For Live Nation Concerts, the box office will open at the door time listed on the ticket. There is one entrance to the site. It is located opposite the Stanley Park Pavilion. This entry is open to all patrons - those with tickets and those picking up tickets at Ticketmaster "Will Call". The gate can be accessed from the main bicycle and walking paths located just off Pipeline Road. Please note that there will be restricted parking at the Pavilion area on the day of show. For Live Nation concerts: If you have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, it is recommended that you collect your tickets in advance of the show at any Ticketmaster outlet with your Confirmation Number, Credit Card and ID. If you are unable to pick up your tickets in advance, there will be a Will Call booth on site. If you are picking up tickets that someone else has purchased, the ticket purchaser needs to contact Ticketmaster customer service in advance of the show in order to switch the pickup name. If these arrangements have not been made and you are not the ticket purchaser, you will not be able to pick up the tickets. Anyone picking up tickets from the Malkin Bowl Ticketmaster Will Call booth at the Main Gates must ensure they have ID and the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. You will not be able to claim your tickets without these items. For Live Nation concerts: Tickets are non-refundable. Performance will continue rain or shine.
