The concert lasted for almost 4 hours. It was a great concert with a lot of emotions. Totally worth it. The only bad thing was people standing up the whole concert and not allowing people sitting behind them to enjoy the concert. After a several songs watching people's bacKs, I had to stand too. Sorry but I paid $250. I was not going to waste it by watching assess instead of Vicente Fernandez. I had a great time.

I cant believe Chente is finally throwing the towel. He has been a one of the artist in Spanish music whom i Admire deeply, and could honestly say i will miss him so dearly. But, overall i had a BLAST seen him live, for the very last time. Amazing how he can still sing that powerful at his age. truly and inspiration to ALL!!

For not knowing a single word he was saying, I love this man! My husband is a long time fan and went with him to make him happy. I would go again on my own. This man truly loves his people, and they clearly love him back. The packed crowd knew every song and sang along to the love songs with much happiness. Outside of the Stockton Arena we got to meet the Mariachi band at the hotel and take pictures. Vicente is loved and respected by his people and Loved by this gringo! I would see him at any cost!

This event was the best thing I have been to. This was my first time seeing him in concert and If he comes again to Denver I will definitely go. He sang for 3 hours with non stop great music.

The concert was all I expected and more. He is the greatest singer of Rancheras.

He will go up as one of the classic concerts that I have been at. Seating could have been better and stage had a little too many things blocking. There should have been more screens to actually see him up close. There are other ways of filming and having someone on stage doing it was not good. She blocked the view where he was on stage as he came to our side. I think the stage would be better if it was set in the middle of the arena. Maybe the screens can go above the stage also on four sides. I don't think it is fair to see an artist from the nose bleeds and I have been there and it is not good. What he needs is a set designer for figure a way to show to everyone and make him more visible. It would be almost like when he was younger singing in Mexico in the Plaza de Gallos. He is in the middle and sings to everyone. He is a very honorable and a personal person and responds to fans and what a better way of being more memorable. I also didn't see any shirts for this concert like his son's in Vegas and I always collect the shirts as memories. Also, there were thousands of cameras in the arena and when we got the tickets there was warning of not taking pictures and we didn't take one. I wish I took one. All concerts should allow or at least ask the artist if it can be done and obviously at this one it was fine.

He is older now. I'm not sure I'll get another chance to see him. His voice however, is as strong, and beautiful as ever. Though the public's applause was constant, and loud he still would sing without a mircophone at times, and you can hear the show over the applause. He sang for at least 3 and a half hours. His voice was as crisp, beautiful, and strong as when the show started. I hear all these things about the greatest this, and that about this entertainer and that entertainer. I wish people paid more attention to the Hispanic public. I'll say this, there is no other entertainer in the world that is so loved by his public. An entire hemisphere will miss him when he is gone, without exception.

This was the best concert ever. I would go to it again. IPod would love to see vicente sing with his son alejandro, I bet they would make an awsome concert.

It was an honor to be able to be at one of his last concerts. Chente has had an amazing career! His voice is still as fantastic as it was 47 years ago. His concerts don't have dancing, fireworks, or big lights. But, he doesn't need all that distraction because he himself is who I went to see and hear. He is amazing!

I had an awesome time at this farewell concert. Vicente performed all his great hits and even did a few new songs. He made the audience laugh and cry. I am happy to have been there!

Amazing experience.I never get tired of listing to Chente. This was my second Chente concert in a row at the Mandalay Bay and fouth in a row (Gibson, Ontario) Everything was amazing seats,hotel, ambient. Vegas is the way to party especialy with this legend. I hope he comes back one more time to Las Vegas so I we can do all over again.

My mom and I looooved the concert! Except, we were dissapointed that he didn't go on for longer like he does at other venues. He usually keeps on going until 11:30pm or so. I felt that this concert was too short but perhaps the Staples center is more strict with the schedule. Other than that, our Chente was amazing as always and we truly hope this wasn't the real goodbye concert. My mom and I enjoyed his performance very much and didn't get enough of him!

His concert was amazing can't say much. I. Enjoyed every bit of it and so did my husband. Only thing I didn't like is that I went all the way to the bottom to get a good picture of him it took them a good while to let me go through. The security guys shouldn't do that because if its one thing Vicente doesn't like is them stopping his fans!!

I took my mom to see Vicente Fernandez as a surprise for her birthday...she loved it as she loves Chente it was an unforgettable night for us both!!!!!!!!

Great concert. I can't believe that the time went by SO FAST!! Three hours seemed almost like one hour but although time flew it was very filling, many songs were sung. Invited to the concert, unbeknownst to all, a special treat, Vikky Carr - the GRAND LATIN DIVA. The crowd was very curteous, no altercations, no confrontations, the people of San Antonio were all real Ladies and Gentlemen!! The folks at the AT&T Center worked very efficiently to get the crowd to their seats on time and to route everyone to and from their seats during their breaks. It was a wonderful night full of gala and song.

Vicente Fernandez was everything I expected and more!! It was worth evey penny!

The event started promptly at 7 PM. You could feel the anticipation in the air as 7 pm got closer and closer. The people around us quickly became friendly. We all spoke of what we had to do to get to the event that day. And then the music. When Vicente Fernandez hijo came out the roar from the crowd was amazing. He sang the classics. I was pleasantly surprised that I knew his music. He was fantastic! But when the father came out, I wanted to cover my ears. The excitement was so overwhelming that I forgot the ears and became one with crowd. This man's voice was amazing. His connection to the crowd was spectacular. At times I felt he was singing just for me. This night will be one I will always remember. Not only did my loving husband took me to this concert as a gift just because he wanted too but because the artist really made it special. Every song was known to the crowd. We sang along and at time he let us sing on our own. I imagined that the American usher working the event thinking who is this guy? He is so old and this stadium is full and the crowd seem to love him and respect him. The ushers could not control the crowd from dancing in the isles. They also refused to tell the folks across the front isle to sit down. When our group got a bit aggressive, then they asked the folks to sit. This did not stop us from enjoying the evening. Especially when someone threw a Mexican flag on stage. Vicente wrapped it around himself and kept on singing. My Mexican husband beamed with pride. The audience cheered loudly when he sang La Barca en que Naci & aqui entre nos. What great songs! The stadium beamed with pride not only from the Mexicans but from all Hispanics.

Vicente Fernandez is my husbands idol. I wanted to give my husband the exeperience of going to one of VF concerts before he retired. The only thing I regret was not spending more and getting closer seats. The man is phenominal!!!!!! The range in his voice will blow your mind. His son was his opening act and is much younger than he, but there is no comparison. Vicente Fernandez senior is a legend and with merit. I was so amazed, I looked into his show for the next day.

I had a great time at the Friday Night concert where I saw Vicente Fernandez perform his greatest hits from the 1970's to today. The night could of lasted for ever, and he could of kept singing all the great songs that he has on his catalog. He had romantic songs, ranchero songs, ballads, dancing, traditional, pop and even political songs. The crowd was having a good time. There were no special effects except for the lights and the big screen TVs. His voice and repertoire were enough to keep us entertained. He has a great vocal range and has a good sense of humor. He introduced most of his songs, and shared memories on some of them.

This was the best concert ever, can 't even describe it in words!!! This will forever remain as a beautiful memory for the last concert of vicente fernandez el rey de todos!!!!!!

November 2010 i had the chance to see him upclose, sitting in the front row. i've seen him like a million times but that night was unforgettable. so sad he's retiring but he needs his break. we'll miss you my Chente.

Awesome performance by Vicente Fernandez. Worth every dollar paid for the ticket. Sang his greatest hits as well as some new songs. Also adding to the show was Andres Garcia present in the crowd.

I found this concert spectacular, Vicente Fernandez is a great singer, he did a good performance as always. We got good seats also. No complains.

Very well Organized, Wonderful Event & Place to see your favorite artists! Staff and security were on it !! Making sure that the rows were clear and people were in their seats!! We went to go see one of our favorite artist, not the backs or asses of people. All was wonderful, especially that we were running late, staff and security were very helpful to help us to our chairs! Even kicked out some bums that were trying to sit in our seats!!

I have wanted to see Vicente Fernandez since I was 16 years old and he did not disappoint he was amazing. He sang all my favorite songs and his voice was even better than his records and I have most of them. He is an amazing entertainer, he has personality plus and let's not even talk about his talent. This was so good I would fly somewhere just for the opportunity to see him again. He treats his fans like if they are his personal family. I will never ever forget this event, I took my younger son who does not speak a word of Spanish and even he sang along with Vicente. There are no words to say how great of an entertainer Vicente is. I am thrilled I had an opportunity to see him and I am praying it will not be the last time. I will be a fan for life he is amazing. He actually made people cry, and I can gladly say I was in that group.. I doubt I will ever see talent this great again, unless it is him. May God Bless and Keep him always.

Enjoyed Edith Marquez, which i thought she was gonna be horrible. She did pretty decent herself. None the less Vicente came out and sang for 3 hours, doing what he does best. The sound quality was superb, American Airlines Center is a huge place, and I love that there is never long lines for anything, since they have enough stands everywhere and restrooms aswell. I loved this concert!!! Can't wait til next year ")

Whenever you hear his voice, his music makes your body and blood rush. He is the true meaning of the Mexican music and he represents Mexico extremely well. He is the pride of Mexico touching lives around the world with his voice. There are many artist out there but Vicente is grateful to his people and he sang 3 hours and ten minutes straight without a break. He would have kept on singing if the Valley View Center would have granted him more time.

I helped buy the Vicente Fernandez ticket for my best friend and she went. It was her first concert and an AMAZING, special and memorable experience that I was glad I helped make happen. :) She told me she had a really GREAT time and would like for a group of us to go next time!

It was my first time attenting Vicentes conert, and i loved his concert. Once he came out i had a Kooo-laiddd smile..and I got the chills..I'm only 20 and i know all of his ranchera songs which are the best..He aint from my generation but he sure is part of my life...I grew up listening to vicente..I will try to attend his performance in November in Hollywood..and for sure next year at the citizens bussiness bank arena!!

I went with my good friend for my birthday on Saturday, He is an amazing singer to think that he took no break over three hours of singing. He sounds better live. I love seeing him. I would do it again.

My husband and I drove from New Mexico to Las Vegas to see and enjoy a concert with Vicente Fernandez, our first one, but not the last one. We were amazed about his voice and his style, he talked to his audience. Most if not nearly everybody of the visitors where Latinos, a bunch of young people also surrounded us at the Mandalay Bay concert hall. This concert was exceptional and worth every dollar we spent. Viva Vicente Fernandez, and we will see you again in 2011!

Chente is a living legend. His voice is still unbelievably strong and great! He always gives everything to his audience. I would see him anywhere! He sang straight through for almost 3 hours and could of gone for more. Loved it!

This concert was amazing! Chente was off the hook! He still has it. The only problem was that there were several fights (what do you have to fight about at a Chente concert?) The concert had all of my and my husband's favorite songs and more.

It was a great performance, one that will not be forgotten. He is a legend and has deep emotion when he is on stage. This concert was outstanding. The concert started on time which is really great. It was very well organized and the staff helpful. Vicente Fernandez started on time and kept going until the end. As his phrase said "Ustedes no dejan de aplaudir y YO no dejo de cantar hasta que dequiten lo que pagaron " very well know of his great performance all the time and worth to attend his concerts. The price is fair for such a well presentation. At the concert you can notice how much people all around Latin america not only Mexicans loves him so much, as i do. He also sang some songs of his most recent material "El hombre que mas te amo" which everything was produced for himself, showing how much he is willing to offer to his people and he even mentioned that he made it with love and hoping to give us a good way to escape for a little bit from such a hard moments that the world is going through. Amazing event!!!

Excellent performance from Paquita for the opening act. The sound at the stadium was excellent. Once Vicente came on it was the best live performance I have attended. I had Floor seat 19th row F1 section. Next year I want to get closer!

I love Vicente Fernandez love the way he speaks and his voice to sing it's from haven. this was the 2nd concert I was able to attend in San Antonio, I was in Front Floor 2- 5 & 6 seats. I am not complaining The concert was amazing!! but for the price of the tickets ( I say at lease fans should get a picture taken with Vincent Fernandez or and autograph. Vincent Fernandez if you rear this THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!! Love you

This concert was one of the best concerts i've attended!!!!! If I find out that Vicente is coming to Orlando or a City near by I will defenetly will orginize a trip with my friends and go see him!!!!!!! It was an amazing show... well organized...and this singer is the top of the line...

I knew coming to this Concert it was going to be amazing... Vicente is a living legend and previously having attended a concert when I lived in Los Angeles. I knew it was going to be something special. Vicente lived up to expectations and then some. I bought this tickets waaaaaay in advance and planned to have my mother visiting me here in florida. So it was me and her at the concert and we had a great time. Vicente Fernandez s music touches people in so many ways that brings out animated emotions in everyone at the concert. AMWAY CENTER was packed and no doubt he loved it and that's why he gave us such a great show. His old songs are all favorites and his new songs become instant favorites. The new center was a great environment and I was very pleased with the event. Parking at the GEICO Garage was almost too convenient using the crossover bridge on the 4th floor. Being it was the first concert at the AMWAY CENTER I knew there would be some small kinks still being worked out... so the whole 30-40 mins of Vicente's performance was troubled by sound configuration and it was obvious Vicente was not please at times, consistently looking over to the soundboard director and asking for a fix. The on stage music director also had issues and they had working the problems as the concert went on. I was at an advantage being so close that I was able to listen pretty good. OVERALL the event was great... from the crowd s reaction after every song you knew the concert was pleasing everyone. Vicente performed for nearly 2 and half hours straight and it will be a completely unforgettable night.

Vicente was amazing!!! He has such a powerful voice!!! It was my first time seeing him live and he did not disappoint! What talent! I am also glad we went down in history by being the first event at the Amway Center, which was beautifully designed and was very well organized.

This 70 year old man sang non-stop for 2 1/2 hours, never leaving the stage. His last note as powerful as his 1st and he had 14 shots of Tequila! ( I was counting)

This was hands down the best show I have ever attended! Vicente Fernandez sang for three straight hours, and I mean straight he never took a break! At the age of 70 this man had The Hard Rock Casino Pavilion packed and the crowd standing and singing for the entire show! He had us all singing at the top of your lungs with joy at one moment, and then before you know it your singing a song that hits the heart and then your singing with tons of emotions. It was simply amazing! Go see him if you get a chance, and before its to late! Oh and the opening act Edith Marquez, was amazing too, very talented, and extremely beautiful young talent!

I took my daughter Angela to this event. We were a couple of years ago to see him in San Jose. The first time I saw him was in Sacramento, 40 years ago, at a dance at the Palm Grove Ballroom on K Street (no longer there). His voice is as strong as it was then. What a great concert!

The best way to experience Chente is live. He is simply mesmerizing and talented. He has charisma and a genuine love for his audience. Center Orchestra is the only way to go.

"Mientras ustedes aplaudan yo les seguire cantando." (As long as you keep applauding, I'll keep singing.) These were his words and the Amphitheatre would just go crazy that he had to cover his ears. He was as always AMAZING! He sang for over two and a half hours and no breaks or intermissions. Anyone that has never been to Chente's concert has missed out on El Rey y Charro of Mexico's great talent and his gift of Music. I highly recommend it especially if you have never seen him perform live. He will impact your life on that he is humble and has not forgotten where he came from. He is 70 years old and still sings better than when he was 22 years old. There was times he didn't use the microphone and he could still be heard clear. This is the Charro of Mexico that they should clone because there will never be anyone better than him. Chente is and will always be Mexico's VERY BEST! "El Idolo de Mexico" He did say, "When God is ready to take me, I hope that he has a little place for me up there and he takes me when I'm doing what I love to do...when I'm singing to my fans. I know that all of his fans will never stop applauding so he will always keep on singing. I thank Chente for remembering to sing to us in San Diego!!!

I have been to a few of his concerts in my lifetime and he never seizes to amaze me. I recommend his concert to anyone he puts on a good show. Always the longest concert I have ever been too. Sings all the songs the public loves :)

This man does not dissapoint. If you want to hear a powerhouse voice that represents Indulgence, emotion and heart in Mariachi/Ranchera Music, I would strongly recommend listening to "Chente" Fernandez in concert. He is the Ultimate Charro.

Don Vicente put every ounce of his heart and soul into this performance. He still has it! He is so passionate about his music and I felt it exude from the stage. It was emotional! Outstanding! He was so humble and gracious. He really drew his audience into this performance. I felt like he was singing to me personally. He was so gracious to his fans and I really felt it was genuine! His voice filled up that stadium and was just as powerful as it was forty years ago. He's only gotten better with age. The mariachi band that backed him up was also amazing. Vicente is a living legend. I paid for good seating and I must say that it was worth every penny. I still can not stop talking about this concert. He is one of a kind, there will never be another one like him. If you are a fan DO NOT miss this opportunity to go! It's one of those moments when I am teaching my children about our culture that I will feel honored to have said that I saw Vicente Fernandez perform live! LONG LIVE DON VICENTE!

This is my favorite singer, i was very pleased with his performance. I loved the fact that he sang all the old songs that made him popular! I go to his concert every year (and really have enjoyed them all), i hate the fact that he is retiring.

This is Vicente's last concert and it was not a disappointment! He started performing before eight and continued until almost 11am. Although i would have loved him to go on until midnight (as he has in the past), I understand it was a Sunday and HP has strict time restrictions.

Vicentes concert was great! He sang awesome and the crowd wouldnt stop cheering for him any second!!! Its definatley worth paying for!! You will not regret it, I promise.

I have attended the past 5 or 6 years...and by far this was the best show ever...

This was the Goodbye Tour of Vicente Fernandez. He gave a great show (as usual). His son Vicente Fernandez Jr. also sang and he is just as talented as his Dad. It was emotional when Vicente Fernandez Sr. thanked everyone for being his loyal fans for 47 years and said he wanted to retire now while he still had his singing voice and not continue singing and making a fool out of himself with a weak voice. Glad I saw the show, well worth the money. There will never be another Vicente Fernandez Sr. He was the best Ranchero singer.

This was a once in a lifetime experience, an honor to be part of Vicente Fernandez's farewell tour...but most important , proud of being Mexican !!!

This was my 4th Vicenete Fernandez concert and it was just as good as the first one. I will truly miss being able to go see him in concert. Sang for over 3 hours without a break. Talked and interacted with the audience.

One of the best times of my life. The concert was so good. He didn't stop and made sure that everyone could see and enjoy his concert. He sings with such passion and his voice is beyond compare. We danced and sang the whole night. I went to sleep with a huge smile on my face and I will never never forget this wonderful night.

There were a lot of empty seats, which I found strange. I had a blast. He came on pretty early so we missed a few songs unfortunately. They hard hard alcohol, which was a win.

He will forever be El Rey! Amazing voice with or without the mic. However, drinks at the HP are crazy!

The concert was unforgettable, Vicente was on stage singing his heart out for over 3hrs non stop, make sure you bring some tissues because like all true Mexican's know, when you mix Alcohol & Chente songs, tears will be shed. Definetinately worth the price, two thumbs up!!!!!

This show was fantastic. Vicente Fernandez is and will be one of the greatest Mexican Ranchera singers. Unfortunately the sound system just plainly sucked. We could not make out most of talking parts from either Vicente of his Son.

Great artist, and performance I had butterflies in my stomach all the time. All his song unforgettable. We had a great time.
