Painted wives, 9electric, stitched up heart and lacuna coil all rocked out the masquerade. It was everything u would think a rock concert would be. Crowd surfing, marsh pit, meeting drunk ppl. My only gripe is that Andrea ( the other lead singer to lacuna coil ) couldn't make it because he dislocated his shoulder. It was still a great concert and alot of fun. The bands were very fan friendly and had no problem with meet and greets.

First time seeing lacuna coil and had a blast! Venue was a bit crowded.. I was in the third row so I can't really complain. I had a great view of the band. Some reason stitched up heart never came out so that was disappointing because I was looking forward to them. I was at this club in January for trivium and I was on the balcony. This time I was on the ground floor up close and enjoyed it!! I am going again in October to see Dope.

I traveled 3 hours to go to this show, and it was definitely worth it. I am a huge Lacuna Coil fan and a moderate Kill Hannah fan. It was an amazing show, the sound was good, and the venue was totally friendly. It's in a nice neighborhood. Lacuna Coil were very nice, they didn't hide in their tour bus like other bands do. The other bands were extremely accessible throughout the show, as they were just hanging out in the bar until they went on.

$22 ticket and one got see see four above average rock bands" Dommin, the opener was rather Depeche Mode like in a very good way with hints of rockabilly and theatric rock. Strange brew, Dommin, but I liked it. Seventh void kicked some heavy, heavy rock ass ala COC and was very good. I am not a fan of Kill hannah as I thick mainly chicks like them. lacuna Coil absolutely were fabulous. Virtually flawless in execution, and they all seemed to enjoy being there and playing. The venue is one freakin hot dump with post right down the center of the hall taht are incredibly annoying. But it is a rather intimate setting. Lacuna Coil is a must see. The AC-DC of the genre they perform.

Lacuna Coil always puts on a great show, and last night was no exception! The intimate venue provided the perfect atmosphere for this rock show. It was great to finally see them headline a show and be able to play more than 5 songs. But the show was amazing and I hope they tour again as headliners again soon!

The show was at Station 4, a very small, intimate venue in St. Paul. The show opened with Dommin, a band out of California if I remember right (if not, I'm sorry.) They put on a pretty good metal act with lots of keyboards which was kind of a refreshing change. Next up was Seventh Void, who was a typical "we're really hardcore metal guys" act. I didn't really care for them as they tended to just insult the crowd and call themselves awesome the whole time. Kill Hannah followed them and seemed to be the odd ones out on the bill as I got the impression they belong with a more pop punk genre. Not that they were bad, and the crowd didn't seem to mind them at all! Finally, Lacuna Coil took to the stage. As always the six band members were going wild on stage, constantly in motion and headbanging at every opportunity. Cristina and Andrea, the two singers, are excellent at crowd interaction and that made the show that much more special. The instrumentalists of the group also made lots of eye contact and connections to the crowd, something that really adds a lot. They fed off the great crowd energy and delivered an awesome performance with no real downer throughout the whole set. Being able to meet them was also incredible - they're all such down to earth people and really appreciative of their fans.

THE INTERSECTION IS A GREAT VENUE! SAW LACUNA COIL AT OZZFEST AND WAS NOT IMPRESSED. BUT THEY REDEEMED THEMSELVES FRIDAY NIGHT. PLAYED MANY SONGS FROM COMALIES! ENJOYED DOMMIN AND SEVENTH VOID! AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY REGARDING KILL HANNAH!

Dommin played first, they were good, Seventhvoid played next, To me they sound like they came from a Garage and they should go back, they kinda sound like old Black Sabbath. I didn't care for them, 3rd was Kill Hannah, They rocked, ! good sound , good energy, I would like to see them again. Last was Cristina with Lacuna coil, She has a Awesome voice ! They sounded great , they did a lot of there top songs, as well as some off the new "shallow life cd " Marco was great on Bass as was Criz on drums ! He is great, I got a set of drum sticks and a pick from L.C. The onlty thing I would have liked is for them to have played the bigger Venue Upstairs, The sound is better up there.(at The Rave) All in all a great show !

Lacuna Coil rocked the Rave in Milwaukee on July 11th, 2009. They hit with a sound and energy that can be matched by few. Opening act Kill Hannah was also excellent. For the low low price the tickets are going for on this tour (I paid 15 but most venues are closer to 20) you can't go wrong.

the show was good. The first band was pretty good for an opening, the second band "seventh void" didnt deserve to be on the tour - they were terrible. the security wasnt professional and didnt check carefully and havent even scanned my tickets. The headliner was amazing as usual. the bad thing it was really hot in the building.

We got there early and caught the first act Dommin and though I've never heard of them before they were a great opening act. Interesting look and sound. Although I didn't really enjoy the second act as much, Seventh Void, they did have a couple ok songs. The third act though, Kill Hannah, was beyond my expectations. The lead singer really put forth alot of energy into his show and music and made it really enjoyable. And then of course Lacuna Coil hit the stage after a long setup and for my first time seeing them live I really enjoyed the set, sound and visuals they offered up.

As a Lacuna Coil fan and this being my first concert, I was already amped to see one of my favorite bands in Grand Rapids. The first opening band, Dommin, was a definite great start to the show. While I was not a big fan of Seventh Void or Kill Hannah, there were definitely moments where I was starting to get into the band a little more. However, I digress. Lacuna Coil seemed to thrive off the energy of the crowd, slowly savoring it before throwing it back to the audience tenfold. The charismatic vocals of Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro, amplified by the sounds of the entire band, really created an amazing performance to the venue. I once read a review stating Lacuna Coil deserves a bigger venue in the U.S. and I fully believe it, however I do not regret the small location. It was great to be that close to the band.

I had a blast listening to Lacuna Coil play a full set since they did not have to open for any bands here in the states being they were ther headline band. The rocked and played all of their best songs except the new one "I Like It." The first opening act Dommin was really good as well. I did not care to much for the 2nd band Seventh Void, and the 3rd band Kill Hannah was ok. I can't stand the few people who piss everybody off in the crowd that try to start a mosh pit because it distracts the rest of us from the show. The venue was not the best but that doed not take away from a kick ass band playing kick ass music like Lacuna Coil. It was worth the price of admission.

Dommin did a great job. It's unfortunate that they had to be first...they definitely deserved a longer set. Seventh Void seemed generic...I wasn't impressed at all. Kill Hanna did a decent job...my only complaint is that the laser pointers on their guitars shined in my eyes once. Lacuna Coil did a great show...I hope to see them headlining Much more often! Great job guys!

Couple of nights ago me and my concert partner went to the show with low standers. But once dammion got on stage it was cool. Unfortunately Seventh Void and Kill Hanna where nothin new or really that good so once Lacuna Coil got up their they threw down alot better then we thought. But in the end if they weren't there the show would of be crap.

The opening band "Dommin" was a breath of fresh air compared to all the bands these days opening for tours. They had a vocalist you could understand! At least for the most part. Maybe if they would have turned up his mic a lil bit it would have helped, but i'm just pickin nits! Seriously folks, instead of the gargled glass vocal trend of these days, and wall of noise(misplaced guitar riffs stuck together). I was able to enjoy good compositions, albiet somewhat intentionally simple at times, a good mix through the sound board, and some passionate musicans without egos just having a good time! There influences are obvious, (Type O, early Misfits, a dash of rock a billy, and just a lil 80's euro pop?!!!)but not in a bad way. They put their own spin on things, and yet some how keep you thinking you've heard something enjoyably similar before. The next band "Seventh Void", was comprised of a couple of guys from Type O Negative, Kenny, and Johnny. So you already knew that there was a high level of (non)professionalism to be had from them. These fellas brought a really heavy set, you could tell from the elephant sitting on your chest as Kenny proclaimed! All joking aside, they delivered a very solid performance obviously influenced by old Black Sabbath, Matt the other guitarist, and Kenny really vibed off each other really well live. They had some very good guitar work that complimented one another, just a touch of blusey influence to contrast with the heavy cords and low end bass. Next was Kill Hannah. Honestly i didn't know what was going on! I didn't know anything about this band, so that was good and bad in a way. I just really didn't think that they matched with any of the other bands on this tour. They definitly brought some contrast to the overall show, but i'm not sure it was the right kind of contrast. There were obviously a dedicated fan base there for Kill Hannah but it just seemed like two different shows while they were playing. They were very over the top with production looks, lighting and showmanship. I just felt their high energy glam look and vibe were a little alienating for alot of the fans of the other bands. They did have some good musicianship, and very passionate performances, as well as fans. I just didn't see alot of the crowd looking for the same reasons, and that comfirmed my opinions. I do aplaude them for being entertaining, they just wern't my cup of tea. It takes alot of dedication and confidence to get up on any stage. I just felt like they were on the wrong stage, especially after a band so heavy like Seventh Void. They had a very pop rock feel compared to everyone else on this tour. After Kill Hannah we all got what we had been waiting for...Lacuna Coil! The band came on stage with a great buzz in the audience and much anticipation. The set did start with a little bit of a roughness though. It seemed that the first two songs didn't sound like Christina and Andrea were harmonizing perfectly. I just chalked it up to technical difficulties because soon after they were sounding very good together. Christina continues to amaze with her vocals. As the night grew I think her singing did too. The same can be said for the whole band, they came together as tight knit and professional as one would expect. Andrea and Christina contrast and compliment each other vocally, as well as with their stage presence, better than many duos have in the past. This is a band that knows what they are doing and where they are going. I hope this review was helpfull, remember i'm just trying to be informative, with a little bit of my opinion. And you know what is said about opinions?!! If your still reading this thanks, see you at the show!

At long last, Lacuna Coil are headlining a tour in the 'States. They know how to put on a great show and get the crowd involved. I believe that the Beaumont Club is probably one of the best venues for concerts in KC. It is a relatively small club but, the sound and proximity to the stage is amazing. The bigger venues like Verizon lose a lot of impact of the band. Lacuna Coil in their first headline concert in KC delivered an unforgettable performance. Surprisingly, the place was empty a few hundred people. It is interesting how a band that sells out stadiums overseas gets such a small response here. Cristina's voice is so powerful and amazingly clear for a live show. She sounds just like she does on cd. The band was full of energy and put on a hell of a show for such a small crowd. The setlist was incredible covering older music up through the new album. 24 hours later and my ears are still ringing. Also the opening acts were very good. Kill Hannah was incredible. It was easily one of the greatest concerts I have ever been to. Hopefully, they can come back soon. I would recommend seeing Lacuna Coil live.

The show last night was great the bands were all fantastic. Lacuna Coils performance was outstanding as usual. What was most impressive though was how much nicer the Beaumont Club is now. I used to dread going to concerts out there due to the condition of the entire building with the leaking roof and disgusting bathroom and terrible stage set up. However, there have been many improvements including a new bathroom area, new bar area and new floors. I would highly recommend this show and Dommin was a band I had not heard of yet their music and performance was a must see!!

Lacuna Coil was excellent. This was my first time seeing them. I have 3 of their CDs, and the newest one if my favorite - seems like it's a little harder and Cristina sings more on the newer album (her voice is killer). She sounded even better live than on the CD (I'm not a huge fan of Andrea's voice). They played all the songs I wanted to hear and they were still going when we had to leave at 11:20 p.m. (they took the stage around 10:15 p.m.). All in all, it was a really great show. My husband and I are very glad we went!

Lacuna Coil are gods of the goth/alternative metal scene. It's amazing how few people in the USA follow them when the quality of their music rivals any band playing today, while I drove across 3 states just to have the chance to see them. The show they put on was definitely one to remember. It consisted of three sets, including an accoustic set in the middle. They played songs from every album, with a good mix. And the music was incredible. I don't think I've ever been to a concert before where the music and singing live on stage sounded just as well "made and played" as the music from any of their CDs. The staff at Masquerade was friendly and efficient, and the concert-goers were the best behaved that I've ever seen. I would definitely attend another show at Masquerade if I can.

The opening local band, whose name escapes me at this time was not good at all. They were from Indianapolis. They had one decent song. Trivium opened for Lacuna Coil. Trivium was absolutely amazing. They should have been the headline act not LC. They really know how to work the crowd and get you involved and on-top of that they play outstanding live. It sounds just like studio quality, but you get that 'metal in your face, melt it off' feel which is what live shows are all about - good quality sound and the atmosphere and energy - coming from a good stage presence. Now for LC, they played solidly and Ms. Scabbia sounded amazing. However, they lacked an overall stage presence compared to Trivium. If they had followed most acts that I have seen live, they would have been really great. It's just terribly hard to follow someone as involved and interactive as Trivium. So that is the only reason this show got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the order that Trivium and LC played.

Lacuna Coil had a great performance. They really know how to put on a show, and the sound guys set up everything correctly. The only downfall was the building that it was held in. It's in need of some major renovation, and they could really use a lot more than 3 pub tables for that kind of crowd.

Lacuna coil was amazing May 1st at the culture room. Seeing them up close at a small venue made this a memorable event. The show was great! Lacuna Coil was well worth the wait through the other two mediocre bands. The kept it exciting with array of different songs from the oldest album to the newest single. The guitarist was having technical issues but, the rest of the band were able to keep everyone distracted enough to make it unnoticeable. Towards the middle the did an acoustic set and it just made it more intimate. Besides the fact it sounded great even if the microphone volume was too low on the vocals.

The opening band was absolutely phenomenal. Lacuna Coil actually played three separate sets - the first was just like any other Lacuna Coil show (amazing, of course!). The second set was an acoustic one. It was something fresh for them, and made it that much more intimate. I think this was probably my favorite part of the show. The third set seemed to be more of their upbeat tunes, and really got the crowd moving. Their encore song, a new one written by Maki (bassist) in memory of Paul Steele, ended the show on a thoughtfully serene note.

Even speaking as someone who had a liking of Lacuna Coil in the first place, I regardless bought my ticket on a last-minute whim, just the day before the show. What a show! The band itself delivered instrumentally and vocally, playing a huge variety of old and new stuff, and really establishing an atmosphere throughout the place. The acoustic interlude made for a welcome pace of the the show. The opening act, Otherwise, brought a great deal of energy and good attitude as well. The audience's enthusiasm and reaction to both sets was a welcome thing.

This was by far the most unforgettable show I have ever seen, from the first note played to the last drop like a can of Folgers it was oh so tasty. I have heard of stage presence before and wondered what exactly they were talking about, well it is clear to me now just what that means. I loved all their new songs, the evolution of this band is small enough not to notice which keeps me interested and yet so diverse that I really can't predict what they will come up with next. I love how the band has stuck together all these years, what with so many breaking up or stopping and starting. So all in all I will be at every possible show they put on, that I can attend of course gods willing. Oh yeah, and I got to see them after the show I felt like a giddy little school girl all doe eyed and nervous. They were so cool I even got their signatures on my arm. A dream within a dream.

Lacuna Coil, which means Empty Spiral, and a spiral it was! With three sets, it first began as an all out electric show. With songs from the new album, Dark Adrenaline such as ‘Kill The Light and ‘Give Me Something More . Plus hits from previous albums like ‘I Won t Tell You and ‘Spellbound from the 2010 album Shallow Life and Senzafine, which is sung in Italian, from the 2001 album ‘Unleashed Memories . Not knowing Italian didn t stop the crowd from enjoying it. The second set was acoustic. Cristinas beautiful voice was given a clear path to the audience. Her vocal range was amazing. With guitarists, Cristiano Migliore and Marco Biazzi, she sang the first song ‘Falling alone. Adrian then joined them for ‘Closer and ‘Within Me With the third set, they went back to electric and thrilled the audience with older tunes 1:19′, ‘To Live Is To Hide and ‘No Need To Explain . After nearly two dozen songs the audience wanted more. Doing the encore ‘My Spirit was very dear to their hearts. Written by bassist Marco Coti Zelati in memory of their friend and Type O Negatives singer/bassist Peter Steele. They put a great deal of passion and energy into it. With a pause of respect in the middle, it was a beautiful tribute and a wonderful song. And the perfect ending for a great evening.

Haven't been to a live show in sometime but love lacuna coil so decided to go. They played for over 2 hours!! I'll always support them when their in my neighborhood. Check em out people!

The bands were incredible, especially Lacuna Coil. I was pleasently surprised with Otherwise, they put on a great show as well. The venue though was rather small and cramped everywhere you went. I would have liked to have seen more standing room area than there was, but overall it wasn't a bad venue.

What a show at the Anaheim House of Blues! Seems like the band really enjoyed thier interaction with the crowd. They sounded great and delivered many of thier old classic songs as well songs form thier new album. This band is really down to earth and they are excellent musicians. Christina looked sexy in her gothic black leathers and her voice was awesome as always.

I have seen Lacuna Coil multiple times starting after the Comalies album and I believe that this was the best that I have seen them do to date. They have always put on an amazing show but it just keeps getting better everytime. Plus they did a 5 song acoustic set which I have never seen them do before. Thank you Lacuna Coil for only getting better with time.

Amazing group, amazing venue, amazing show. The sound was fantastic, and Lacuna Coil is just so talented. It was so great to stand so close to the stage and make eye contact with the band members, and hanging out afterward to meet them and take photos with them was incredible. They are all so nice!

a tired-looking Mat Devine jumped, jived and wailed through a Kill Hannah set that was unfortunately short--they could have gone another 1/2 hour and the crowd would have been very happy. Lacuna Coil stamped 'European Version' all over the alt-goth sound, and that woman's voice is freaking amazing--lucky for the guy who rides her coattails. my friend and I drove 8 hours for the show, and it was worth every dead fly on the windshield!

One of the best shows I have seen in a long time, the band opened up with some of their latest hits and mixed some of the older songs rocking every one of them. After about 10 songs they took a short break and played a number of songs unplugged, with just the two guitar players and some acoustic guitars. Cristina sounded amazing!!!! After another short break they came back on stage and really rocked, the crowd was totally immersed on the show!! THEY ROCKED!! I could not have asked for a better outing, it made my night and week!!! I highly recommend them!

Great show! Lacuna Coil has been around for years; glad to see them headline. Intimate venue; I was able to get right up front. They were all very professional. Musically and lyrically, they were spot on to the albums. I thought the vocals could have been turned up a little. Part of that was because I was so close, the PA speakers were almost behind me. I don't recall the entire set list, as they played some of their old stuff that I didn't know. They did play some of my favorites, though. Spellbound!! They played a set, took a short break, then came out and did an acoustic set, another short break, then back to the hard stuff, plus an encore. Close to 2 hours. They came out after the show and posed for photos & signed autographs! That was so very cool of them to meet & greet the fans like that. A++++ Go see them!

I have seen this band in videos of Sonsiphere and heard many of their songs before. Seeing them in a very small venue like the Culture Room was awesome. They played for over two hours, they played 3 or 4 songs in an acoustic set in the middle of the show, and they were very appreciative of the crowd even though it wasn't very large due to the size of the venue.

This was a great show from start to finish. The opening bands were very good, and were very diverse in their sound. This diversity means that there is a chance you won't like one of them, but you'll also probably walk away with a new favorite (for us, it was Dommin). Lacuna Coil was spectacular. Their setlist was jam-packed full of awesomeness. All of their hits, and their best stuff off of their new album. I saw them open for Disturbed during the "Music as a Weapon" tour, and was disappointed because Lacuna Coil only got to do 5 songs. Not this time...this was a full show (14 songs), and it rocked from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour.

Dommin and Lacuna Coil were AMAZING. I love the venue we were so close that it was awesome I was able to get some really great photos from the event as well as very clear video. I was also very pleased with how safe the venue felt a lot of venues in Michigan leave you wondering about the safety of your car / your purse / yourself and not once did I worry about any of this at the Intersection. Great Show, Great Venue, Great time would definitely do it again!

I had such a great time at this concert! The bands were amazing and so interested in the fans. After they're sets the opening bands went back to their merch tables and spent time w everyone who came up. I'd never really heard of the opening bands but I'm a fan now. The best part of the evening was when Lacuna Coil pulled someone from the crowd to do the part of Andy who was unable to be there bc of an injury. The chick the lead singer picked was awesome on stage. I got to meet her as well and she was in utter shock she got to do that. The night was so amazing. The bands kept coming on stage during each other's sets and playing around or singing along. I had so much fun.

If you're into Lacuna Coil or heavy rock in general than you will never be disappointed by a LC show. I'm into much heavier music typically but my wife isn't, so Lacuna Coil was the perfect band to start introducing her to heavier music. Now we never miss a show when Lacuna Coil is in NY and for good reason. They played a great mix of old and new songs and they are so tight every song sounded great. Christina's voice is very powerful live and almost sounds better than it does on the records. Excellent live show, I highly recommend it.

Lacuna Coil played a great show in an intimate venue which made it even more amazing! Even after so many years since I first heard of the band, the sound is spot on and the energy is the same. The stage performance and the live music where bested only by the amazing vocals!

I can't imagine that anyone could write a negative review about Lacuna Coil's live show. The vocals are incredible and their show is full of energy. The audience was singing along to all the hits and there was a great vibe at the concert. As a bonus, they had a post show autograph session for the first 100 people who bought a t-shirt or a CD. And while there may be people who criticize this as a money grab, I think it's a a reflection of a band willing to connect with their fans. A $20 CD is a small price to pay to have it signed by the band. Monster kudos to Lacuna Coil for going that extra distance.

Cristina Scabbia has a very powerful and amazing voice. Her and Andrea Ferro work well together. Made very good connection with the crowd. Songs were very on point. The fact that the turnout was weak didn't seem to bother them at all. Go check out this band - You won't be disappointed!

Show was great as usual...If your have never seen them before you are in for a real treat...If you are already a fan then you know...!! The only issue I had is they only played about an hour, maybe hour and ten minutes max...I expected more for band that's been around for 10 years or more...!!! But all in all a good show...

Lacuna Coil was fantastic! They're a very popular festival/arena headliner internationally, but unfortunately the states are very unaware of their talent. The crowd was very small and intimate, but they still gave it everything they had. It felt like a private show made just for me and my friends. The people who attended were true Lacuna Coil fans and the band could feel that. Hands down one of the best shows I've seen in 2014 and would highly recommend this show. \\m/ \\m/

Lacuna Coil is a great live show. The opening bands were not bad but I did not know their music prior to this event. The venue is small but parking is right across the street and it was $5.00 at this event. It was an open floor.
