Bought tickets to see Boom Box play from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Left this venue after 10:00 and BoomBox never came on stage. Very-very-very disappointing. When I asked one of the "Staff Event" people, I was told that BoomBox would play until 1:00. Well that's not what my ticket said, that's not what was advertised. Also Port City Music Hall is advertised as a DINNER THEATER, this was no dinner theater, it was just a regular BAR. We came from out of town with a 2 hour travel and hotel accomodations, all for nothing. I have been to different venues to see BoomBox and Port City Music Hall is definitely the WORST !!!!

Planned this even with a group of friends from all over, who usually go see phish together. All felt it was wayyyy better than expected. One of the best nights I have ever had. Great crowd, lots of fun, lots of DaNcin!!

Had an amazing time! Great band, nice venue, definitely an awesome night :) I have seen this band once before in Boston, cannot wait to see them again!

The music was absolutely amazing! I loved the entire set. Great stage presence, and they really knew how to read the crowd.

I was really bored at the show it was a lot of standing around with nobody doing anything so I went home early.

Aside from a minor hiccup where the guy dressed like a bunny and an extremely tall blonde dude scrapped for a second, the concert was epic as per usual. The ordeal only lasted a second, just enough time to knock me and my beer over. The opener was slightly weak, she had talent no doubt but something was off with the sound where it felt like it wasn't utilizing all the speakers that The Paradise had to offer. Boombox was flawless, they came on around 10 and jammed till closing time. The music was loud, funky, fresh and magical, awesome vibes. It was a tight squeeze towards the front of the crowd but fairly lax around the edges. The venue itself could have definitely used more bartenders, that was the biggest pain all night but other than that, Boombox rules and The Paradise is a better venue than some of its competitors here in Boston. (Cough, cough.. House of Rules)

I don't usually review shows, but this show was pretty heady. Great performance, great vibes, venue was perfect size, could see the show from anywhere. The crowd was awesome. Everyone was great and funkin' out having an incredible time.

These guys are just groovy and a good time. Nothing out of the ordinary but definitely bring a out a good easy going crowd.

It was sold out and the Brighton music hall is a small venue but there was still plenty room to get down. It was one big dance party from start to finish, if only they we're let back on stage for an encore.

Second time seeing Boombox and they put on an amazing show. Definitely worth seeing if you have the opportunity.

Fanfreakintastic. I love Boombox and this was a dream to go. Funk daddies delivered. Some sets were a bit lengthy, get ready to groove.

I took my 10 year old son to see BoomBox for the second time at this venue.. I never expected to be so impressed with the openning act The Silo Effect, because usually the opener is just to fill a time slot .. But The Silo Effect really blew me away with a great electronic sound mixed with live instrumnts and a few vocals.. I cant wait to check them out again... When BoomBox came on they just kept the energy going full force the rest of the night... Great sound and real pretty lights.. They did a lot of their classics mixed with a few tracks I havent heard before... Overall the music was awesome all night, the crowd was just as awesome, and the venue staff were on point as well... I mean there arent too many venues I can take my kid and feel safe and have a good time as well...

I love the 8x10. One of the best up close and personal venues in the DC Baltimore area. I've seen boombox a couple of times and this was definitely my favorite show. They might have been lacking the drummer, but the show was definitely amazing!

It was awesome to see so many people having such a great time! everyone was getting down! I wish that Boombox can out to the stage a little earlier so I could have seen the whole show. Also, I felt the mic for the vocals should have been turned up a little more.

Entire package was tight, well engineered, with fresh layers. Nice work - highly entertaining and good times by far! Cheers Dawg!

Saw the last night of an 8 night Boombox run @ the Denver Bluebird. As always Boombox had the entire crowd bouncing. I've seen these guys a couple times before and this show blew the other ones away!

an epic concert. They played for a long time, wish they could have had an encore. The beats were amazing, his outfit was great, it was the perfect mellow yet also upbeat concert.

It was a great show but the energy that sub swara brought was so amazing that for boombox to follow that was a bit of a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, I truly like boombox, but after sub swara it was hard to get into.

Awesome, even better live and was throwing down some great tunes and danced all night
