Cox Convention Center Box office opens 1 ½ hours prior to event. Advance box office tickets may be purchased at the Ford Center Box Office. The Box Office in the far northeast lobby of the Cox Business Services Convention Center, and the additional ticket windows located near the northeast Arena entrance and the south corners of the Arena are open for ticket sales during select events.

Will Call opens 1 ½ hours prior to the event. When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the Box Office Will Call window. Please be prepared to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D.
