Tickets can be purchased at the Bushnell Box Office located at 166 Capitol Avenue in Hartford from NOON – 5:00PM Monday – Friday. On game day tickets can be purchased at the Rentschler Field Ticket Office – the ticket office opens 3 hours prior to the start of the game.

Located at Gate B – Will Call windows will open 3 hours prior to kickoff and remain open through intermission. For concerts, customers may pick up their tickets anytime the box office is open on the day of the event. If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a photo ID and credit card on which the tickets were purchased. There is no third party will call or alternate pickup accepted at the box office.
