For football, general public will call is located at the Ohio State Athletic ticket office in the southeast corner of the Jerome Schottenstein Center. Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number, and photo ID. Player guest will call is located at the Ohio Stadium ticket office near Gate 7. THERE IS NO GENERAL PUBLIC WILL-CALL PICKUP AT THE STADIUM.
