We had so much fun! Took our grandkids who had a great time. You really feel like you are part Of the team. A lot of interaction. Totally going again!

Great fun until the mascot knocked over the $9.00 beer. Handicap parking is at the back with all of the doors locked. Overall we really enjoyed the game and will come back.

Phantoms are a step away from NHL at a fraction of the price. Again they beat a good team.

This was my second time to a Phantom hockey game and I will be back. It is the fastest 3 hours ever. Great action, lots of fun for my entire family and affordable. I plan on joining the Kid Club for both of my boys next season.

I go the tickets for my son as a Christmas present - said it was one of the best presents ever. Seats were great - lots of action - they had a marvelous time. Can't wait to go again - very easy to get to and park.

the Phantoms got their butts kicked but it was fun nonetheless. Great seats, although the first couple rows should have wider seat clearance. I must've sat next to the biggest lady in the crowd and I only had half of a seat as a result. I'd recommend this as a cheap date night, but if you're a drinker you might want to go on dollar beer night. $6 is a little pricey for a beer when you compare the ticket price!

Youngstown Phantoms played a good game against Siuox City last night. Except Youngstown missed a few easy passes and their defense lacked around the net at times. Youngstown would have put a little more pressure on Siuox City goalie they would have won the game. Their passing could have been more accurate. Other than that it was a good game to see.

my children who are 4 and 10 had a blast at the game. we will be going to many more phantoms games in the future. this was an awesome family day for us! we really enjoyed it!

Awesome game to attend, not overly crowded and put on a great match ..

This was my first hockey game it was amazing., what little bit I got to see. We had called the day before to see when Guy Fieri and Joey Fatone were going to be signing autographs. They had told us before and during the game, but not afterwards. I stood in line for 2 1/2 hours waiting to meet them. I missed most of the game. I got to see the last ten minutes of the third period. The game was amazing and I would suggest to anyone to go.

events was awesome although the seats we were sold were directly behind the team bench and we could not see most of the action on the ice. these seats should not be sold as full price as there is limited viewing

Center was very hot for a hockey game. Just was not happy about how it felt inside. Game was good though

I had a great time at the Covelli Centre on Pittsburgh Penguin night! The game contained a lot of scoring and heavy checks, very exciting. The Phantom organization also brought in the Stanley Cup, it was great to get my picture taken with it.

Loved everything about it. Seats were great but there really isn't any bad seats there. Lots of action and an awesome game.

This was my first USHL game, I follow all levels of hockey and have frequently watched the Plymouth Whalers and the Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League. A league that is considered (and I'll agree) the best developmental league in the world with the highest NHL draft prospects. The USHL however, is gaining recognition for being the 3rd best junior hockey league in North America. (Next to the OHL and WHL) Anybody who plays in the USHL has the skillset to play Div 1 college hockey in a year or two...heck probably even get drafted into the NHL. I went to this game because I wanted to see for myself just how good this league is and I picked the game in which the Youngstown Phantoms played the U.S. National U-18 Team. Mostly to see Auston Mathews who is projected to be the 1st overall pick in the 2016 NHL Draft. As soon as the game was 30 seconds in I could see that the pace of the game was right on par with Canadian major junior hockey. These kids play at a relentless pace that is unparalleled in any high school/ tier II or III junior league in the U.S. Excellent puck movement throughout, and very very fast transition from defense to offense in the neutral zone. Also would like to add this was a very physical game as well, at this level if you stop moving your feet for a second, you'll pay for it. If you consider yourself a real hockey fan, get out there and watch some of these guys play, your favorite NHL team will have some of them in their lineup sooner than you think.

A very enjoyable evening for my wife, 4 kids and me. Parking cost reasonable ($5). Tickets at $24 each reasonable. Excellent quality hockey and fun venue with music, giveaways, etc.

Great experience! The last game of the season was the first time we saw a phantoms game. We went with two other couples. We will definitely see more games next season.

My son and I attended our first USHL hockey game this weekend. What a GREAT time and at a fraction of the cost of attending the NHL. Parking was less than half, food was less than NHL venue and the ticket price? Ha ha ha ha about a 1/16 of the cost. Covelli Center was a wonderful, intimate arena... We'll definitely be back!

This was our first Phantoms hockey game and it was truly amazing! Will definitely return in the future for more hockey action!

Had seats three rows back from the glass, but had amazing view for only half the game. We had to watch half the game on the big screen. Next time we go we will sit higher up.

Grandkids can't wait to go again, we sat right behind the teams and it was awesome watching them going on and off the ice - never a dull moment

Took my girlfriend an her boys, it was our first ever live hockey game. We had a great time. Only down side was , when ordering tix online I had no way of knowing that our seats were behind the player bench an they stand a lot the lol boys couldn't see, so we had to move to other seats, maybe you can show ppl online what the view looks like from different spots in the arena? Again tho, overall we had a great time!

Very exciting game, lots of action close score with the Phantoms winning in over time. Doesn't get any better than that.

I took my son to the Phantoms 2nd round playoff game. Where else can you get great seats right on the glass for $15. Great playoff hockey, and only ten minutes from home. My son had a blast. It was very disappointing though to see at least half of the arena empty. Y-Town needs to support this team better.

This was out first hookey game, while not knowing anything about the sport it was still very fun exciting and very enjoyable. We will be attending more hookey games in the future and learning more about the sport so that we can further understand what is going on .

First hockey game...honestly had a blast!! I would recommend this event to people!

they coulda played more aggressively they could use more coaching they seem to be disorganized I don't think I would recommend anyone to see another game. I don't think I would go even the tickets for for free.

Hockey is my sport. Usually go to the Nailers games. This was closer and cheaper really glad I chose to go.

Lots of fun. Great seats on the ice. Just not enough fan interaction. though. It was fan appreciation night, really? Not much to celebrate with us the fans, only half off merchandise.

Highly recommend catching a Phantoms game. We thoroughly enjoyed the game and the arena is an outstanding venue. A very affordable event for a family. We will definitely attend another game when we visit again.

Seats were great. The family had an excellent time.

I got tickets from ticket master and was to pick them up at will call. The game was to start at 7:05 p.m. i arrived at 6:30 p.m. When i got there i noticed a long line about 100 people so i went into first door that i seen open. Asked for the will call window and was told i had to go to the back of the line. I told the gentleman that i had tickets at the will call window waiting for me i order thru ticket master. I was told by this guy that i had to go to the back of the line. I said if i new this i would had never showed up. My son and i missed the first 20 minutes of the game. These tickets with all the fees was over $50.00 dollars that's why i don't mind paying the fee for the no hassle of getting in . Very disappointed in the way the whole set was.

As always, The Phantoms Game was non-stop action packed excitement from start to finish!

Perhaps if ticket prices were around $10 per game for a season or two, more people would try out a game. Hockey could build up a following in the area and the games would be more enjoyable because the stands would be full. The players get pumped when the fans get pumped. If there are no fans, it is just a bunch of guys playing hockey with friends and family watching. More fans, more money.

The game was awesome! We would definitely go again. We were in seat C 1&2 section 216 which I wouldn t recommend. It was right behind the opposing teams bench. We couldn t see at all! But fortunately we were able to move to an empty area. Then we had a great time! Phantoms won 2-1

Been to many NHL games but first for the Phantoms. There Covelli Center is a great venue. Easy to find, free parking and easy to navigate. The game was outstanding. These players have alot to prove as some are trying to get scholarships or get to the NHL. The game was exciting and we had overtime. Highly recommend.

Doesn't matter where you watch hockey it is always a good time. Covelli center is a great venue for hockey, concerts whatever. Phantoms run a game like any other pro game. Plenty of music, action. Could not beat the $2.00 draft night on top of it all!

If you think watching 17 year olds play ice hockey is "High School Hockey", you are in for a surprise! These guys are clearly the cream of Div 1 college recruits, and in some cases, future NHL players! Speed of play, intensity of competition and advanced skills set these players apart. I am shocked the stands aren't full every night! Really enjoyed ourselves, and the venue just added to the excitement! The Covelli Center offered great food (ok, we knew it would be a little pricey) and continued activity when the players weren't tearing up the ice. Next time, I will be sure to participate in "Chuck a Puck', couldn't believe how many people did! Thanks guys!

Anyone who is a hockey fan and can't afford season tickets for the NHL should definitely check out Phantoms Hockey at the Covellli Center! Great venue, easy to get to, easy to park, easy to find your way around. The evening was entertaining, especially with kids. We will definitely be doing this again! Tickets are reasonably priced.

Took my family of 3 to a Phantoms game to expose my daughter to an ice hockey game live. She is 4 and gets a kick out of the Penguins on tv and i thought the Phantoms would be a budget introduction. The game itself was pleasant as expected. The venue is small and there are no bad seats, really. I elected the $11 tickets behind the goal and after ticketmaster adds on their fees, the $33 cost escalates to $54, which then becomes a bit much to be a value. There also was an hour or so line to pick up tickets on site, and it was frigid that night. I was able to bypass this with tickets in hand. Had i needed to stand in the line, and the speed at which it moved along with the temperature, i likely would have went home. I hadn't prepared my 4 year old to withstand the cold outdoors for approximately an hour. I never anticipated that would be a possibility.

My family and I went to the jersey night game and had a blast! The game was fast and fun to watch. We always enjoy watching them play.

The game itself was great! Being on the "glass" fabulous and date night priceless. Listening to the Phantoms coach using inappropriate and foul language throughout the line switches was not so impressive. We had a group of small children around us with the f bomb flying constantly, something they should not be able to hear, especially by a man who should be inspiring. Don't get me wrong, hockey is a tough sport, however the language was unnecessary.

We had a great time even as non-sports fans. Would go again.

I paid top dollar at the box office for what I was told were to be the "best seats in the house", and they were far from that. Secection 215, Row A, seats 1&2, directly next to the Phantoms bench. They stacked all the players sticks against the glass wall between our seats and the players, we could not see any of the players on the bench or any of the hockey game being played at the other end.

Great seats at great price! Took the whole family and had a blast!

Great Game. Phantoms scored at the final 1.5 second and won the game. The Covelli Centre is a great venue for games and concerts. Highly recommend a visit. Seats to the Phantoms games are cheap but the event is like being at an actual hockey game.

Phantoms games are so entertaining even for non hockey fans. I would be at every game if possible. They are an amazing team, an amazing atmosphere, and honestly just so much fun and entertainment. I urge everyone to go to at least one game.

Game was great but promo's on ice in between periods are always the same. Hot dog toss, etc. how about letting little kids play in between periods or blind folded races around the rink or tricycle races from goal line to goal line. Something different. Something fun.

If you have a spouse who loves hockey and want a fun date night, this is for you. We went to a few professional games and at $150+ per ticket plus parking and concessions, I was out over $400 by the end of it. I had seats behind the goalie and saw every bone-jarring hit and scoring opportunity for 2/3 of the game. The Phantoms are actually a pretty good team and I'd recommend going. For the price of a dinner at Red Lobster, I got 2 tickets, parking, and we both had beer and nachos for a total cost of $60. It's was a fun and long overdue night out for both of us.

This was my first Phantoms game! I've gone here for concerts and other events, so I was familiar with the venue. It was a great experience! Very pleased and will definitely go to more games here!

There is nothing like being able to watch hockey, and to see up and coming players so close to home. I hope this ends up making Youngstown a hockey town.
