The Venue at Horseshoe Casino's Box Office Hours of Operation: We will open at 5pm on show days and close 1 hour after the event starts. In addition the Gift Shop located on the first floor of the Pavilion next to the Pavilion Valet is available to purchase tickets from Sunday thru Thursday 11am – 10pm and Friday to Saturday 11am – 1am. The Box Office is located on the second floor of the casino across from the Village Buffet. Tickets can also be purchased at the Ticketmaster Kiosk located on the second floor of the casino across from the Village Buffet.

Will Call tickets can be picked up after 5pm on the day of show at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.
