The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Summer Box Office hours: M-F call Box Office for times.

Payment details.For Ticketmaster events held at Pershing Center, the Box Office will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card & Cash and Checks 14 days before the event. Phone orders are not accepted. For Ticketmaster events NOT held at Pershing Center, the Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MC, & Discover (Box Office is also a Ticketmaster Ticket Center).

Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than 2 hours prior to the performance at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.
