Great material. The guy is awesome. No low punches and clean. I laughed like a maniac from start to finish. Kind of humor that I enjoy and this guy has a way that particulary makes me fall off the chair. We had a great time!!

I love Kevin James and saw him about 10 years ago when he came here in concert. I laughed and laughed at his show. Unfortunately, there was not much new material in this show and I found myself wondering why I just paid $80 to see a show that I had seen 10 years ago! I would save your money and just watch re-runs of the King of Queens or his old standup. It's pretty much the same stuff.

I was very excited to see Kevin perform after watching his previous stand-up act multiple times over the years, and watching King of Queens everynight. I was dissapointed with the performance, and there were only a handfull of jokes that were all that good. The majority of the funny material was directly from his last stand up. He also spent too much time dealing with a heckler, talking to people in the audience, and bringing an audience member on stage to talk about his tattoos. The act was also very short comparred to other stand up acts that I have seen over the years.

Kevin James is always a very funny guy, however, his material is getting dated. I saw him 2 years ago in Vegas which was very funny but I didn't expect the exact same bits! If this is your first time seeing his stand up then I highly recommend it, but if you have seen him within the last couple years, you may not want to spend big money to hear the same comedy routine.

I was so looking forward to this event, but came away disappointed. Kevin James came across as unprepared and unfocused - not the likeable, funny character we know and love from TV and movies. The opening act was funnier.

Each comedian has their own style. I don't believe comparing one to the other really makes sense. For Kevin James' show, I would recommend it as a good fun and worth going there to have a break. You won't be bored but don't expect to be rolling on the floor laughing all through his show. It has it's highs and lows.

Too bad his show was only 1 hour and 5 minutes long. Between the cost of the tickets, the cost of parking, the 5th floor seating without elevators and the springs coming out of the seats, the show was NOT worth the money spent.

Great show for Kevin James. I have been a huge fan for a long time. I've seen all his movies/sitcoms. He gave a great performance for sure. Also, the venue was great. The show was sold out at the NJPAC. Great venue for seeing a show. I would return there to see see another performance anytime!

My husband and I LOVED IT!! I was so excited to learn that night that Kevin has a new sitcom coming out in the fall! YAY!! Loved Gary opening for him, too! The happiest audience ever, and the show hadn't even started yet, lol! Kevin brings that out in us! I wish it kept on going, but the show must come to an end. Thanks for the belly laughs!!

We arrived late because of the lovely Boston traffic on a Saturday night. We got there while the opener was in the middle of his set. This looked like a really nice venue in pictures I googled. I never imagined though the floor where there were tables/chairs are would be so crowded and awkward. It just felt really cramped... anyways.. Kevin James was really funny I'd recommend seeing him to anyone. I was surprised he was only on for an hour but it was worth the price. Also anyone we came into contact with at The Wilbur was super friendly and helpful, including the bathroom attendant. I'd go back to this place again.

Kevin James is hilarious. Everything he says relatable. I am still laughing at things he said. It's great to see an east coast guy succeed. Down to earth. I laughed so hard my face hurt. Happy Belated 50th Bday Kevin. My girlfriend at I were there watching from the 2nd row, celebrating our 50th too. Just wish the show went longer. Could have laughed for hours!!!

This guy makes me laugh out loud. He's my favorite. His brother opens for him for about 15 minutes then Kevin gets right into it. All new material, nothing vulgar. He's on for 60 minutes sharp, no encore which he tells us at the beginning of his set. My 3rd time seeing him, I'd go again. Thinking of taking a trip to Vegas to see him with Ray Romano (which I've seen before, awesome). I wish his set was longer but for 60 minutes I was rolling. Go see him, you'll laugh!

As usual - Kevin James was absolutely hysterical. The comedien Rich was just as funny. Very enjoyable - people who were leaving the earlier show - all wanted to come back and stay for the 9:30 p.m. show - that was how great, enjoyable Rich and Kevin James were. Also, what I loved is that we brought our children - and both comediens are very clean and don't use vulgar language either. Just wish that St. George Theatre had valet parking and then the night would have been perfect. Their staff was very friendly and helpful too.

One word - Awesome! Kevin is one of the best in comedy. Was very happy they added a second show, hopefully next time they'll keep him in Chicago for 2 days. I would have preferred the earlier show but it sold out within a few hours - next time I'll fight for front row, first show. If you missed him don't ever let it happen again. Two Thumbs Up! Oh, and his opening act was also excellent.

I love Kevin James. I am a huge fan. I was really sad when I missed him last year so when I got tickets this time (2013 at DPAC in Durham) I was psyched. It was a girls night out and a present to myself for my 40th!! The event was packed and we had great seats. The crowd overall I thought was very in sync and appreciative of Kevin throughout his show. He was funny and genuine. His material was fresh and I appreciated him sharing his experience as a Father. At one point I laughed so hard I couldn't catch my breath, It was a fun night and I was really glad I went to see him. Would see him again for sure. 2 things really annoyed me. I thought the show was short. And the way he exited the stage was really off. He was in the middle of a joke. I barely had time to blink and he was gone and the lights and music came on. I understand he didn't want to do an encore (he explained that previously). But the way he exited the stage so suddenly, so abruptly left me feeling the show was anti-climatic. A "thanks for coming out, you've been great" is all I would have expected and not too much to ask ... that was my only complaint.

The show started about 10 minutes later than advertised, and since I'm 6'7" sitting in cramped space, every extra minute hurts. But the warmup comedian helped break the ice and loosen things up a lot. I can't remember his name, so that might say something about the overall level of laughs I thought he supplied. But Kevin James was really, really funny. I had doubts when he first came out - he looked a little tired and maybe not too thrilled to be in Durham. But within a few minutes he found his stride, and the laughs! I almost cried a couple of times, I laughed so hard. This guy is really as talented as you see on TV.

I'm a huge Kevin James fan, especially with the King of Queens, and he did not disappoint. Some of the jokes were recycled, but there was plenty of new material as well. He worked with the audience really well, though there weren't any people that were screaming out besides a group of girls at the beginning that yelled "WE LOVE YOU KEVIN JAMES!" Love his clean comedy and how he makes it funny without needing to swear, which I wouldn't have minded. His facial expressions are priceless, though I was a little disappointed that there weren't many impressions, one of my favorite parts about his acting. The theatre was great and I would've gladly paid double to watch him again, but the 1 hour show (+30 min opening act) did feel a little abrupt when it ended. The sound was a bit deafening at times, not sure if that's me sitting close to the speakers or what. Overall a fantastic show and I hope he does another tour! Hardest I've laughed in a long time, even started cramping at one point.

Excellent show. Kevin's humor is unoffensive & clean. My wife & I had a great time & spent the trip back to Dayton laughing as we recited some of the jokes from the night. I have & will recommend this show to anyone who likes good humor. Kevin is proof that you don't have to be dirty or swear excessively to be funny.

Terrible!! Kevin James totally dialing it in. Thank goodness we didn't buy tix for $250 and waited till $99 -- although it should have been 2 for $99 for the amount of time he spent and the effort he put into writing this act. Spending 10 minutes talking about a guy's tattoos, throwing up on a ride, throwing up on his daughter and food allergies is a lot of stalling. He mentioned the gift of sight, which was a great line from the King of Queens - but too bad it fell flat in this show. Show started at 5:00 and we were done by 6:30 -- totally not worth it! Then $48 for 2 beers and 2 seltzers? Hello - this is LI not Manhattan. Not sure how much time he did vs. opening act... but wish the first guy stayed longer. His story of his wife with the flashlight and the puzzle was priceless. A few weeks ago, we saw another person from his show, guy who plays Enzo, and were crying with laughter non-stop. Too bad Kevin James is the only non- funny stand up on his show. When you take away his physical humor and Leah - he really isn't too funny. Looks like he's coasting on the show's success and selling out all of these shows..... of which there will be NO repeat customers!

The venue was small which provided good vowing for the show but the folding chairs were so small and close together. For a $79 ticket, I think there should have been proper sitting so you were not shoulder to shoulder with a stranger. Kevin James performance was average, he seemed a bit distracted and started talking to two audience members which was odd . The opening comedian was much more professional than the headliner

Very funny as expected, but not worth the money considering it started at 8:15 with an opening comic and Kevin was out and gone, stressing he will not be back out once he leaves the stage . We were out of the theater by 9:15. Really , He could have given it more then that for the money. His pockets were paded but be fair and give back to your fans

I have to say I like Kevin James on TV, but I am not a huge fan. It seems like he has a split personality. He comes across as a nice guy, but then has a mean side too. So, I wasn't sure what to expect from a comedy set and which part of him we would get away from his TV character. We got both. I loved the venue. And, the warm up comedian was very good. Probably as good as Kevin. Kevin was funny, but he was at his best when talking with a man in the audience. When talking to this man Kevin was humorous without crossing the line of being mean. The only thing I was disappointed in was the length of the set. I'm not sure how long comedy shows usually are, but Kevin did a 1 hour set. I was expecting a little more.

Kevin James was excellent. Funny right away, and he kept up laughing. A show you could bring your grandparents to. Lots of good stories, funny family life, and more. The audience was totally into it. Fun night--and the Paramount is an excellent venue. One thing, Paramount: security said "no flash photography and no video," but then they didn't allow still shots without flash either. Just say, "No photography" if that's the case. Great show!

I love comedy and always look to going for some laughs. I did feel that for the price paid this was way too short. I think he talked for less than 40 minutes. I did like him a lot and felt it was a good show but just a slightly short. I mean if he cant talk for that long then maybe have a few others open the act for him? They had one guy but he too only talked for 10 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyed his performance. His comedic take on life can be related to, in some manner, by all. Perhaps what is most enjoyable is the fact that Mr. James does not feel profanity is a tool that needs to be utilized to engage his audience. It was apparent from the moment that he stepped on stage that his audience loved him.

Kevin James is authentic and funny, and does it clean without having to interject foul/offensive language. I was belly laughing the entire time. Would absolutely see him again. Also, Paramount in Huntington is a GREAT venue. Relaxed atmosphere and no bad seats.

Kevin can be funny when conveying his personal experiences but as a come back show it was an obvious effort to keep himself in the standup spotlight and connect with his TV following. Material was standard, often weak and drawn out to fill the time. His banter with a tattooed attendee went on forever, and most of his material was typical subject matter with no special presentation. Was a disappointment and not as good as his previous broadcast presentation so many years ago. Warm up style and material was almost a mirror image of Kevin. All in all, his following showed up in droves, appeared happy to be out for an evening.

I love Kevin James and was excited to be able to see him perform live. I loved his show and loved his jokes and sense of humor. His comedy is very clean and very funny. He is a real down to earth performer and enjoyed how he interacted with the audience at one point during the show. I would highly recommend seeing him if you get the opportunity.
