The Box Office is located on the southeast side of Rogers Place in the Ford Hall. Regular Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Closed Oilers/Oil Kings Games - Hours: Monday to Friday Games: 9:00 AM until beginning of third period. Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Games: 12:00 PM until beginning of third period. Concert/Live Entertainment Events - Hours: Monday to Friday Events: 9:00 AM until one hour after show start time. Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Events: 12:00 PM until one hour after show start time. Please note that box office hours are subject to change.

Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and government issued photo ID. In an effort to offer every fan access to verified and secure tickets, mobile access to ALL Rogers Place tickets will be available beginning 48 hours prior to event time.. Please note: You will still have access to view, transfer, or donate your seats prior to the 48 hour print access window.
