Winter Hours: (From Labor Day through May) Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The box office is closed the Memorial Day weekend (Saturday-Monday). Summer Hours: (From June through Labor Day) Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours are extended for Joe Louis Arena events and games. *Open extended hours and Sundays based on events.

Will Call tickets are available at the Box Office two hours prior to the event. Customers must have their Confirmation Number, the credit card under which the order was placed, and Photo Identification. The Will Call Window is located at the Box Office on the street level on the W. Jefferson side of the building.
