Stroh Center Ticket Office (Southeast Lobby): Open year-round daily (Monday through Friday) excluding days the university is closed. Normal Hours of Operation (August 6, 2012 - March 31, 2013): 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Summer Hours of Operation (April-July): 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Payment details.The BGSU Athletic Ticket Office accepts cash, check (made payable to BGSU Athletics), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

All orders placed within one week of an event will be held in WILL CALL. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all fans must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the fan must contact the ticket office prior to game day.
