The box office hours are: (May 1-September 30) Monday-Friday = 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday-Sunday = Closed except for events and event onsales (October 1-April 30) Monday-Friday = 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday = 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday = Closed The box office opens four hours prior to an event on days it is closed, and is open for all event onsales.

TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE: Tickets purchased in advance may be picked up 48 hours after purchase at the box office. TICKETS PURCHASED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT: Tickets purchased on the day of the event may be picked up two hours prior to event time at the box office. Customers claiming will call tickets must bring the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, their Ticketmaster account number and valid photo ID.
