Roughrider Hockey The Roughrider Hockey Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. They can be contacted at 319-261-GOAL. Tickets for all other non-hockey events at the Ice Arena are facilitated through the VenuWorks Box Office at the U.S. Cellular Center. VenuWorks Box Office Hours The U.S. Cellular Center Box Office will facilitate ticketing for all non-hockey events at the Ice Arena. The U.S. Cellular Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 pm. Weekends only on event or on-sale days beginning at 10:00 am. Tickets for non-hockey events can be purchased in the Ice Arena lobby only on the day of the event, beginning at 10:00 am.

Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window at the main entrance of the facility no earlier than 90 minutes before the performance. General Admission tickets may be picked up 3 hours prior to showtime. Customers must have the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.
