The Box Office hours are: Monday through Friday - 10AM to 6PM at Lexington Center Ticket Office, Saturday and Sunday - Closed. On days of shows, the Box Office hours are Monday through Sunday 90 minutes prior to the event.

Payment details.The box office accepts cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and checks for select events with proper ID.

Tickets can be picked up the night of the show starting 90 minutes prior to the event. Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up at the Will Call Window. The customer must have a photo ID of themselves, the actual credit card used to place the order and the confirmation number.
