The first group was really good also, I just can't remember their name. Eric Darius was outstanding! I had not heard of him, but I would seriously buy his music after witnessing his performance. Stephanie Mills sounded really good, although she seemed to cut some of her notes short. But the variety of her songs, her enthusiasm, and the tone of her voice were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and would go see her again in a heartbeat. I was sad that she didn't do an encore, but the audience seemed to be composed of older individuals who didn't get up and dance, so perhaps she didn't feel it was warranted.

At age 53, Stephanie Mills has not lost a beat. The notes, her movements on stage and her total stage presence was AWESOME. It was just an evening of good music and the opportunity to travel back down memory lane. I can't wait for Stephanie's new CD to be released in September 2010.

Stephanie was Outstanding! She still has it! We were very excited to hear she has a new CD coming out in September. My only complaint is the show should have been longer because we have been to the Birchmere alot and always got about a 2 hour show from other performers, except for one other singer.

I loved Stephanie Mills' show at the Paradise Theater in Bronx, New York on November 28th! She has such a beautiful voice! I was in awe just listening to her sing. She has a voice like an angel. It was great to hear her sing "I'll Be There" as a tribute to Michael Jackson. I loved every song she sang, and I do mean sang! She sang so many of her hit songs! I sure hope she doesn't wait so long to come back to the East Coast, and I'm also hoping that she releases an album real soon! I'm so grateful that she brought her show our way. It was such a night to remember!

GQ was good, Freddie JAckson seemed to struggle with his background singers bailing him out at times when he could not hit the note. But, Stephanie made it all worthwhile. She was great and took me back years as she sounds almost as good as twenty years ago. Like fine wine! gets better with time.

Good show, I've seen Freddie Jackson better. Stephanie is always amazing! First time seeing GQ . Venue needs better crowd control! I pay extra to obtain orchestra seats and if people are allowed to just come down to the front it defeats the whole purpose. The Beacon theater had this same issue early on but they have put in steps to have better crowd control.

Freddie Jackson was great! Stephanie Mills was great and very entertaining. However, I was very disappointed that Kelly Price did not perform. We (attendees) were not given explanation for her non-appearance. We paid to see three performers, not two!! Out of respect the attendees should have been informed. However, the theater is beautiful and the seats are spacious with plenty of leg room.

The only reason this event received 3 stars was because of Stephanie Mills. She would've been better off performing alone. She would've received the entire 5 stars. Freddie Jackson's performance was horrible imo... He thought he was Prince 50% of the time with all of the high pitched screams. He had no tune...and was not entertaining at all. Kelly Price was a no show. The theatre was beautiful but the organization of things was ridiculously bad. The people selling the food was running around like chickens with their head cut off. Thank God they had one employee, the only female, who decided to take charge. This ordeal took 30 mins. (for a cup of popcorn). If I had to do it over again, I definitely would save my money and look for Stephanie' solo performance.

Stephanie looked and sounded amazing! Back-up singers and musicians were all amazing as well. Only negative - too short of a set for the money. I wouldn't pay that price again to see her, but would recommend others if they haven't seen her in concert (just expect a short set (and minusing a lot of her hits). Short set should've been compensated with an opening act/artist!

The very first time I saw Stephanie Mills was In the early 80"s on Miami Beach. She wore a form fitting black evening gown that fitted her to a tee. As a young man serving In the Marine Corp I would play her music on an eight track tape driving from Jacksonville North Carolina to Miami, Florida And buy the tine the track would have played twice I would be In the state Of Florida. The next time I saw her performance was In Pensacola, Florida In 2016 at the civic center and at the age of 58 she turned It out. Man It was like Deja vu . Both old school and new school came to their feet to join in the performance for the next half hour. The crowd loved her and that Is why Me and my wife will travel to Atlanta August 2017 at the Fox theater as a couples get away and some soulful fun loving entertainment. Thank Stephanie .

This is a must see entertainer no matter where she is at in the world. Stephanie, I have seen you twice this year, once on Mother's Day at the Fox's Theater and just this pass Sunday night at Andiamo which was a more intimate setting. I saw Ms. Stephanie and The Whispers on Mother's Day 2011 with my mom and step-dad. We had such a great time! She still sounds amazing, unlike some other seasoned vocalist as they age. I now live 160+ miles away from NYC; attending the show with my mom was definitely worth the trip back home. The only downside was people constantly being out of their seats in the isles walking to and from the stage.

I would go to see Stephanie Mills anywhere. Usually when there are two headliners one of them does a less than show this was not the case. Stephanie Mills took the stage first and did what you would expect from the main act. The only thing I was disappointed about was when we heard that they had cut her stage time. The show was sold out so they were not going to get a better crowd so maybe next time let her continue. Worth every dollar and every minute of driving time to go see her.

Stephanie was the bomb!!!! not only did she sound great she looked great she performed like she was back in the day with all that energy! Freddie Jackson needs to sing the songs the way they sound. I was very surprised that he did not because I've seen him before and even made a comment about how he sings the song the way that everybody knows them because he doesn't want anybody to get upset. However I still love me some Freddie. Kelly Price was a no-show hope all is okay.

1st of all THE event started 45 minutes late-- I went to dinner prior and could have got dessert after but wanted to be ON TIME --- ALSO KELLY WHO ??-- MIss PRICE NEVER HIT the stage ????? So 3 2 tickets at $90 each I need a REFUND of $ 60-- WILL that happen ???????????

First of all, the show got started late. Kelly Price did not appear and and no announcement or apology was issued. Freddie Jackson was good. Stephanie Mills still has the pipes to sing, however her childish DIVA behavior was unprofessional and intolerable. I will never go back to see her again. She should be grateful that people are still interested in seeing her at 60 years of age. Terrible concert because of her.

This is a must see tour. Stephanie looks and sounds great, better than ever. Will Downing is very responsive and animated. He is a great compiment to Stephanie. Both are dynamic in their own right and it is evident in their respective performances.

I missed the opening act and watched Will Downing on a monitor. Will Downing was ok, but I was really looking forward to Stephanie Mills. I couldn't really see Stephanie from the seat I had, but by her stature it was really her. She came on stage with a lot of energy. Even more impressive were her backup singers. All male, but their vocals were great. Stephanie sang a different variety of songs. I was there for "Respect the Power of Love". It was nice, but the record play is still my favorite.

Overall the show was amazing.. good energy from the opening act to the finish but in between was AMAZING MR. WILL DOWNING TURN UP AND TURN IT OUT!! MY FIRST TIME SEEING HIM IN CONCERT AND I HOPE YOU ARE THE HEADLINER NEXT TIME I SEE YOU IN CONCERT!!

Stephanie Mills is described in just 4 words: Classy, Flawless, and Timeless! She has taken great care of her body, skin, and voice. Flawless! Will Downing has never shown so much personality as this evening. Although I am not a fan of Will, I did enjoy his sharing his funny side. It helped to bare his singing.

Both Will Downing and Stephanie Mills gave a wonderful show! It was so nice to be able to hear performers who can really sing and be backed up with a full band and back up singers! This is a must see show if you appreciate these artists and their talents. A great date night!

The show was Fabulous! I've seen Will a couple of times (Baritone and Increduble Falsetto he cant lose!) but I had not seen Stephanie since the 80s. I couldn't remember all of her Jams but she brought them back to memory real quick. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates good Soul/R&B!.

Stephanie Mills has an extremely mesmerizing voice and Eric Darious has energy to spare. I was also pleasantly surprised with Adam Hawley and the LA Collective as I;d never heard the play before. They were energetic and extremely entertaining.
