peachtree stage was a shaky on Saturday. Liked being able to get close to stage if planned out properly. Overall well organized and friendly staff made for a great weekend.

The music was great! The bands that played were worth the money for the tickets!! That said, the popularity of the. bands made it so that we didn't need to be there all day to see who we wanted to see! The venue however was not set up properly. The 2 biggest acts if the night were placed a 15-20 minute walk apart with no time alloyed in the schedule to make the transition. Also, there was no outside lighting so it was a very precarious move. It would have been better to leave the 2 main stages close to each other. Also, the secondary stage was the "red headed stepchild" There were no big screens, only porta potties (even though there were actual bathrooms... They were just locked. Also using a wheelchair required that we walk back in the entrance and the staff made us throw out our non-alcoholic drinks! The venue also ran out of food both nights!

Had VIP tix and do not regret spending the money. The food from Fox Bros was delicious, the bathrooms without a line, the ability to get water and/Diet Coke whenever was awesome. But the seating at peachtree was the best! We scored front row and our View was never blocked. Will definitely go VIP next year! Would love to see more GA artists and you MUST bring back Blake! He gave the Festival the best review!!

For this to be the first year at this venue, it was by far the best 2 day festival I've ever attended. Everything ran so fluid. VERY short drink lines, clean bathrooms stocked with plenty of toliet paper and hand santizer, great food options, and respectful venue workers. This festival wasn't overcrowded and was a true pleasure to attend. We will definitely be back next year. Great job guys!
