Will Call tickets may be picked-up at the Venue Box Office *If you decide to pick up your tickets at will call before the day of the event, you may not be able to do so until more than 2 business days after you have ordered them. For example, if a ticket is purchased on Saturday (i.e., not a business day) the ticket cannot be picked up until the following Wednesday. This restriction does not apply if the event is occurring during that time. In order to receive their tickets customers must present: *a photo I.D. *the credit card used to make the purchase, and *the confirmation number given at the time of purchase THERE WILL BE NO ALTERNATE PICKUPS ALLOWED ON TICKETS DURING THE >>KINGS PLAYOFF SERIES<<. ALL TICKETS ORDERED MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PERSON ORDERING. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition to the previous rules/restriction regarding Will Call, Sleep Train Arena adds the following: 1) Once the Will Call window closes, unclaimed tickets will not be available 2) In order to release tickets not in your name you need to submit a written letter of authorization along with a copy of the drivers license of the party whose name is on the account. *** This does not apply to Sacramento Kings Playoff games. Only the person who purchased tickets may pick them up at will call. *** 3) No information will be given over the phone as to the status of Will Call tickets. Information regarding how many tickets were left and who left the tickets at Will Call will not be released. 4) Tickets are not accepted for Will Call from patrons wishing to leave tickets for others. 5) No C.O.D.s are accepted at Will Call. 6) Will not change name at will call.
