I ve been to the Georgetown vs St. John s game at MSG three years in a row and this past January 9, 2018 was by far the best yet. Seeing Ewing coach a live game vs. Mullins was intense. Ewing has a great presence on the court and among the kids. The game came right down to the buzzer and with a Georgetown Hoyas win! The fans were so great, as well as MSG.

Went to St Johns vs. Villanova Bball game - Garden is easy to get to, although there is major construction going on right now outside. I would really like to see a politician pass a law that makes them breakdown the costs and profits built into a $10 beer!! I had great seats, but they were behind the St Johns student section, where for some reason they choose to not sit down for the entire game. I do not know why the ushers don't simply tell them to sit down!! The students standing do limit views of action under the basket. So for a paying customer this is not an exemplary experience that a company like MSG is supposed to try and provide for their customers. Hey MSG, I could only give you 4 stars because of this lack of controlling your usher employees.

The first half of the game was close and see-sawed back and forth. Just before halftime, Malik Boothe sunk a desperation 3-pointer that turned the game around. Jim Calhoun, UCONN's coach argued the play and received a technical foul. Hardy made both shots on his way to a career high 33 points. St. John's did not look back the rest of the way, going up by 24 points a few times.

This was my first sporting event at MSG ,it was great. Great seats, nice venue, nice people. We sat in the 225 section which looks far away on the seating chart but was actually pretty close we could see everything. The place is very clean and the servers were very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't stay for the Flyers game that was later that evening.

From start to finish, the entire Garden experience was awesome. The Red Storm played nearly flawless basketball in the 2nd half, and victory was never in doubt. I can't wait to get back to the Garden!!

Well, I was late to the game because I was stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel for over an hour. I got to will call at 7:05 for a 7:00 game. I didn't get to my seats until 7:55. 50 minutes online at will call? MSG has been around for years and they can't get will call right?

What a game. And for only $60? I would have paid $600 for these seats. Ooops, I guess Tickemaster will raise the prices now. No biggie, I'll pay whatever they want to see the REDSTORM play hoops. Lavin, Coack K, John Wooden, Dean Smith, Norm Roberts, Bobby Gonzolez- those are some great hoops coaches!

The redesigned Madison Square Garden is beautiful, with historical themes throughout related to Syracuse Basketball, The 12-12-12 Concert for Hurricane Sandy victims and even dating back to The Concert For Bangladesh. Now just waiting on the Billy Joel store :) All in all, a great Sunday experience at The Garden watching some great NY basketball teams duke it out!

They shut off the escalators which meant everybody had to walk up four flights of escalators. They had no concessions stands open. Penny pinching everywhere to pay for the new renovations, which actually look very nice.

What an exciting game up until last second! My children love basketball and while we would love to be able to go see KNICKS at MSG it has gotten too expensive for the average family of 4 to go and have decent seats- or actually any seat! This is such a shame as teams are primarily marketing to corp America and unless you want to drop $600 + game it is not affordable for the average family to enjoy and experience Knick's games as well as Yankees baseball. This college game was exciting and our children were able to experience MSG and watch young men play - which inspired them. It was a fun afternoon and as I said it was a GREAT game!!!

I was very disappointed with the seating. Somehow there were two tickets issued for one of the seats I purchased. My son and I were required to move to different seats because it was easier to move us than the party of four that showed up and had a duplicate ticket. I ended up having to relocate my seat three additional times due to other ticketholders showing up for the event. It was very embarrassing and made the game unenjoyable. I will definitely be re-considering using Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for any future events.

This was a treat to have my 9 year old grandson see a live basketball game played by college kids @ MSG. He was in awe from the minute he sat in a seat in the Garden, seeing all the retired Knick jerseys and getting into the atmosphere. The seats were great and we cheered so much we were getting horse.

It was an amazing event, we enjoyed a lot this game kept us in suspense till the last minute, when Marquette scored and won St. John. They both are great teams, I wanted to see St. John to win but this is the way games are, someone has to win and someone has to lose.

St. John's at the Garden vs. anyone is always fun but since Fordham is another school in the city it was fun to see the turnout & watch the rivalry. The Rutgers Iona game was a little boring & one-sided however.

Although the Redmen(yes) won the game and the Mountaineeres were pretty flat, this was a boring event and display from the once exciting St Johns team. Maybe I am thinking too long ago. Seats were reasonably priced, MSG was barely populated but the game ended and I ran into a friend of mine from long ago. It wasn't a total loss.

The game was exciting. Notre Dame trailed the whole game and then came on late in the second half, with a chance to tie at the buzzer, but missed the three-point attempt. Despite being upstairs, the seats turned out to be excellent, for a relatively reasonable price. My son and I were pleasantly surprised. There were even TV monitors in front of the first row seats. We were in the second row, but still could view those monitors pretty clearly. An enjoyable day.

The seats were so small and uncomfortable that my hisband and I left after about two minutes without even seeing the tip off. As a Marquette graduate of 1966, I'm very sorry to have had to leave and go home to watch the game on TV!!!!

THe Garden is one of the two best venues for collegiate basketball.in the country. The other being the Palestra in Philly. I have been attending MSG events since the 1940's,, up on 49th and 8th. Still a great place to go.

When I purchased the tickets I thought seats were good - behind the basket about 20 rows up. Unfortunately we were in the student section (we are not students) and the students stood up the whole game! Really rude and the usher could not do anything about it. Next time put a warning before we buy tickets to college games that we may have an obstructed view!

Im a big basketball fan and have been to NBA games, Euroleague Final 4s and Olympic Finals but this was my first college game. I was pleased the game was at Carnesecca rather than MSG as I felt it would be a better "College game" experience and I was right. I loved the experience and would go again, although a small NCAA arena it made the atmosphere electric.

Game was exciting and fun to attend. My only complaint was that, when buying tickets, I could not see the seating chart, only the sections of seats. I would like to have purchased seat with backs in section 9 rather than the bleacher seats we did get. We could not upgrade the seats once in the arena. The view was perfect - could see all the action.

Great seats and a great game against DePaul. My only complaint was the group behind us must be regulars and were completely rude. They talked the whole time and a man that was with them was a horny pig. All he did was try to get the attention of the City Dancers. It was our first time and I loved the entire game and even with my complaint I still had a wonderful experience.
