Boston Cannons

This was my first time seeing lacrosse played live. It was fast and fun! Harvard stadium is a great place to go. The fans were really into it. I will be back for sure.

It was an awsome game and we can't wait to go to another game again. Cannons won and the crowd went wild. Looking forward to the next time

Very exciting to watch live. You cannot appreciate the full tactical substituting that goes on every minute if you watch on tele.

Tons of fun for kids and adults. There were all kinds of fans enjoying the game. Even if you don't follow lacrosse, it was exciting to watch. The place is spotless and the vendors had great food.

I loved the energy of the crowd cheering for different teams. The teams that i rooted for did not win their respective matches. In this case, I rooted for Long Island Lizards over Denver Outlaws (who came back from 10-2 to win 13-12) and the Boston Cannons over Chesapeake Bayhawks. This would have set up a classic Boston-New York game where Cannons were defending champions. But I still loved it. On a side note, the guy i sat next to bought me pizza and a drink because i didn't eat the entire time (i had no cash, just a debit card) (the stadium is old and colosseum-like, so no electricity for card machines) (no re-entry meant no trip to ATM outside either) make sure to check out the venues on money policies before hand next year

Anyone who likes sports needs to check out major league lacrosse.

Games were awesome! Great comeback for Outlaws @ first game. MLL needs to provide more gear to buy. Ran out. Harvard was an easy drive from NJ. Players were such gentlemen and great to kids! Ticket prices totally reasonable! Great lax weekend!

Me and my son had a wonderful time. The stadium was conveniently located and the view of the game was fantastic. Getting tickets from the Will Call was easy (I was hoping for e-Tickets but the Will Call was easy enough). Our only complaint are the seats at Harvard Stadium. They are concrete. If I had known that, I would have purchased foam stadium seats ahead of time.

Bought tickets for my grandson for his birthday. He and his family had a great time. He has already requested tickets for his birthday next year.

As an international visitor I've never been to a lacrosse game before but found the day to be great. Well arranged, easy to find and great value for all the family

The experience of the games were amazing. You can feel the impact of the hits, marvel at the speed of the players, and revel in the goals scored! The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the Cannons won. I'm definitely going back next year!

This was great event. Two awesome games on Saturday. Only gets four stars because the Cannons didn't win.

Despite concrete seating, Harvard Stadium was great! So much history & tradition. Paul Rabil Is truly an amazing lacrosse player, and the Cannons played with energy and determination. Our first MLL game was something we won't forget!

We had never been to an MLL game before... wow were we missing out! What a blast! I highly recommend taking your family and your lacrosse star! The players were so professional- great athletes for kids to look up to! Will definitely go again!

If you like lacrosse and have not been to an MLL event, go see the Cannons if you live near Boston! They are a great team and everytime they score, a real cannon is touched off in the end zone. How cool is that? Also, the players were accessable after the game so kids (and other fans) who brought their sticks and other items could have them signed and have pictures with the players. Very, very friendly professional athletes! Harvard Stadium is a neat old venue, there is plenty of $5 parking at the business school lot, 5 minute walk. Only thing I would do different;y next time is take the T from an outskirt as the traffic on Storrow Drive was ridiculous due to a free concert at the Hatch Shell the same night. Overall, it was great though.

Fantastic day with family. Players are very approachable and hold a meet and greet before the game. They sign autographs after. Highly recommend going.

Great event for all ages. Parents should really consider taking their kids to a lacrosse game. Action packed, skilled sport, great entertainment for the whole family, GREAT PRICE!!!!! Players appreciate their fans and sign autographs after the games...name another professional sport that does that!!!

We flew in from New Orleans to see the home opener for the Cannons. This was some amazing lacrosse playing. We're already planning to attend more Cannon games as well as the MLL Allstar game in West Palm Beach, FL.

Great fast paced action for all 4 quarters and it's brief overtime. Never seen the game played so quick. Great energy in the stadium and on field announcing and between breaks entertainment.

The game was entertaining, and being able to watch from the field was a great experience.

A little disappointed that the Cannons had no one to sing the National Anthem on their last home game of the year. Also, where did the cannon go for when the team scores goals?

Took my son and his friend to the game. Great pregame activities for kids, very family friendly. Players taking the time for autographs after the game was great. Too bad more of the players did not take the time to come out. We will definitely go back.

I took my seven year old son to see the Cannons after his first season playing lacrosse. He had been watching the games on tv rather than Spongebob so I figured he must really enjoy it. The old time feel of Harvard Stadium and the fact that it isn't a huge venue made it a perfect first live sporting event. We had a blast. It was just a bit long for someone his age so near the end he began to ask when it would end but we will be back next season.

Game was fun! They kept us entertained when they weren't playing. My only thing is no backs for seating which can be tough but it was fine.

I attended a game with my 9 year old son and was pleasantly surprised. It had a great family atmosphere! There were events before the game to keep my son occupied and once we were seated we were surrounded mostly by families with young children. They have done a great job by creating the "bud light" tent where people who want to go and drink and party and be obnoxious can go away from young children. We were close to the field and could hear and see with no problems it gave it an intimate feel. Plus it was extermely affordable in comparison to other sporting events. The parking was only $10! My only complaint was the seating was extremely uncomfortable so bring a cushion.

Great environment, very casual, brought my 10 year old son who loved every minute of it. None of the tension that is normal at say a Patriots game. Priced right for taking the family!!

Amazing Game....Players were amazing withnthe fans and signing autographs above and beyond....great time out shows and quarter shows....all around terrific night...cant eait for next year

This event was great, especially the fan fast, but Harvard Stadium is horrible to sit in! Hard concrete! Ouch!

Parking was free and easy! The game was great and the old Harvard stadium was very cool. The level of lacrosse play was excellent and it was an intense and exciting game to watch!

Awesome Game - The Cannons are the best. Come back overtime win for the Cannons was incredible. Also, he Cannons players are a great group of players. They really bleed red white and blue.

I get it that you're only filling half the stands, but for the love of God the other half. We were blinded by the sun as it was setting over the field. Also it was about 90° out, and there's exactly one vendor selling ice cream. There were 47 people ahead of me when I got in that line. 47!!! We missed the whole second quarter :( also of noxious children came down from other sections and stood right in front of us --- we couldn't see the game and no one came to escort them back to their seats :(

Our first trip to Foxboro. Entry couldn't have been easier. Great seats, easy access to food and drinks and a terrific fastpaced game. The rattlers were up by four goals for most of the game. Then in the fourth quarter the Cannons caught up and the game ended in a tie. The Cannons won in sudden death overtime. We had two 12 year olds with us who were just thrilled. The players come up after the game to sign autographs and give out posters. A 100% hit all the way around.

This was our first professional lacrosse game. It was an incredible, affordable experience. We will definitely be back!

Wasn't really sure what to expect at Gillette but the fact that parking was free was a start . And now knowing that tailgating is even better . The game itself was exciting to watch even though the cannons lost a tough one in OT but they showed grit with a great come back to force OT . The refs should have been miced up to the stadium pa so we could hear the calls .The only draw back if any was the prices of the concessions but i guess thats to be expected. But overall i would definitely like to attend another game.

The game was great - the Cannons played great; the sun was out; we had upfront seats. But not having been to Gillette Stadium before we didn't how how big the complex was, where the entrance was (it couldn't be seen from where we parked), what restaurants were inside the stadium and that we didn't need to go behind the stadium to the sprawling plaza behind the stadium. A map of the place (inside and out) would have been soooooooooooo helpful.

A great day was had by all who attended.It was perfect weather for lacrosse,overcast with a breeze,with 2 teams battling for a playoff spot.A really well played game,in one of the oldest stadiums in the country,that came right down to the final seconds to determine the winner.Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Parking was easy but cost $15. Family pack came with vouchers for Sabrett hot dogs and a bottle of Coke products. Seat was great, if you like sitting on concrete, but had a great view. Lots of enthusiastic fans. Jumbotron is a little small.

Game was good. Experience was very family friendly. My only complaint was the process for existing the parking lot. It took forever as it seemed that everyone had to leave through the same exit at the same time, into the busy streets of Cambridge. If the could have opened even one other exit I think the process would have moved much more quickly.

The game was amazing even though the best players were in Colorado. Both teams have it their all and ended up having to go into overtime.

Our first time going to a lacrosse game. We brought our 11 year old twin boys and we had a great time. The stadium was neat due to the history and age. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion or sweatshirt to sit on, concrete seats. The teams were respectful to one another and it was a fast paced game. At the end of the game players will stand around and sign autographs. We would definitely go back again. I would highly recommend doing the family pack where you get a hot dog and soda because food is quite pricey. Also, I am gluten free and there were no foods for people who are gluten free except for the french fries. Be prepared!

My husband and son had a GREAT time. gave the tickets to my 12 year old for his bday and him and his friends had a blast!

I bought two tickets for my brothers birthday to take him to the Boston Cannons game, and I can wholeheartedly say it was one of the best gifts I have given him. The gameplay is quick, and keeps you always watching. One of the better Major Leagues and one to certainly watch as it grows.

This was our first professional Lacrosse game and we drove from the Berkshires to see it. The parking was well directed. The on site staff was very helpful, with little cash on me I needed an atm to be able to purchase food, and one of the staff members walked me almost all the way to an atm, (not on site). The game was exciting and during the breaks they held events with prizes for the winners. They also have their own cheerleaders, a distracting plus. The seating was good and the bathrooms were pretty convienent. There was a big screen that followed the game and played the instant replays on anything significant. The field was in good shape. There were not enough trash containers which made things a bit messy. The promoters need T-Shirt cannons because if you sit from the middle on up you will not get anything from them. They played hard but did lose the game and after the game they threw gear into the crowd, that was exciting, (still only to the first couple rows though). Our boys attempted to get some contact or an autograph but came back pretty dissapointed at the amount of interaction. Overall great game and we can't wait for the next season to support the Cannons!

The fan experience was excellent with a meet and greet with the players. The venue was clean and comfortable, of course tge weather was perfect. A 10 out of 10!

If you have kids that are into Lacrosse you have to see a mml game! Fast paced, high scoring, great time. The best part was the players, both teams, we were there for over an hour after the game and the players signed whatever you asked them to. Sticks, balls, shirts, towels. Not only did they sign but they talked to the kids, asked what positions they played, thanked them for coming and asked if they had a good time. I just can't say enough with how impressed I was. Finally athletes our kids can look up to!

We saw a close game that went into overtime. The Cannons won the game. The concession stands offer different foods at reasonable prices. There is only one women's bathroom in the stadium, so it can be a long walk if you have a little one to bring with you.

Have to say, the game was wonderful! Had wheelchair, event staff fabulous, directed us to handicap parking, which was accessible to the field, friendly, helpful and courteous. Sat in handicapped section of the field.

It had been raining that day, but it had stopped. It turned out to be a great night for lacrosse. The game was great, except for the final outcome - the Cannons lost. I took my grandson to the game and we both had a great time.

My family (two LAX playing boys, my wife & I) had a great time being up close to the top LAX players in the country. The game could have been closer but thats sports.

The event lived up to expectations, the lacrosse was good, and the players demonstrated a consistent desire to attain the championship. I coach youth lacrosse, and to wtahc the players shoot, hustle and pass are great learning tools for the youth that play the game. The concessions are reasonable and the cost for the Event is below market value - considering it was played in Boston, and you can't enter Fenway for under 25.00.
