Will Call is located in the Main (East) Box Office. Please use the Encore Parkway entrance and utilize the short term parking in front of the Box Office. Hours: Opens 2 hours prior to showtime on day of show only. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
