Great show, great venue! Glad to hear him plan his solo stuff, White Stripes, Raconteurs & Dead Weather all in one set! I am disappointed that I did not get tickets for the following day as I heard that the whole set is different with the women band. Would have rather Jack played a bit longer rather than the opener. Jack White is awesome! The only thing I can complain about is that the tickets said that the doors didn't open until 8pm so we didn't rush to get there. When we arrived by 7:30 it was already packed and us ladies being short, had no good place to watch Jack from.

The show was great, the lady in front of me asked how long he would play, I said an hour, he played for almost 2 hours. He just kept picking up different guitars like a kid not wanting to put away his toys. I loved every minute. Hearing alot of the White Stripes era songs, I thought I would never hear again live was the best. The new album is really growing on me, I hear it in my sleep sometimes. If you have ever been in a bad relationship, it speaks to you like no other lyrics I have heard. The opening act " Alabama Shakes" frontperson was a mix of Pheobe Snow and Janice Joplin, wonderful. She could use some fashion advice, the boots were okay if you have a fear of electricity and stepping on cables, like I do, so I understood. But Why did I get a seat in row T, I was on line, preregistered, when the tickets went on sale? I loved that no electronic devices were allowed, and when the lady near by was warned, "Who's Rule Is This?" and the usher said "JACK WHITE"

Unbelievable. There is no better songwriter/showman in rock. Venue was beautiful. I appreciated the ushers forbidding anyone to use their cell photes to record the show or take pictures. It allowed everyone to conentrate on the show as it was happening instead of trying to capture it on film.

This concert was the best concert I've been too. Something worth seeing. The emotion and in depth playing Jack does really is amazing. Jack is the best musician of this day and age, he really is. Don't be stupid and shrug this off, you have to go to at least one of his concerts in your life! You won't regret it. :)

Jack White and The Peacocks played an AMAZING show! We were right up front and loved every second of it. He was obviously loving the energy he was getting from the crowd, just as we loved the energy he was playing with. Best show ever! Going to BOTH Wiltern shows, too...CAN'T WAIT!!!

The other night at the Mayan Theater Mr. White seemed to be channeling silent cinema s favorite sonambulist. Pale, dressed in black, tall and sinewy. The music jolted and slid him from side to side of his semi-circular prison of ghost-like glories as they each played their particular instruments (steel pedal guitar included). From time to time he engaged in a cadenced connection with one of the ladies that backed him. Singling one or the other out (violinist, pianist, drummer, Ruby, etc) he seemed to be telling the audience a story, each woman embodying a girl from his past. The entire arrangement was thrillingly theatrical and simply sincere. It was reminiscent of Arthur Miller s, After the Fall. Each girl a memory shifting in an upstage glow, with Mr. White playing off the moment, playing off the memory.

This was an AMAZING show! I didn't really expect anything less, but I simply feel lucky I even got to attend. Tickets sold out in seconds, but my brother and managed to score some. So happy we saw this! It's really great to see a musician like Jack who not only can play well, but really performs well--his stage presence is unbelievable. The setlist was extremely impressive, containing stuff all the way from his first White Stripes album to Blunderbuss--and it was impeccably performed by his all-female and all-male bands. Possibly the greatest thing about this was the venue: Webster Hall, holding a little over 1000 people, was super intimate. We were about 15 feet from the stage--and all this for only $45! In addition, you should check out the performance videos from that night on Youtube, of course Gary Oldman directed the live stream through American Express Unstaged. Really fantastic stuff. Overall it was an outstanding night that truly feels like a dream looking back on it. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Jack played for an hour and a half the opening act was awesomely fun and local. Jack played with his girl band and he did songs from The White Stripes and that he'd covered on his own and songs off of Blunderbuss. His energy is contagious, he is amazing with his guitar and the night was unforgettable!

Jack White was awesome,but...WAY too loud for such a small venue like the Blaisdell. The guitar riffs we great, but you couldn't understand the lyrics most of the time. The drummer is one of the best in the bizz, and having Jack Johnson come out and do a guest appearance was a very kool touch, but most def' the wrong song choice. Overall I had a great time.

I can honestly write this review and say its been one of the most amazing concerts I have been to at Madison Square Garden. He listens to the crowds vibes and plays off of that and chooses what songs to play. His guitar skills live blow me away! WHEN Q TIP ARRIVED I WENT WILD. BOTH SAND THAT BLACK BAT LICORICE and Q TIPS SONG EXCURSIONS!!!!!!!!! JACK RAPPING WAS INSANE. MSG hasnt had Jack play since the White Stripes in 2007 so I had to go and I went alone becasue I am such a huge fan of his solo career and his various bands. It was mesmerizing when he sang Seven Nation army I got chills when the entire garden sang along! amazing. I almost wanted to cry because I admire him very much and you can see he cares about his fans. The band is amazing. Especially Daru Jones! damn he could play. I ALSO wanna add that I love he had someone tell the crowd to not take videos and pics to have the real concert experience but I took only a few videos of a couple seconds because I dont know when he will come back New York. But the pics I took were only 2 nd crappy.

Playing to an almost sold out crowd at Ohio State, Jack White certainly delivered. Performing fan favorites from both the White Stripes and his own solo efforts. First off let me say WOW! Jack rocked the house! Not one person around me me stood still! It was a honor to be apart of this legendary performance! Loretta Lynn opened for Jack, how incredible is that? Not to mention later in the show she joined him for another two songs! But the incredible part is after the short intermission, Jack reunited The Raconteurs!! They join on for another two songs! This was just history! He is one hell of a entertainer and a legend! I have been a fan since The White Stripes in 2001. Jack is ridiculously amazing! If your ever in Nashville check out Third Man Records, his recording studio. He is a definite must see!

The drive from Ohio to see the Lazaretto show in Nashville was worth it. Loretta Lynn looked and sounded fantastic. The last time I went to South Carolina after having seen a band earlier in the tour in Atlanta, I endured the exact same set list. Thank you, Jack, for breaking that streak early. Now, he did play a handful of the same songs, but mixed with others from his many bands including a funked up version of "I Cut Like a Buffalo" by the previously unheard The Dead Weather. Opening with the latest album's, Lazeretto, instrumental "High Ball Stepper" he went on to play piano for "Three Women" and then the Beatle-esque "Apple Blossom". Energy was high for one of my favorites "I'm Slowly Turning Into You" and ended the night with the unforgettable riffs of "Seven Nation Army". Certainly glad I went to both shows but somehow disappointed I didn't attend even more.

The way JACK never play with a set list makes every show he performes a unique experience. The way the band all plays off each other and can follow were he is going riffing on the guitar and weaving in and out of songs. Shows what a talented group of accomplished musicians he is playing with.

This was my third time seeing Jack live...he was absolutely amazing. The main show was great, but then the encore? Whoa! Completely shredded song after song after song. I don't know where his energy came from. All his band members were outstanding, and the lighting was beautiful. Set was minimal, which I loved. Brought my two 13-year-old sons, and they were almost the only kids in the crowd...too bad, because Jack is a great role model for teens. Each one of us had a favorite we wanted to hear, and incredibly, we all got our wish! He played a lot of White Stripes songs, but reinvented for the additional instrumentation, but also not compromising their original character. I loved the Dead Weather choices he played as well. We traveled to this concert since we couldn't get tickets in Detroit, and enjoyed getting glimpses of Hotel Yorba both ways. Which he played...love that song!

This was hands down the best show I have seen in my 29 year old life and I see a lot of shows, jack white is an extremely talented guitarist and I knew I was going to get some garage rock solos intertwined into each song, which was awesome in it's own right. What I didn't know is I would get a 9 song encore to cap off his 29 song setlist (longest of his entire career) followed by a lucky fan being pulled on stage to sing and play guitar to seven nation. Army as his closer. Just glad I have this experience, this right now is the number one show I have ever been to

Jack White put on a great show for New Orleans. He made it clear to the crowd not to use their smart phones to video tape the performance. The acoustics of the Saenger are amazing and the sound was perfect. There was a piano malfunction at the end of the show, but the band took it in stride. Jack White played an old Johnny Cash song "Goodnight Irene" as his last song. The crowd stood up the entire show and really enjoyed themselves.

Started a little late but I was more than definitely entertained by the opening act, Pokey LaFarge and the South City Three, who caught the audiences attention with their jazzy, Americana style music. I met the band after they finished the set and they were extremely nice and down-to-earth guys. A bit later, Jack entered the stage and opened with Sixteen Saltines. It was all incredibly loud accept for the occasional quiet song like We're Gonna Be Friends. Every time he would set his guitar down, there was so much feedback. that wasn't the best in the world though some may like the feedback. Honestly, I'm not a hardcore Jack White fan and if i knew more of the songs that were played, i would have enjoyed it better. (Not to say that i didnt enjoy it) The atmosphere was full of electricity and the band was full of talented musicians!

Jack White is a rock'n'roll/blues genius! He played a great set mixing in his solo work with some songs he wrote for the Stripes and the Raconteurs. I was super pumped for this show all day and right before it my boyfriend asked me to marry him! I went to the show elated and left after having my socks thoroughly rocked off. I don't think I've ever seen a band perform together so tightly. Any note Jack struck or song he started the band was right there with him. And that drummer! The energy the show put out was equally matched by the energy pulsing through the crowd. I can't wait till the next chance I have to see Mr. White live!

I traveled from Pittsburgh, PA by train on Friday for this event. I missed a day of school for it. I had been counting down the months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the concert from the moment I purchased the tickets. I promise you I am one of Jack White's biggest fans. The show was amazing, but the sound was horrible. It sounded like this tiny little muffled ball of sound. I do not think that was the musician's fault though, for he is one of the greatest of our time. When the sound finally improved, Mr. White's attitude did not. He belittled the audience with a rude, flippant attitude. But what angered me the most was when Jack marched off the stage in a huff after just 45 minutes. I payed soooo much money for this for 45 minutes of music. That's not cool. At all. What baffled me the most, was that RCMH never addressed the situation once. They never even addressed the situation. They just let us sit there like confused idiots. I still love Jack, but I have never been this unsatisfied at a concert, especially at such a famous venue like Radio City.

jack white is in a class by himself. he is amazing. from start to finish, he was fulliy involved., giving it his all with his most incredible talent and energy. his gril band was awesome as well. had my doubts, but they were spot on and didn't miss a beat. they freatkin rocked. this was the most amazing experience i have ever had. he picked me up and carried me in the the sound, the performance...everything. it was more than words can describe. i was mesmerized and witnessing a legend. he is beyond compare and ahead of his time. he is genius. my friends and others have repeated: it was the best show they have ever seen. i must see him again. as many times as i can. when you are afffected by greatness, it's like a drug and you *need* it. how cruel that i have to wait.. but wait i will....i will make it priority to see him live as many times as i can make happen. a must see. you will not be disappointed.

It was an amazing show!!! Jack White has so much talent and he kept the crowed on their feet for most of the show. He incorporated his old songs which was amazing! I saw him with his all male band and they were fun and energetic, others that see him with the female band might get a different experience. Overall this show was great in every way and I would definitely be waiting for him to come back to LA!

I Have seen a lot of concerts and this was one of the best and one of the best suprises... Blunderbus rocked a lot more than I was expecting...and everyone loved Jacks amazing 7 women band...My brother and i and everyone around us had a blast and our ears rang until the next day... but we were 50 feet from the stage. Jack has something going on..something very special like Kurt Cobain...in 2003 i was in my car and pulled up to mydriveway and wanted to go inside but the 107.7 DJ said just wait to hear this new band and i sat in my car and was blown away listening to the White Stripes album from start to finish for the first time.. and now seeing and hearing him live 10 years later was even better....I am just bummed i didnt buy a t shirt when i had the chance

Jack White makes us forget that we ever thought rock was dead or dying in the first place. He blends blues, the root of rock and roll, with his skilled, incendiary garage rock. He also plays the only dirty word in rock, which is country. Hell yeah. He's fearless and fiercely talented. The show kicked ass. The Mayan and the audience was pretty small/intimate (it was a surprise show with limited ticket sales), which was wonderful. Anyways, the man is incredible. The air near his fingers radiates searing intensity... all of his passion, skill, energy is right there. He reminded me of Iggy Pop a few times that night. I felt directly connected and plugged into the music, and I felt like everyone else in the pit felt the same way. He loves the audience, he loves the music, and continues to make both girls and boys scream out of complete bliss at that high-pitched yet masculine voice, and his instrumentals, god damn. When I saw him he was with the Peacocks, and that lady singer was also wonderful. They sound great together. He played a bunch of his new songs, some White Stripes, some Raconteurs, I think a Dead Weather song... do yourself a favor and go see him. Don't break the bank if this tour is too much stress; there's a lot more to come from this awesome, wonderful musician of a human being.

Jack White's show at Roseland Ballroom in NYC on 5/22 was AMAZING. The opening band, the Alabama Shakes, were a perfect lead-in... and then his performance was spectacular. He opened up with Sixteen Saltines (with the all-female band behind him) and it was intense. He is such a skilled artist and his stage presence is so energetic and honest. Seeing some of those solos up close blew my mind. What a gift he has! Not only did he play some great stuff from Blunderbuss, but he also plays songs originally performed by The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather. I was in Jack White Heaven, I think! :) I am hoping to go to another Jack White show ASAP!

Great show! Probably one of the best because it was definitely one of my favorite shows that I've ever attended. I think Jack White has always been good about keeping his projects separate. As much as people wanted to hear White Stripes songs at a Raconteurs show; or White Stripes and Raconteurs songs at a Dead Weather show; he never blended the acts or did anything of the sort. (At least not to my knowledge.) Perhaps it was out of respect to his current projects and, then band mates. Regardless, I have never had a problem with this. But that night, it was like sitting at home with my Jack White anthology of albums and listening to my favorites. A potpourri--if you will-- of every reason I've ever had for being a Jack White fan and for thinking he is one of the greatest guitarists ever! These songs were written by Jack White so I don't know why I was surprised to hear "White Raconteurs Weather" at all. But I was and it made me smile. We heard every incarnation of White, including collaborative efforts, like the song he did with Danger Mouse. We also heard some covers of some of his obvious influences, like Hank Williams and Leadbelly. I have to admit I enjoyed the White Stripes songs, most of all. Not because they're my favorite band, but it was nice hearing them with better drums. (Read: I love you, Meg but c'mon.)

Drove 9 hours to see Jack White at the New Daisy Theatre in Memphis, Tennessee. It was an amazing show. He played songs from all of his bands and his solo record. Never a dull moment. Great merch, great ticket prices, and great performance.

No phone event, have to say it was nice to see people present in the moment. No screens glowing in the crowd. AS for Jack White, love his songwriting, his guitar was phenomenal. But as a performer, kinda of dull. The stage was too dark, you could hardly see him. Not sure I would bother again and I am a see a band more than once type of gal. But I will say it was nice to see part of the White Stripes live. Cheers.

I want to start out by saying Jack White is an amazing singer, song writer and artist. I wish he would have played more of his older stuff though and no so much of the new album. I was really disappointed that he didn't play Icky Thump. Still a darn good show. I did like the no phone policy, make sure you leave your phone in the car so you don't have to worry about getting it unlocked after the show.

Jack White is straight up the most talented human being that has ever been put on this earth. His performance in Cleveland last week was one of the most insane things I have ever and will ever experience. Jack is one of the best performers of all time and I can't wait to see him again.

If you skipped out on Jack White because of the no cell phone policy, you seriously missed out. I have seen Jack White six times. Once with The White Stripes, and five times solo. He always puts on an incredible show, but this tour has been on another level with the removal of cell phones as a distraction. This show was my third time seeing him on The Boarding House Reach tour, and his connection with the audience is unreal. The energy was insane, and the entire band was definitely feeding off of that. Having zero distractions was like going back to a time before all of us were staring at life through a tiny screen. I made sure my kids were with someone I trust, and I was not scared to be phone free for a few hours.

Best show of my life and I ve seen quite a few. Jack White was every bit of a performer that I thought he would be and so much more. I loved that it was a no phone show. Made it so much better since I wasn t surrounded by screens.

Jack White played well, however, the phone in the pouch is a bit much. I mean come on I get you don't want people recording the concert, however, a locked pouch is overkill. Jack White however, did play consistently and put on a good musical show

I honestly believe that Jack White and his band would have played till 2 am if they could have. I've been to two shows where both musicians , Greg Allman and Stevie Marriot played way beyond their allotted times , as well as legal times too, they both played past 2 AM , that's closing time in NY back then, and if Jack was in a small club like the both of them were, he would have also. I got the feel he was just warming up . I gave the show a 4 , mainly because Jack didn't play any of his older material . I am not sure if their were legal restraints , but if I had a grab bag of songs like he does , man I would be pulling from them left and right. The crowd , even though there were amped , would have blew the fuses with " You Don't Know What Love Is " . Great show, glad I went to see it. BTW, I compared Jack to two incredible musicians , there's a reason for that.

Non-stop music....28 songs. In one of the best venues where there are no bad seats. And it was so nice to have a phone-free show so when I watched the show, I saw people in front of the stage and not a sea of phone screens.

I could not enjoy this concert because I did not appreciate being denied access to my phone. I had no intention of using it during the concert but did not agree with this policy. I did not understand this when I purchased the tickets. I recently suffered a break in at my home and felt victimized again by this policy which is not the fault of the venue but rather of the performer. I love the venue\u2014 beautiful setting!
