Great live show! The band was tight as ever and they played a great mix of new and old material. Even with all of their success it's good to see how much they still appreciate their fans. Viva RHCP's!

I sat in the balcony, right in the middle. The view was great and I like tha fact that I could sit down when I wanted. The venue is small which I liked because the sound and view were awesome. The security was good, they gave me my space and were available if I needed them. Drinks were sold inside the club which was helpful.

After 28 years the Chilis sound better than ever. New material from "I'm With You" fit perfectly with older cuts from "By The Way," "Californication" and even "Blood Sugar Sex Magik." Flea's bass tone sounded great in the balcony as the acoustics in Club Nokia are first-rate. Josh stuck to his minimalist approach and Anthony's dominant stage presence made it a night I won't soon forget.

Was really excited having managed to get two tickets for RHCP's in a small venue In the bands hometown, as part of our holiday trip.... Venue, was pretty nice, once you got in!, through Metal detectors and about six security checks, I understand the need for security in this day and age, but at a rock concert,?? it's hardly the same as flying, or attending a political convention, we are looking to go and enjoy ourselves at a rock concert, god forbid someone might shout or step out of line!, Rock n Roll eh?! anyway..... The band came on and started with some new material which is obvious given a new record is about to be released. about 5 songs in however it was fairly obvious, to me anyway, that the crowd wasn't going to be getting what it thought..... I have been to about 6 RHCP concerts over the years since the early 90's and when the band have been promoting various records, some better than others, so I get the whole approach, what i didn't get though was why the band seemed so intent in avoiding EVERY hit in their back catalogue!, avoiding every song that made them the name they are today...... Its the bands prerogative to play whatever they want, especially at a "benefit concert" but when when you become famous for creating some great songs why not give the crowd what they want or at least intersperse you own indulgence with some of these HITS, its not a bad thing to play your HITS, play them while you can not in twenty years time like so many faded lights of days gone by do, when you are in your 70's and can't even sing or hold a beat anymore there is no point..... Im sure many will disagree and say, they were great and it was so cool and vibey, but I disagree, the biggest cheers of the night were for songs like By the way, californication, and sir Physco sexy.....these not even being the strongest tracks on their respective albums imo...., the new material was flat, and Josh seems like a spectator at the moment, so hopefully that will change as time goes on..... The final song, normally played a few numbers into a gig, GIVE IT AWAY, just sent me home frustrated, seeing a glimpse of what I hoped for......

GREAT to see the team in action but....... \u2022 sound was awful; does anyone consider mixing mids and highs???? I was in the rear of the pit and some songs were barely recognizable. Did anyone do a sound check? \u2022 reserved music fans in LA did way too much staring and head bouncing and not enough dancing. very introspective benefit crowd for the right reasons (people with money) that did not rock out

Going into the show, with the expensive ticket price and never being to Nokia Theater I was unsure about the show. I was extremely, pleasantly surprised from the second I walked in. SICK venue -- clean, great standing positions everywhere and once the RHCP's came on, it was the best 2 hours. The energy and heart that is put into every song is very noticeable and that this was for the kids of the Silverlake School -- touching! Great show, Great benefit, Great audience, GREAT BAND!!!

The complex was convenient - easy to get to, easy parking, lots of eateries/bars in the block. The venue was terrific - not a bad seat in the house. The opening band (Thelonious Monster) was really good. The Chili Peppers were absolutely on fire beginning to end. High energy, great interaction, musically inspiring, whoo hooooo!! So glad to be able to support the Silverlake Conservancy of Music with this amazing event!!

I seen the Peppers at least 7 times in the last 20 years. Although it was fun and great to see them again, this show was technically weak. Josh is a big step down from John. They weren't tight. Josh was good on the new stuff but couldn't fill johns shoes on the old. Also the sound quality was bad, Flea's bass was turned up way too loud and there was tons of unwanted noise, feedback etc. Overall: Disappointing.

I last saw Red Hot Chili Peppers in 1992 and they were amazing. Fast forward twenty five years to 2017. They haven't lost a bear. In fact, they bring it harder than ever! The light show was mesmerizing! Everything was just spectacular. They brought with them an incredible drummer, Jack Irons. He warmed up the crowd for the second act. What can I say about Babymetal? They were mind-blowing! The only thing I didn't like about their set was that it ended too soon! I hope they come back to Little Rock as the headliner one day. Overall, it was a perfect night.

For a supposedly sold out show, it took a long time for the arena to fill up. And then I heard the first musician, the former Chili Pepper drummer, Jack irons, who did Six drum solos. Five too many in my opinion. And then the loud screeching Babymetal came on stage, horrible and had no relativity to the Chili Peppers, not sure why they were chosen as an opener. Still a lot of empty seats. Then about five minutes before the Chili Peppers took the stage, the place filled up. Apparently many people knew what I didn't. LOL. The light show was amazing, the Chili's were spot-on, some odd song Choices, I would have rather heard under the bridge than I like dirt. But they chose songs that spannned their very long career. Would definitely go again

Best concert I have seen in years and I go to about 20 shows a year. Best light show since the epic laser shows of the early 80's. I was disappointed they didn't play Scar Tissue but have to respect that they mix up their setlist each night. Fantastic amazing show! Baby Metal was also fun to watch.

I had a lot of fun. My wife and I love their stuff. However, we both saw these guys in the 90s and they were much better. The show was a bit short and although they still brought energy it wasn't the same level. I undstand they're older but so is Pearl Jam and they put on epic shows repeatedly. All of this being said, I'll still come back for another dose!

This was a really great concert The cool opening band, IronTom, whose singer seemed to channel Mick Jagger at times was very likeable. We missed Irons, who apparently came on before the scheduled start time. Bummer! RHCP were great with Flea in monster form! This band is always fun no matter what, but the new light and screen show was phenomenal, leaving jaws dropping all night long. Actually caused me to forget about watching the musicians many times! Would be a five star show if I didn't miss Irons and if RHCP played a few more songs (compared to other bands with their catalog it was a little short in my opinion). They really give it up to their fans like no other band.

I have been to many RHCP concerts over the past 20+ years and this one was easily the most disappointing. There was minimal personal interaction with the crowd and the overall performance was very robotic. They neglected to play many of their classics including Under the Bridge. I am pleased that they kept their politics out of it and Flee is always a treat. Chad's "thank you" at the end was also worth noting.

I've been following the RHCP since the mid to late 80s. Needless to say I love these guys. I saw them back on 2015 at Amalie Arena here in Tampa. They were great considering Anthony was nursing a recent broken ankle and we were the first stop on the tour after being rescheduled. This time around, more energy by Anthony and the gang. Show was good. Lights were great. The aucustics were average at best. Couldn't understand what they were singing or saying. Thank god I know the words to almost every single song they have put out. I feel as if Anthony forgot lyrics several times throughout the show. The set list was pretty bad. I undeeestand they wanted to play a few tunes from the new album "The Getaway" but they left out some of their classics that are a must. Such as "Under The Bridge and cant stop". I just don't feel we got 100% of this tour. Having said that, I know they are older now, but I expected just a little more from a band like the RHCP! Hopefully they'll be around for many more years to come and I'll be attending as a loving and devoted fan. Good show, needed more though.

This show is a lot of fun. Don't miss it. RHCP plays most of their hits and some of their new stuff. Needless to say, they sound excellent. Flea is a bass god. It is a pleasure to watch it get into it. Josh, the guitarist is great too. Tony sounds the same as in records. The band perform accompanied by a mesmerizing light set that moves at rhythm of the music going up and down forming shapes over the audience. It was amazing. My only complain is the lead singer lack of interaction with the people. Ok, he jumps and dance which is entertaining, but he never really talk or thank us for supporting them. Oh, and the show seems short. Maybe I was having too much fun, but it think it was shorter than you average concert, maybe 1hr 45 or less.

I took my son and his friend for their first concert. Venue was decent, beer was expensive ($16 for a beer, ouch!!) concert shirts were more expensive ($40) but the show was great and memories were unforgettable. The opening band was a little strange (Baby Metal) - heavy metal and little Japanese girls singing about chocolate but the boys seemed to enjoy it so I went along with it. Chili Peppers rocked ... they didn't disappoint. This was my second time seeing them and they are for sure at the top of my favorite bands of all time list.

Great show, Flea is definitely the soul of the band. Anthony is not the best front man for lice entertainment but he is a very talented singer. Overall, excellent concert.

The event was super well organized, their set list was amazing. I think the only way I could've had a better night is if I had better seats, and if the show lasted double the time but I absolutely loved every moment of the show.

Worth every penny and the BOK was a great venue. The sound was incredible and the RHCP still "got it" after all these years. The visual set was great and loved the set list. They played the majority of the new album

They never disappoint! Their energy is just amazing, even with Anthony's leg hurt they had everyone in the place standing and singing along. I will never forget this concert as long as I live.

Highly energetic show by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but what struck me immediately were the lights. Prior to attending the concert, I had not heard about them. Afterwards, I had to find out how they did it. Very state of the art and extremely mesmerizing. They are somehow in sync with the music and they have a life of their own. The music and performance was great, but the light show was the icing on the top! Awesome!

Chili Peppers have been an influence in my life since I was a teen and it was the first time I was able to see them. I was not disappointed. I think they sound better live and I don't think that about a lot of bands.

I was a little disappointed with this concert. I heard along the years (it's been a long time) the RHCP was the best concert some friends have ever seen. I believed it, because their energy is amazing and I've seen it in videos all over the place. This particular concert was not good. The sound was amateur (God knows if it was a rented last minute hook up), the way they chose to sing the tunes was boring, slow and I did not get that excitement from the band. I am still a fan, but there was something missing there. We live in Tampa and booked this trip just to see them. Got tickets for the concert in April in Tampa, but will sell them, if that's what we are going to get. That's too bad. Hopefully the rest of their tour (was this concert #4?) will be better, for the sake of the band and the die hard fans.

We traveled 5 hours to see them..for a total of 1 1/2 hrs. My seat and the total time of play were my only 2 complaints! The sound was amazing. His voice was amazing. They played their set, and they finished it quick.

I've been a fan of the Chili Peppers since I was about 10 years old. I'm only 27 now and the last time they were in AR I wasn't old enough to get there. I've been dying to see this band my whole life. While I wished the show could have gone on forever, I wasn't at all disappointed in the hour and a half they were on stage. It was definitely rock and roll at it's finest and a night I'll never forget. My ONLY complaint is the presence of chairs on the floor. I was expecting an open floor, no chairs. However, this didn't keep me from having the time of my life. RHCP rocked the house and provided me with the best concert experience I've ever had.

The new guitar player was great--not John Frushiante, but great. Lots of great highlights between him and Flea which is what I expect to make a good live show.
