The main box office is located on the south side of Bojangles Coliseum. Beginning two hours prior to a ticketed event, it will move over to Ovens Auditorium and remain open until the showtime. Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM Saturday 10AM-showtime (ticketed event days only) Sunday 1PM – showtime (ticketed event days only) SUMMER HOURS: (July – mid-September *exact date varies each year): Monday-Friday 10AM-2PM Saturday 10AM-showtime (ticketed event days only) Sunday 1PM – showtime (ticketed event days only) *Box Office Hours subject to change without notice.

Payment details.Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card purchases require a matching photo ID to the ticket buyer and credit card.

Will call orders can be picked up at the box office during normal business hours or right before the event. (Note: Certain events may not allow will call pick-up until the day of the performance.) Please bring a picture id, the credit card used to make the purchase and the order number. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the account.
