Box Office hours at Northrop Auditorium are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday; however, the box office does not sell advance tickets for events on sale through Ticketmaster. Any remaining tickets day of show will be available in person at Northrop. For weeknight performances, the box office opens at 10:00 am. For weekend performances, the box office opens at 11:00 am for matinees and 2:00 pm for evening performances. The box office remains open through the first intermission of performances.

Payment details.The Box Office accepts cash or credit card only on the day of the performance. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus.

Will Call is available no earlier than 60 minutes prior to the performance at the Will Call table on the 2nd floor on the east side of the Northrop lobby. The customer must present a valid picture ID, the credit card used for purchase, and their order number.
