MONDAY-FRIDAY BOX OFFICE HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm Closed for all major holidays. Box Office open from 8am through start of main act for weekday events, open 2 hours prior to doors for weekend events. Box Office phone is 573-686-8001. Box office parking available. Will Call/Box Office located at main entrance to facility.

WILL CALL: Customer must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID. All will call orders are available for pick up 2 hours prior to the event and no earlier. ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP: Persons other than the cardholder who may be picking up tickets must have the same last name as that of the card holder. Do not refer customers to the Black River Coliseum for name changes - NO EXCEPTIONS.
