My son has been a hugh fan of Thomas ever since he was one. So when this show came to Jacksonville I had to take him to it. He was a little shy and quiet at first but soon got into it. At intermission I bearly got him to leave his seat to get a drink and snack. He kept dragging on me saying we are going to miss it... Super cute. Definately recommend this show to any Thomas fans.

It wasnt a sold out event but the show was still memorable and fun filled. The actors did a great job and many times tried to keep the crowd involved and lively. I only wish I had known they had a scheduled 25 minute or so intermission! The story was good for the kids... I know there were some families that had a tough time keeping their kids focused and interested during the dialogue. It did get slow at times and was reaching to fill those spots inbetween songs. The facility (Verizon Theater) was clean and welcoming. I just wish alcohol was not available at this family event. I also would have appraciated the stage backdrop to stay lit longer at the end of the show to allow everyone to get a pic in front of teh stage. I also would have liked to have the Engines on stage for a quick pic op at the end too. For what we spent on tickets this should be included as part of the ticket price.

The costumes, energy of the peformers, and the props were unbelievable! I don't know how they kept their energy up for so long. My four-year old was mezmerized by how big Thomas and his friends were and how they moved around the stage.

My kids loved it, 4&1 1/2. There was a time in the show where Percy is trapped in a cave by falling rocks and then the show goes to intermission. Not the best time because my kids were concerned about Percy and the questions didnt stop until they saw him again in,the show. Be ware of a very loud explosion at the end of the show (confetti). Many kids were scared even parents. Since I am pregnant it was not a good ending for me. Overall the show was good and I would recommend going if your kid loves Thomas.

Thomas Live was the best live performace we have been to, We had VIP tickets, so we were able to go to a VIP party before the show. My son got to take pictures with the cast, got a goodie bag and a special certificate. As far as the show on stage, words cannot discribe it. It was priceless to see my sons reactions. He was amazed. When Thomas started to talk, my son said, " mom he is really real ". The props were great also. The best live show we have seen!

The show was amazing. The trains were so cool, driving around on stage. Sir Topham Hatt was stunning, visually and vocally. The storyline was very creative, and the music was fantastic. It was great the way the cast interacted with the audience. The trains were so beautiful and their little faces moved and eyes changed around. Wonderful sets as well.

I took my granddaughter to see Thomas the Train with her aunt. The reaction when she saw Thomas and Percy was worth a million words!!! Her face lite up and her mouth fall open!! Mine too!!! I thought the trains were the coolest thing. I just wish they were on stage more, because the kids went nuts when ever they came out, especially Thomas. I know it's hard to put on a show like that, but the story was kind of boring. The other thing I wish they had was a Thomas the Train in the lobby for picture purposes. Now that would have been cool!!!

Good length for small kids. 36 minutes, 20 minute intermission, then 26 minutes. All the familiar songs from the Thomas recordings we own, sometimes newer words that apply to the show. Simple plot. Some performers played multiple characters and differentiated their different characters very well! Good dancing and singing.

We had a wonderful time at Thomas Live...my son is 3 and he was just mesmerized by the whole event, he loved the trains. My only complaint is that there weren't more trains. As soon as it was over he wanted more! It would of been nice for the kids to get to go up and see the trains up close and take pics but overall it was a definite must see and we will definitely recommend!

My 5 year old son, Derick, just loves Thomas the tank engine since he was 2 years old. We've been all the way from Brazil to England last Aug/2010 for a DOWT event which we thought would be his last. But coming to NYC for a week on March/2011 to find Thomas on Stage Live just on day of our arrival made us take yet another shot at it. Derick jumped, sung, danced, yelled and has just loved it all. Thanks Thomas for the many many wonderful memories.

The before party wasn't what I thought, expected more, but even with the little bit he was happy thrilled and his face was priceless. Sit in the front, the little ones gt up and dance, hopefully the usher won't be a jerk like ours and understand that the 3 yr olds and uner aren't terrorist. They just wanna dance. Thomas and Firends LIVE was an absolute pleasure for me and my 2 1/2 year old. I was amazed how he was so fixated with the entire performance. When the actors were saying their lines he was hanging onto each and every word. When Sir Topham Hat declared that "Percy was stuck in the mine," My little one cried out, "OH NO! What are we going to do?!?" The trains, sets, songs, lighting, audience participation and effects were super and kept us toe tapping, and smiling. A delight for any Thomas fan!

When Thomas took the stage for the first time and my son looked over at me with his eyes wide and said 'Mommy they really are real' wrmed my heart. His reaction made me fall in love with the show. His only complaint was that the other engines were missing, My only complaint was that it was over rather quickly.

The show was great, my son LOVED it. My only negative comment was about the seating, we had floor seats and were in the 9th row. Since the seats weren't set up like stadium seating it was very hard for my son to see, especially since people were having their kids stand on the seats to see. I ended up holding my son up on my lap so he could see the stage. The show itself was great and very cute. The venue for this show was my only problem.

What a spectacular event!!! The lighting, sound effects, and choreography was awesome. It was an action packed musical. The little boy behind us looked like a teenage girl at an Elvis Presley concert. There were so many different background scenes that you were never bored. We really loved the finale because the clown of the show ran off the stage and dumped a huge bucket of confetti over our heads. My 5 year old son was amazed. They ended the show with a loud bang and shot confetti over the entire floor crowd. I really hope they come back soon because my family and I will be there.

I went and bought the tickets the day and minute they were available online. My 7 yr old granson is autistic and has loved Thomas since he was a yr old or younger. He has probably every train released of thomes..plastic, wood etc....! It was a dream come true to be able to take him to see Thomas for real The smile that came across his face when Thomas came out was beyond words!! And it became even brighter as the show went on.We bought him everything they had to offer at the show from the bag all the way to the engineeer hat! He sat and told me all the names as they came out, even Harold the helicopter. The players he also loved and told me they were Thomas's friends. It was a day i will always remember! I thank you very much for the opputunity to be able to put one of the few smiles on his face.He was really upset afterwards because he said he didn't get to tell Thomas goodbye! We just told him that maybe one day soon we will get to see Thomas again, but that he had to go make other children happy!!

Overall Thomas & Friends live on Stage was fun. The location was really great and the kids loved it. My son loved seeing the trains live in action. How the trains were built and actually how they moved around was incredible. As the show was or is for OUR kids, the organizer of these shows should really think about the price you ask for the souvenirs ...like t-shirts 20$, chain key pad 5$, pop-corn 4$ etc ... is it really necessary?

Seeing Thomas & Friends live on stage will go down as one of my favorite moments. Watching my son's eyes light up as Thomas, Percy, Gordon and the rest were brought to life on stage was priceless. The story was interesting enough to keep his attention. The actors were dedicated to their roles. The songs were catchy and the production values exceeded my expectations. The important thing, of course, was that my child was captivated by the show between 85-90% of the time; which is pretty darn good and made it well worth the price of admission. I would recommend this show for anyone with children or grandchildren under 6 years old.

The show was wonderful, very interactive and kept his attention span. The engines were "real", not someone dressed in an engine outfit. It was wonderful when you heard Harold's propellers and saw him. During intermission we went to the bathroom a little late and when he heard the music starting up he had us running to get back. This from a child who always wants to leave a live performance at intermission. This was a surprise for my 4yr old son who is one of Thomas' biggest fans. I changed his clothes in the truck after leaving the daycare and distracted him with juice from seeing it. We got all the way to will call without him realizing and when the ticket agent questioned him about Thomas the look on his face was priceless

My son had a grin from ear to ear and was beaming with excitement when Thomas rolled onto the stage. We sang, we dance, and we enjoyed every moment of the hour and a half production. He is still wearing the shirt we purchased from the event. I was appreciative that the price of snacks were not extremely overpriced. I have attended events where the price of cotton candy was $6.00. I can handle the $3.00 price at this event. Also, the Thomas souveniers were sold at a reasonable price. The stage show was well put together, perfect for my son's age of four. I would definitely see this show again or another Thomas the Train musical. My son did express how he wished Thomas would have been available after the show, which would have been exciting. I would have paid extra to take a picture with "the real" Thomas the Tank Engine.

Our 4 year old boy was amazed at Thomas in real life. It was very well done. He loved it and even in his prayers that night thanked God for his day with Thomas! We'd definitely do it again. My husband and I were disappointed that the show was so short (an hour and 20 minutes INCLUDING a 10 min intermission), and that there wasn't much in the way of merchandise to purchase. Our son was really sad that Diesel didn't drive like the other trains. But.... all in all ... a great show!

I was really disappointed in the show. There was just to much singing by the actors. It seemed to focus more on the actors than on the trains. I was expecting more trains. Also the vending was terrible. Only a T-shirt and a little light that spins in different colors. Seseme Street had a ton more. They even sell Mylar ballons during the intermission. If you guys do come back please make it more entertaning. My son lost interested half way throught the first part and mostly the second part. He is 3 and if there is something that catches his attention he will stay to see it.

My three year old loved it but it was a bit over priced and they had a long intermission(about 30 min) that was really not neccesary since the actual show was barely an hour. But my son was excited to see Thomas and Percy which is why we went

Good but not great. Too much talking (singing) and not much "show". The second act, after the break, was much better.

This was the first stage show my 4 year old had ever seen. I thought he would not sit still for the whole show, but the show kept him entertained. He was so excited to see Thomas and Percy. He and all the kids at the show had a lot of fun.

Realistic. Interactive enough to keep an active 3 year olds attention. Trains moved and were large enough to have live conductors. Interesting storyline.

Overall what you would expect from a Thomas stage show. Good overall. I would have liked to have heard the new Thomas song from the Great Discovery movie. James is not in the show. Only Thomas, Percy, and Diesel. I found that strange.

Thomas is on time again with the latest show for fans of all things Sodor. The presence of the on-stage trains and generally excellent production values overcome the predictably silly story line, making this show a treat for the 3-8 year old Thomas audience. Sir Topham Hatt is a stand out among a professional cast with rousing musical numbers and fun choreography, making this an enjoyable outing for all.

We absolutely loved the show. My boys enjoyed ever bit of the show. The trains were so realistic and the performers were outstanding. I would recommend this show for everyone. My husband and I loved it just as much as my 2 and 5 years old did.

This was very short and BORING for the amount of money we paid (and I got cheaper seats). We've seen the Wiggles and Toy Story on Ice with our boys....save your money to see either of those shows instead.

We had so much fun with our 2 yr old daughter. She loved it..it was a wonderful show and very entertaining. They really get the kids and parents into it! We can not wait to go again! We made so many wonderful memories at the show, with her tooting her arm like a train horn and she was just so into it and expressive! Loved it!!!!

My 4 year-old son is a Thomas the Train fanatic. So, I was surprised when he got bored during the first act, and started running up and down the aisle! He kept asking where the fun things were to play with -- he didn't seem to grasp that a play was not interactive, and he could only watch. The play was cute, but only captured his attention for short periods of time. He got much more out of riding on Thomas the Tank Engine when they came to town, and he 's more captivated by watching a full-length Thomas movie on DVD. Wasn't worth the $42 apiece we paid to sit near the front.

Being we had FRONT ROW SEATS at the Nashville show, we LOVED IT!! My 5 year old son LOVES Thomas soo much and I bought these tickets last fall as a surprise... boy was it a great SURPRISE! He loved how the actual trains came out on the stage...he kept waiting for MORE characters to come he was wanting to see lots of them! ha ha But he loves PERCY and was soo excited when Percy came out! The singing and dancing was fun and I loved the end when confetti streamers came out into the audience... my son and his grandmother loved catching them! Overall the show was great and we enoyed our cotton candy while singing and dancing along! Thanks Thomas for a great afternoon!!

My son is a huge Thomas the train fan, Gordon and Percy is his favorite. Having seen many shows on dvd over the years I have come to like it as well. I was really wanting him to see this live show, though I was reluctant to spend so much money for best seats, which was second row, almost center, after seeing his face during the show it was worth it. The show was amazing, the actors were some of the best I have seen, they came down to the floor level and made the show come more to life. Having a real Thomas train moving on stage made it even more worth while, They also hade a Percy that moved. I just wished that the Gordon could have moved around on stage so my son would have his best engine in action. All the children in the audience was in aww not to mention the adults as well. All scenes was done flawless, I wasn't expecting the show to last as long as it did, I never could find how long the show was going to be. So I was happy that it was at least an 1hr 45mins long. Thomas was causing confussion and delay as usual, but being a really usefull engine he comes through and saves the day for the circus and the perfomers.
