April 1 - Oct. 31 - Mon-Fri 10am-5:30pm at the west box office (in the accessible parking lot) Nov. 2 - March 30 - Mon-Fri 10am-5pm at the admin office Open on show days from 10am (earlier for early shows) until approximately an hour before the end of the show. The customer must have the confirmation # and a photo ID to pick up tickets. Ticketmaster will call may be picked up at any time the box office is open. Signs will be posted in almost all box office windows designating TicketMaster phone Will-Call.
