Lorde put on a fantastic show! Not over the top, but interesting enough with great dancers.

Apart from the actual music and her voice being on another level, Lorde s theatrics were fantastic along with her 6 dancers. The stage is beautiful, it s more of an art display than a concert. Unforgettable! Can t wait till next time!

Good concert but not friendly staff and very crowded. Could barely see her perform on the stage.

This was a great venue to see Lorde. The crowd was into it and she was engaged and obviously moved by the crowd reaction. My 13-year old loved the show, as did the mostly mid-20s audience, and we old folks enjoyed it too.

It was the first time we had gone to echostage and we loved the open pit setup. It made the show very intimate and the wrap around bars made getting drinks easy too. Lo Fang, the opening act, was really good even though they didn't play for very long. Lorde was AWESOME. They sounded great and brought a great show. We had a blast!

Lorde was a great live performer. Her live voice sounds exactly like it does on her album.

Echostage is a bit of a misnomer, it should be called Echofloor. The stage is so low that most of the audience couldn't see anyone on it. My wife is 5'3" and in 3 inch heels she still couldn't see anything but the chandelier. Two songs had Lorde on screen, so she was able to see part of a projection of Lorde for part of those songs. I'm 6'6", so I could see fine. The teenage girls beside me jumped up and down trying to see (unsuccessfully) the entire show, except when they climbed on each other's back (unsuccessfully) to see. The sound and light show was great.

Her performance was brilliant, but I couldn't see her on stage. I was only fifty feet away from her, too, but with people taller than I am in front of me and holding up their phones, it was difficult to enjoy.

Incredible concert. Lorde puts on an amazing show and it's hard to believe how confident she was in a room full of people at such a young age but it was amazing.

The concert was awesome. I think she deserved a bigger place since it was sooo packed. I found nothing wrong with it. She has one album so the the concert was like 2 and a half hours long so it made since. I got to meet her afterwards!!!! She is so nice and genuine I hope Hollywood doesn't make her change. She's just so real.

Me and my friend bought tickets to this show months ahead but still from a 3rd party vendor for the tix so it was almost double the price (80) but it was worth every dime! Her vocals and stage presence were picture perfect! And the bust part of the whole show was the insane light design it was in cue with the bass and everything it was magical. A WILD NIGHT TO REMEMBER!!

A very good concert with a unique attitude. Some people didn't seem to like the show but I feel like that's because they don't understand it.

She was really cute. Sounded great. Would def see her again. Only downside was all the young people talking through the whole show.

I was so psyched for this show. I felt lucky to get a ticket and continuously played the new album to get ready. As someone who has gone to hundreds of concerts, I have to admit that I was kind of disappointed. Her voice sounded pretty good but even up front, you could hardly see her. It was the darkest concert I have ever attended. The lighting was ridiculous, and sadly, it added an element of detachment, as I never really felt connected to the performer. Lorde is amazingly talented but at 16, I think she needs to learn a little about performing live. She moved around the stage but didn't do very much. She went through the songs quickly and without adding very much to the recorded versions. She spoke a couple of times, but I had difficulty hearing what she was saying. Yes, it was cool to see her as she is very protective of her image, but I think that backfired on her here. Everything was basically OK, but I was hoping for great.

Her voice was amazing and that's all that mattered. I thought her whole set was strong, although she didn't have an encore. I would see her again if I had the opportunity.

I had high hopes for this show. It was a very hard ticket to get for most people. Let's start w/ timeliness. She made us wait about an hour after the opening act finished - more than necessary. The Subs were TOO loud - we had to move, mirrors in the bar were shaking. The backing lights were too bright. I felt like everything about the show was distracting the audience from her. I know she was signing to backing tracks, but she has a great voice, I wanted to hear it better and just couldn't.

Okay so we all know Lorde is a very talented young girl but she definitely needs to work on her stage manners. She was into herself the entire show and spoke to the audience only once or twice. After her last song she just walked off stage without even smiling or saying thank you. The audience roared for an encore but NOPE! She did not do an encore. She didn't even acknowledge us. All I know is that I didn't like her as much as I did after the show.

Lorde has hit international fame on the fast track, and for good reason: her voice is phenomenal, and songs unique. Her voice sounds just as good live. However, as she is still young, she's coming into her own performance-wise. She was always in her own world, kind of dancing and moving about. Hopefully as she does more shows, she'll figure out how to work and engage the crowd a bit more. I also wished she had live backup vocals, rather than using a track, as some of the harmonies are beautiful. All in all, see her once now while you can, then wait a couple years for the next.

I knew a little bit about Lorde, young and genious musician, but it was all verified after her amazing concert in Milwaukee. I took my 16 year old daughter who is a big fan. The show was not glamorous but earthy. I believe it resonated with her fans, down to earth but misunderstood and a little bit of an introvert who foond her call in writing music. I love Lorde. Mothers take your daughters a great bonding concert.

Lorde. Wow. I have been in love with this girl ever since I heard her Love Club EP. She is such a gem. Her voice is flawless and she is a natural born performer. Such a good show, I left in utter awe. All I can say is, you will not be disappointed.

Great show, a little pricy for the shorter concert length but still a great time!!

Because this concert was the final night of Lorde's tour, I had plenty of opportunities to look at some YouTube clips from earlier in the tour, and once I saw how sparse the stage setup was, I was worried this show was going to be low-effort. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Though it was indeed sparse (only two backing musicians), it actually worked quite well for her performance, which instead of a bunch of fancy gimmicks was highlighted by a really dramatic use of lighting. Vocally, Lorde sounded great, and even though she only has one album from which to put together a set list, the concert was well paced and really impressive. She was friendly to the crowd but didn't waste a lot of time talking to us, choosing instead to let the music do the talking. OK, so the end was a little gimmicky (huge confetti cannon shooting out pieces of confetti with her face on them), but I mean that in a good way. This was an enjoyable show, for anyone of any age (I'm a 41-year-old man with no kids).

First concert I have ever been to and I wouldn't change a thing. Lorde is an amazing performer that connects with her audience. During team she grabbed my hand and it was the best 1 second of my life. She also met with her fans after the show if they waited long enough and was absolutely the sweetest soul I have ever encountered.

As a Kiwi myself, I wanted to see this 17 year old from NZ... Ella - or Lorde, did not disappoint, mature beyond her years, who held the Greek in the palm of her hand - brilliant concert, NZ should be very proud of her!!! I was! :)

LORDE's performance was both intimate and magical. Her music and stage presence was highlighted by her awesome voice and spectacular light shows with props. We were captivated by her as well as the whole audience that stood throughout the whole show to soak in every bit of LORDE's graceful elegance, delicious vocals and personal interaction with the crowd.

Great concert, what else is there to say? Lorde rocks!

lined up for only a few hours for an unforgettable show. majical cloudz was a great opening act -- brilliant music with a charming awkwardness. lorde came in strong. she had a special attachment to the bay area, really made us feel like a part of her. lighting was amazing and so was she. must-watch. best performance i've seen.

Got to theater 8 hours early to wait. Got me up front and center. Magical clouds were an unexpected bonus. They are great. Lorde's performance was awesome. Waited at the back of the theater after the show and lucked out with an autograph.

It is a fact that this lovely girl puts on a show unlike any other. Her stage presence is unbelievable and her connection with her audience is truly magical. It seems to be that every night of her life is a different adventure with different people. She takes you on this journey with her and you simply just have a blast. Her voice is just as haunting and as beautiful live as it is on a record. Her dancing, one way to describe it: the music possesses her and just takes full control of her body. Some people find it weird, but I think it is absolutely beautiful. It's amazing to see someone seem so intense yet calm at the same time. At the end of the show, as she performs her last song, she sits on the edge of the stage, and it looks like a teenage girl telling a story to thousands of people who are eager to her it. It truly is a fantastic experience, and if you ever get the chance to see her, take it.

I have loved listening to lorde's music since I discorvered Her EP of love club. she's so amazing live, her voice sounds the same. there's no editing done. she's what you would call natural talent and I'm happy that she got discovered so young :)

This was my second time seeing her and it was such a great experience. I am so lucky to have been able to see her in concert. She is an amazing performer and is very underrated in my opinion!

How great is it to put on a fantastic one young woman show! Thanks also to the other two musicans - the drummer was great! We are three generations - grandmother, mother, 2 daughters and 1 friend - who drove up from Orland Park IL to Milwaukee WI. We really enjoyed the show! Amazing talent - It was magical to watch Lorde perform, thank you!

Everything about her performance was outstanding! She stayed connected with the crowd and you could tell she was so thankful for all the love. The only issue I had was the crowd. I was lucky enough to be super close to the stage and the minute Lorde got on stage I was pushed practically on top of strangers, and it was like that for the whole show. Also, MANY people tried to cut in front when it was already super packed. So just a fair warning to those that wanna be front. Despite the crowd, I will defiantly go to a another show in the future. I'm still dreaming about it.

Seeing Lorde was an amazing experience, especially in this historic venue. I would definitely recommend that anyone and everyone add seeing Lorde live to their bucket list. Hands down, it was one of the best performances I have ever seen.

we felt like we got our butts kicked by a 17 year old girl! she was amazing. i wouldn't have changed a thing. she played her songs, as well as 2 covers. a brilliant version of kanye's flashing lights and a bon iver song called heavenly father. the performance was only enhanced by the venue. i love the opryland theater at the grand ole opry. it's one of my favorite venues.

Lorde put on a really good show- her voice was great, she took pretty good command of the stage, and she really seemed to be enjoying herself. The United Palace Theatre- what a wonderful venue- it's like the Beacon used to be. I would recommend both Lorde and the UPT- both were enjoyable!

My 16 yo daughter & I fell in love with Lorde the first time we heard her on TV, on Good Morning America. We were so excited when we learned that she was coming to Raleigh, NC. We counted the days until we could purchase our tickets. We ordered them online & printed them so we'd have them in our hands, (couldn't wait for snail mail...) The day of the concert we were up & ready early so we could take our time & enjoy the day. We made a great new friend (from FL) while waiting in line, our seats were great & the weather couldn't have been more perfect for an outdoor event.

I got there at 6:30 gates opened a little later than that. I went to my seat and it looked pretty decent with out all the people there yet. There was a lot of awesome merch! The concessions and restroom locations were very convenient. Majical Cloudz opened up at about 7:30. They were a great band to listen to before Lorde. Lorde went on at about 8:30 and held the stage for a little over an hour I think. She had a few costume and set changes. She was so amazing. I'm a huge Lorde fan and had high expectations, but she totally topped them. Her vocals were on point. She was so kind and beautiful! The seat I had was really bad, I could barely see. :( I wish I had gotten a closer seat or a GA Pit ticket. I couldn't imagine having to sit any further back. It was a struggle. But Lorde made up for it. If I were to go back to this venue I would get a front row seat or a pit ticket.

From watching Lorde on the Grammys, where she seemed a bit awkward, I worried that the concert might feel the same. Fortunately for us all, she has come out of her shell since the awards and put on an amazing show! She interacted with the crowd and really made an attempt to connect with us all. I would go a see her again everyday if money permitted.

The opener was a little boring, but when lorde came on the crowd was really pumped up. The overall show was really good.

First of all the venue was so beautiful. The pier was surrounded by the Hudson River, and it was sunny and gorgeous. The event staff, and security guards were the kindest I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and hydrated. They also chatted with us, and were just really friendly. Then not even sure where to begin but, the actual show is by far the best show I have ever seen live. Lorde always loves her fans, and calls us all friends. Her team of people are lovely, and kind. Her mom walks around and makes sure everything is ok. The way that Lorde engages the crowd is like no other. She shares so much, gets personal, and shares her heart. She sounds the same live as you would expect her to sound if you just were listening to her music, and took your earbuds out. She always hits all of those amazing notes, she is the girl that you see rocking the award shows with her dance moves. She has exquisite taste though and her costumes, lighting, stage design, make-up artist, etc. all make the show truly an unforgettable moment in your life. Her taste in supporting openers, is always the best. Majical Cloudz started the mood with thought evoking edgy yet peaceful music. Definitely go!

Lorde exceeded my expectations. She had a simple stage set up, with two backing musicians and a decent light show. So, all focus was on her music. Her music's pulsing vibe and her ethereal vocals were pleasant to watch and hear. She did not engage the audience as much as a seasoned performer, but knowing she has been doing this for less than three years professionally, it is still impressive. When she did interact with the audience, it was heartfelt and sincere and very engaging. I like how she has found a way to end her show with a special outfit first seen at Coachella - the gold gown. The flowing gown combined with "A World Alone" was a beautiful way to end a great show. I am glad I saw Lorde at her beginning peak. I hope to see how she matures as an artist in the years to come.

Great concert. She is fantastic live. My only complaint is the bass wasn't balanced very well and there was some distortion, at times drowning her out.

Loved this show, Lorde was absolutely amazing! Been to this venue about five times and have always been in the front! Great place and awesome artist always come here!

The oakland fox theatre was beautiful. Drinks were a little pricey but they always are. Any seat is a good seat in this place. Sound was good. View was good. She rocked the stage. This was the best concert I've ever been too. Two thumbs up.

Lorde has cativated me since here album Pure heroine, although I am way past my teen years, I can really identify with her music, feel and understand what she is transmitting. I missed her concert the first time around in 2014, due to a illness, but i am glad i was able to make to this one. She is way more mature and has come out of her shell quite nicely, a very humble and exuberant young lady. And of course, last but not least, her live performance is almost identical to her studio voice and it also had great dancers and visuals which added the final touch! A must see if you like good meanful lyrics but also interpretative, upbeat transcending sound and want to have a good time!

I didn't know what to expect, as I never saw her in concert before. However, her show was amazing and will be remembered as one of my most favorite live shows ever. I hope I get to see her again.

The venue was amazing, people were there to help you. They also let me bring in my camera so that was really nice. I got some good pics!! It was easy to get around, I didn't get lost. It's very safe. Lorde was amazing. It was the best arena concert I've ever been to 100%. I would definitely see her again in this venue.

I was so excited to be able to see Lorde!!! The concert was a party all night long!!!!! She s was so energetic and her voice was perfect. The stage was simple but amazing at the same time!! ohhhh my lanta. this was incredible. the lights were stunning her voice was unbelievable live i can t believe i got to enjoy this night and i ll never forget this night for the rest of my life i was truly in awe at this concert. the crowd was huge.

Lorde is a excellent musician well worth the time, and money to see her. She takes you on a musical journey through the big hits of Pure Heroine, and Melodrama. The visuals are great, as is the choreography. Ella is a quirky fun individual and it shows in her performances. I highly recommend seeing the show if you can!

i genuinely am in awe of this peformance. ella gave EVERYTHING she had that night and she was so excited and energetic and just plain amazing. her vocals are out of this world i m convinced she s not human. and she never ran out of breath or energy or anything running around the stage!? i was the definition of shook. the show was spectacular she made a huge arena feel like a small intimate show, she talked to us like we were friends, it was the best concert i ve ever been to. the huge box thing and the dancing was amazing. she let lose to the beat which made the audience feel alive and dance with her IT WAS AMAZING! green light and perfect places?? unparalleled. i m so blessed she shares her talents with the world. also she brought jack on stage and i cried. 100000/10 recommend.

I always expected Lorde s Singing to not be very good live but wow it was amazing! Everything about her performance was incredible. My seats were on the floor but quite far away from the stage (section F7) and I m 5 6 so I couldn t see very well and there were only two small screens that showed what was going on stage. I wish I got seats closer or up in the stands.

My friend and I bought tickets the day before because we weren t aware that she was coming, and I m so glad we did! Lorde really puts on a show at her concerts and she sounds the same live as she does on her albums. It was a really great time and we had a blast!

I downloaded the mobile app that let me easily scan my ticket and enter. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Lights, singing, costumes, etc. were all phenomenal.

The opening acts were good. Her performance energy and vibe was such a positive good feeling. It was nice to hear her speak, was able to notice her New Zealand accent. I think I fell in love with her all over again (try to not mention that part because you know I got to keep some things to myself). Overall it was freaking amazing. I highly recommend going to see her in concert.

Lorde can murder a stage and she s been quite underrated on tour so far. This concert was so good and so fun! I have a new appreciation for her voice and ability to entertain!

Amazing show by Lorde! One of the best days of my life honestly!

Let me start off by saying that before the concert I wasn t a huge Lorde fan. I liked some of her songs, and I saw she was coming so I decided to give her a shot. Lorde has truly mastered the art of storytelling. Everything was so elegant, nothing was overproduced or overdone, her presence and the simplicity of the act really told the story. In an arena full of 18,000+ people she made it feel like I was catching up with an old friend. From previous concerts, most artist really have a difficult time connecting, but she opened up to all of us. Definitely a spot on show, wouldn t miss it.

The two artists before Lorde performed were terrible. Especially the rap group. I had no idea any group was performing before the main performance. The rap group was obnoxiously terrible. I'd come later if I knew they were gonna be there. . Concert started at 7pm Lorde performed at 9pm until 11pm

Hands down, had the most fun. I wasn t as hyped for the opening acts but Lorde killed it. She knows how to make us dance and her vocals were on point. I ve never had so much fun at a concert.

What a great concert...Lorde put on a great show...very different from the norm...but then again that s what makes her amazing...

Big light-filled show, band in the background shadows, light-filled container-sized box, dancers ... yep, big-time show with two albums's worth of songs from the last five years. From the Crystal Ballroom to the Moda in only four years.

Lorde was absolutely amazing! First time seeing her and would definitely go again if she comes back. Her opening acts were pretty awesome too, the knew how to hype up the crowd especially Run The Jewels. If you have the chance to see her I recommend you do!

the setlist was perfect, and her stage visuals were stunning and beautiful. lorde's outfits were also so cute. i wasn't like a hardcore fan before, but after seeing her and hearing her album live, i'm in love with her voice and album. she makes everything so personal. the only reason i'm giving it 3 stars is because the arena took away my camera (even after i made sure countless times i can bring it in) and the food wasn't really good.

Lorde performed so brilliantly & created such a beautiful vibe that carried on throughout the show. Her vocals were top notch & loved her interaction with the dancers. She really gets the audience going with her energy & interaction. I would definitely see her again & again! So much fun!!! <3 :)

Lorde was amazing, the American Airlines Arena is such a great place to have concerts in due to its amplitude of space. Everything was so easy to get to, the merch stands, the food, even leaving everything was easy and great. LORDE IS ONE OF THE GREATEST ARTISTS OF THIS GENERATION. She really knows how to hype up a crowd and have us screaming to the heavens in musical ecstasy. Love her!

Great voice, but for the money she's charging for tickets, Lorde should invest in dance lessons! And you couldn't see the live musicians on stage, WTH? Even the back up dancers were boring! Never again.

Honestly, i thought Lorde would put on a better show. She looked more like the opening performer than the anything, her performance was bland. I realize she has more mellow music, but I felt like her and her team could ve put on a show to hype up the crowd a little more. Although this just may be because I didn t listen to her all that much until my friend invited me to see her last minute. There were mega fans that were actually head banging to her music. i don t think it was something to head bang to, but that s just me.

Lorde was AMAZING. The venue at Mohegan Sun is incredible!I was on the floor, but I bet even the "worst seat" is a GREAT view considering the size of the arena. This was my first time seeing Lorde live, and I am such a proud fan! Her performances were impeccable and she was so kind to her audience! I look forward to seeing her live again. Her voice is so crisp and sounds just like what I listen to at home!
