Box opens 1 hour prior to show time. Seating begins a 1/2 hour prior to show time. For Virginia Arts Festival events, the Festival has its own box office located in Downtown Norfolk. Please keep in mind that this is a different box office than the facility. For Virginia Arts Festival Productions, please visit our Box Office located at : 440 Bank Street, Norfolk Hours : Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm (weekend hours vary during the festival, call for details)
