Will call available two (2) hours prior to show time day of the event. ALTERNATE NAME PICK UP All will call tickets require the purchaser’s photo ID and credit card in order to obtain tickets. There are absolutely no exceptions. If you have purchased tickets for another person, please contact Ticketmaster (800-653-8000) prior to the event date in order to request a Will Call name change, and verify the tickets will be held under the “alternate name pick-up”. Otherwise, tickets will remain under the cardholder’s name, and the box office will not release tickets to a third party.
