This was my wife and I 1st time seeing Rodney... We have been wanting to see him for years but he would sell out before we could get tickets... The 1st 5 mins of his show I laughed til I cried... I laughed til I cried atleast 4 diff times... My wife and I loved it!!! We will be back to see him when he comes back to the Memphis area

How can I easily describe an evening filled with smiles a total getaway taking my mind off all that burdens me in my life replacing it with joyful belly filled laughter? Simple. Go see Rodney Carrington. I truly enjoyed my evening and only have one regret....that I don t get to more of his shows. Been way too long and one less marriage for us both lessons learned? I enjoy the purely simple sassy content and never grow tired of watching that smile and seeing him perform. I had a list of ten of fifteen songs I would have loved to hear but did not walk away disappointed just left wanting more. From my East TN Heart I say I agree with him stay single...less likely to need a getaway to forget your heartache. Recommendations? Sing Sing Sing that s my favorite part of your show! Never change a thing about you and know you re loved! That s my accessment and of the 150+ concerts I attend annually this one is in my top ten for sure! Until next time....

Rodney was wound up tight. From the minute he walked out on stage he was on a roll. We brought two friends with us that were clueless to what they were about to see. I was in stitches, such a fun night. We have seen him about 9 times now and it never gets old. Great escape with the best medicine of all. Added bonus, for the first time we were able to see Bob Hoban perform with Rodney. The show was excellent. See you next year Rodney.

Rodney lived up to name. He is funny in everthing I've seen him in. He throughly entertained the crowd. He was very responsive to the crowd. I wil definatly go see him again.

The opening act was better than the show. Of course, Abilene is a hard market for any show. You don't know if you will offend someone.

Show was just super. Our second time to see Rodney and just as good as first. Theatre was small and just right. Eight of us went and one big guy in large electric wheelchair and Paramount did everything to make sure he could see and had a good time. FIRST RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We laughed till our sides spit. My Brother in Law is almost deaf and his hearing aid wasn't working right with the accoustics in the room, but he came alive with "Show Them to Me"!! A great evening!

Rodney Carrington is the funniest comedian I have EVER heard!!!! His opening act had my sides hurting, from laughing sooooo much! Extremely funny show and would definately reccommend seeing his show anywhere you can.. it's WELL worth it!

This show was awesome!! Rodney is hilarious. I wish I could have gotten this show recorded because it was almost all new material. Most comics just rehash old stuff, but Rodney came out firing new jokes and songs, including spending the night with Toby Keith and songs written with Toby. Loved it and can't wait to see him again.

Rodney Carrington was his usual filthy, but oh so funny, self. He mixes stand-up comedy with a few musical picks on the guitar, including his signature "Show Them to Me" when some audience members -- female and a couple males -- do just that.

The Carrington Show was absolutely fabulous, he never misses a lick, never stumbles, stutters, he's a talented singer and songwriter, a true professional entertainer. This is the third time I've seen him and have enjoyed his shows immensely. I did notice he doesn't have his piano player with him, nor his blow up cartoon at the end! The seating inside the Paragon was very nice, comfortable and easily accessible. Although, we arrived at 7p for a 9p show, we were not able to eat inside the buidling, everything was back-uped with long lines at all four restaurants. That was a disappointment, I'm sure they would have loved to have had our money. After a recent trip to Las Vegas, and we stayed at the Aria, the filtering system for the smoke was far better than at the Paragon. It filtered in a vanilla smell which was much more pleasant for the non-smokers. I would have to hesistate to stay there because of the intense smoke smell.

This is the 4th time I have seen Rodney and he keeps getting funnier every time I see him. I hope he comes back to the area soon maybe to the CFSB center next time or to The Carson Center in Paducah. Looked like a sellout or real close to a sellout. I have actually met him in person the very 1st time I saw him in 2007 I got to go backstage and meet him. He is very humble to his fans and lets you know how much he appreciates you coming to see his show. Whenever I am having a bad day i just pop some Rodney in the cd player and things always seem better. Keep up the good work Rodney see ya again soon.

Going to see Rodney was not my idea. I was the tag along person. However, I enjoyed the show as much as anyone and not only became a big Rodney Carrington fan but cannot wait to see him again. Loved the show.

I have seen Rodney 3 times and will be seeing him for a 4th time on February 11th in murray, ky. The 1st time I saw Rodney I got to go backstage and hang out with him it is still something I talk about to this day. I got to take a picture with him and it sits in my house and is a conversation piece my friends say damn you always meet famous people! Rodney was very nice and made me feel like he was the one who came to see me not the other way around. He is a genuine person the kinda guy who would be sitting at the bar at applebee's bullshiting and getting drunk. I also like the fact he supports the miltary and does so much for the USO me being former army. In closing if you have never seen his show I suggest you get tickets they are well worth the $40.00

We had an amazing time on Saturday with Rodney. He is definitely a talent that we'd love to see more of. I wasn't aware he had a tv series and we'll be looking for that, and the movie Beer for my Horses is also something we'll be looking for. His talent to tell stories from a point of view that's simple and twisted is one of those talents you have to respect. If you want to see what I mean, go watch I got my game on" on Youtube, then do some searching for his videos. Rodney writes songs that are clever and typically from the other direction..."put your clothes back on" is a favorite...as well as "Show them to me"...Rodney, keep doing what you do!
